Poor trained staff and customer service team. Reception staffs and consultant staffs are extremely insulting. They only want to persuade customers sign a long-term contract, over 12 months, with approximately 1k USD. They insult me by call me "kid" means while I am 27 years old. What the *** they are thinking?. I definitely won't come any California Fitness center anymore. I highly recommend you come to other brand to enjoy high service instead of lavishing your money and your time on California fitness's poor service

World class Gym. Yoga Centre. Located in R3 main entrance to First floor. High price but can make good deal.

Bad service! Bad staffs with bad attitude. I dont even want to give 1 star. I registered for 1 year and told them to reopen when I got back. I had my things to do so I got back later than expected. They told me my membership was already expired without even one time check in!!! Never come back! Not recommend!

In the evening, time to time there is no hot water, sauna and steam bath are shut without notice. Water in swimming pool is dirty. Staff spend most of their time surfing webs on cell phones or endlessly chatting with each other. In short: stay away from it if you don’t want to waste your time and money.

Unprofessional staffs and receptionist are extremely frustrating to talk to, they always act like as if we owe them our gym membership.

Bossy staffs. Bad service. Im a centurion member of this gym, the highest level. But still they keep the bossy attitude. Staffs use the facility together in there working hours . I cannot say its a premium service. Is there any other better option? Of course i dont want to extend my membership in here.

Staff are nice and the equipment is ok. By far the worst thing about this gym is how everyone sits around on the equipment staring at their phones. Sometimes it is impossible to use any equipment because people are just sat playing on their phones. It's embarrassing. Why would you go to a gym to stare at your Instagram? There needs to be rules about phone usage in the gym when using equipment. Signs on the walls. If you are looking for a quick and intense workout, this isnt the gym for you. You will spend half your time waiting for someone to stop stop playing Candy Crush.
