4.5★ exactly AC Gym is one of the best gym in town for true gym lover who into strength, serious training. It has suitable equipments for cardiovascular training, body building, powerlifting with like ten squat racks and tons of cool plates. The staffs are real nice and well educated for helping clients gain some real strength or losing some fat with Personal Trainer Program. The only minus point is that there is a small dump yard right near the gym so pay a visit to consider if that was annoying to you. AC has daily ticket at around 50,000vnd and membership fee fluctuates seasonally so please check before registering. The address is no. 48, alley 325, street Kim Ngưu but there're two "alley 325" so if you see the first alley 325 right near the FPT shop (on the 1st picture) you have to go farther in 5-60 metres til meeting the second alley 325 just on the left (on the 2nd picture).

The gym is divided into 2 rooms equipped with enough machinery, the bathroom divided on both sides is a bit small. The bathroom is a bit drafty in the winter, in the dressing room, the lockers do not have locks, you have to use your own lock so remember to bring a lock, no towels and no bathroom slippers, no hair dryer.

The room collapsed, the owner went bankrupt. Closing suddenly without warning. After a few days, a notice was posted saying it was temporarily suspended indefinitely.

Very economical gym. A monthly pass (mornings) is only 350,000 VND (January 2020) and a day pass is only 50,000 VND. 4 lifting platforms, 4 additional racks, Olympic plates. Many machines and treadmills. It’s a basic gym without the refined touches of a big box gym but great for the price. Only knock would be to have more smaller weight Olympic plates.
