The general manager is rude, dismissive of any problems and doesn't look like someone who takes health and fitness seriously. There was another manager there who was very friendly and helpful though (a short man, who is also a PT) he swiftly resolved the problems I had. The equipment is good, with a wide variety of machines and weights. The space is large and well air conditioned in the summer. Most of the staff are friendly - they don't offer refunds on PTs so be careful there.

Thís is a very big and well equipped fitness center. You can spend full day there to try different fitness tools and machines, of course you will exhaust after few hours ... the Fitness have About 10 PT, also very helpful. If I live close there, I will definitely choose this place to come for exercise and could be yoga too. What I think they can improve is the maintenance of the shower area, some showers are broken down, not working properly. The lockers also can be improved as the edges of the lockers doors are a bit sharp , it is not safe like that.

Rude and unhelpful staff Weights are always out of place, despite the staff being constantly on their phones. Machines are dirty and/or always being repaired. When I raised a complaint to the general manager he simply couldn't have looked less interested.

I had to leave because of personal reasons. I still had a 6 month membership yet the staff where really kind to let me change the name of the owner. Besides, the gym is really clean and well equipped. I used this gym for nearly 3 years. Very accountable owner and a lot of friendly staff. Thank you !!

Amazing, clean gym. Good quality equipment and friendly staff. It can get very hot and they tend to turn off the air conditioner even when temperatures are high. This can be frustrating as you pay more specifically for the air conditioning. Clean, large lockers and bathroom area with steam room and sauna. The music is generally good. Overall, great gym!

Large sized gym, many machines, attractive decorations and a chill place to workout. Only downside is that it is a bit pricey. All and all 8/10 eetswas!

Wanted to gym in Hanoi, asked how much a one day ticket was and they told me 160.000 vdn did not have enough money on me and grabbed it at my hostel. Came back and suddenly it was 200.000 vdn. Furthermore the gym was good and had everything, but still it was quitte expensive

The lockers is good but the bathroom isnt worth the money. Staffs are extremely unprofessional like they’d be grouping around chatting go on their phones. Enough machines not really a lot if you take fitness seriously. 6.5/10 overall 200k vnd a day shiettt im not coming back.

Decent equipment and very large space but I hate the fact that they jack up the prices dramatically for foreigners. Locals report that pricing is around 750,000 dong for a month membership but when I went they said the rate changed recently to 1.5mil dong for a month.

PTs despite working here act like they’re first time at any gym. Somebody explain to their staff to stop cutting in line to equipment. Ridiculous.

At moments quite hot and missing my favorite rowing machine but overall excellent gym centre with very good service.

Awesome gym with excellent service! Large and fresh space with a lot of machines and free weights. You will get your own towels, a key to a locker and you can fill up your waterbottle for free. The dressing rooms are equipped with schampo, soap and hairdryers and you will also have access to a sauna. Only went for a gym session, but can imagine that the group workouts are great!

The staff are very unprofessional, always on their phones, or standing around chatting. Requests and complaints are dismissed by management who don't care about customers once they've paid. I booked a PT who didn't attend 2 out of the 10 scheduled sessions (and was late 3 times). When I asked for my money back for the remaining sessions the manager then lied to me about; 1. the gym has no money. 2. the manager is not there so no one is in charge. The gym equipment is OK - but for the price there are better gyms in Ba Dinh.
