Around 5pm on August 29, 2022 (Monday). I came to consult the gym price list and gym equipment. A male receptionist asked me for information: name, phone number, and age. I provided my name and asked not to provide my phone number and age until I made a membership card and decided to practice here. The male receptionist said he would not let the sales department meet and would not exchange any information about the gym if he did not get all his information. I rate this gym 1 star for the unprofessional management process!

Good service. Gym, exercise machines ok. 5 star standard. The dressing room is also spacious. Good

PARKING IS 10,000 FOR MOTOR BIKE IF YOU GO AT 5:59!!! THE NEXT TIME DON'T LIE TO CUSTOMERS! YOU SAID THAT IT WAS 5,000VND! SO FOR 5 TIMES A WEEK OVER A YEAR YOUR MEMBERSHIP IS 2,400,000 MORE EXPENSIVE! ALSO, I WAS GOING TO JOIN TODAY UNTILL A SALES PERSON CALLED MAI PUT HER FIREND ON THE PHONE, WHEN I TOLD HER THAT IT WAS 10,000 FOR PARKING AND I COULDNT GET MY BIKE OUT, SHE TOLD ME I WAS LYING! HOW RUDE! THEN I WAS TOLD TO "SHUT UP, SHUT UP, SHUT UP" OVER AND OVER! SHE TOLD ME OVER AND OVER THAT IT WAS 5,000 AND THAT I WAS WRONG BUT I WAS SAT WITH THE GUARD AND THE PRICE WAS 10,000! YOU SOUNDED SO CONFIDENT WHEN YOU CLEARLY HAD NO EXPERIENCE! YOU HAD A CUSTOMER TODAY BUT BECAUSE OF HOW YOU LIED I WILL NEVER JOIN OR RECOMMED YOUR CLUB AGAIN! Nice gym, bright and clean, good services nice staff. Got 1 year membership, let’s see.

The gym is clean, has a nice view, and when you exercise you can watch the traffic go by. There was a PT who spoke bluntly when I asked if there was a jump rope in the room and answered "No" with an unhappy attitude. Toilet with clean shower area. The locker area has 2 large chairs to sit and change clothes. There are slippers to wear after bathing. There is a table area where you can sit after practice and have a snack there. Around the room near the men's changing area, there are also a few chairs near the glass door, with a view down to the street. There are quite a few running and cycling machines. In the dumbbell area, the trainees are very conscious of putting the weights back on the shelf after practicing. However, there are few abdominal exercise machines, and no seated lat exercise machines. Has a pretty big tire. When you come to practice, you will be given 1 big towel and 1 small towel. The towel is white so it will get dirty quickly when wiping sweat. Fragrant towels. From the parking garage, take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Go from the 1st floor from the front of the building past BiDV's office, walk up and turn left. Few exercise machines is not a big problem. The clean room is a plus and I will still practice here, I use Wefit, not a member of the room.

Fully equipped with equipment, there is a slightly smelly bathroom, the dry sauna and steam room are quite good to use, some personal lockers have broken locks but overall it's fine. PT enthusiastically guides everyone in need

There are a few misconceptions on these reviews, so thought I would provide my own $.02. The good: • Very clean facility • Staff speaks adequate English, or at least as far as I’m concerned • Wide range of equipment, so there’s something for everyone. Free weights, cardio, group exercise, yoga, the whole nine yards. There’s a steam room in each respective bathroom, but I never tried that so I won’t comment on it • Competitive rates compared to more upscale establishments – as long as you’re willing to pay upfront for an annual contract • Two towels provided upon checking in – one bath towel and one hand towel The bad: • No spin classes • Very inconsistent background music volume. I usually bring my own music to work out, but sometimes the speakers here were blasting so loud it physically hurt my head • Limited number of machines during peak hours The ugly: • Weight plates are incredibly unorganized. There’s a couple of staff members who would rerack them, but there’s only so much they could do. And virtually none of the members bother to rerack the weights after they’ve finished • Weight plates are only available in kilograms. If you’re used to everything in pounds, get ready to whip out your phone and do some conversions Someone down here believes they have been swindled out of their parking fees, but you have to ask the front desk for a discount coupon EVERY TIME upon leaving. Otherwise, you’re paying 10,000 VND for parking. This place could certainly use some improvements, I admit. But if you’re willing to deal with some minor inconveniences, you’ll be hard pressed to feel disappointed.

Good place with all basic equipment for gym. There’s also fitness and yoga classes available with predetermined schedule, and a steam room and a sauna (2 for each changing room).

The gym is normal but the staff is rude and misleads customers. Initially consulting a customer for 3 months was 4 million but not using a towel was 3 million :)))) both the sales person and the pt wanted to lead me by the nose but I was awake. The next day, when I didn't go to practice, my phone blinked loudly. If you're planning to go, don't go to this place

The gym has changed owners for nearly half a year Since the transfer, the quality of the gym has gone down: - The women's changing room smelled like smoke, sewer, there were no cleaning staff to clean, the smell spread all the way into the yoga room.
