ago
I
joined
and
there
were
so
many
issues.
Now
I
have
joined
again
and
nothing
has
changed,
in
less
than
30
days
both
the
staff
and
members
smoking
in
the
locker
room.
A
member
sitting
next
to
reception
desk
also
smoking.
No
rules
are
enforced,
members
are
barefoot
walking
all
around
the
gym.
Trainers
doing
nothing
and
members
don’t
re-rack
weights
so
everywhere
you
turn
there
is
a
tripping
hazard
because
no
one
cares
or
is
responsible
enough
to
PICK
IT
UP!
This
also
leads
to
not
finding
weights
you
need
because
they
are
scattered
and
hidden
all
over
the
gym.
Trainers
train
free
weights
in
the
machine
space
so
members
have
a
terrible
habit
of
doing
the
same
because
that’s
what
they
were
taught
by
their
trainers.
So
you
aren’t
only
waiting
for
them
to
get
off
their
phone
but
you
are
waiting
for
a
space
designated
for
one
activity
but
it’s
not
being
used
for
that,
while
the
free
weight
space
where
they
should
be
is
vacant!
The
cleaning
crew
are
the
only
ones
working
around
here.
It’s
a
joke,
I
have
reached
out
to
customer
service
three
times
and
received
no
reply
and
no
action
inside
the
gym
to
correct
any
issues
or
rule
breaking.
Go
to
a
different
gym
if
you
want
a
civilized
place
where
people
act
respectful
to
the
place
and
to
others

their

I
had
already
sent
all
the
photos
and
details,
THEY
DONT
CARE.
Even
I
got
a
phone
call
and
then
approached
guy
the
fitness
manager
inside
the
gym.
Another
hour
of
discussions
yet
nothing
has
improved.
Today
the
trainer
is
still
training
his
member
to
use
the
machine
with
their
free
weights
while
other
members
wait
to
use
the
machine
in
their
circuit.
Directing
the
staff
to
not
do
this
and
setting
a
schedule
for
one
to
walk
the
floor
every
15
minutes
is
BASIC
operation
of
this
type
of
business
but
that
cannot
be
managed.
The
trainers
here
are
not
properly
qualified,
trained,
or
set-up
for
success.
And
it’s
difficult
to
push
yourself
really
hard
when
the
floor
is
covered
in
tripping
hazards
due
to
trainers
and
members
not
showing
or
teaching
respect.
Update:
today
one
of
the
trainers
was
talking
negatively
about
me
to
one
of
the
members
which
caused
that
member
and
I
to
get
into
a
fight
inside
the
gym.
That’s
how
childish
and
pathetic
this
situation
is
and
how
little
control
California
has
over
the
behavior
and
attitudes
of
its
staff.
Shameful
behavior.
The
reason
he
was
talking
negatively
about
me
is
because
the
management
told
him
if
they
see
me
in
the
gym
he
needs
to
follow
the
rules
that
are
in
place
in
the
gym.
So
he
started
to
train
that
member
inappropriately
and
then
he
saw
me
and
moved
her
to
the
correct
area
all
the
while
talking
negatively
about
me
so
she
started
a
conflict
with
me
due
to
his
comments
and
negative
attitude
toward
me.
And
also
the
email
address
in
the
reply
from
the
brand
has
never
prompted
a
single
reply
from
the
brand.
Them
feigning
support
for
their
members
is
an
absolute
joke
After
staying
away
for
a
week
due
to
being
harassed
by
one
of
the
PT
trainers
and
his
client
today
in
order
to
prevent
me
from
having
evidence
of
the
continued
violations
and
inability
of
California
to
correct
the
behavior
of
their
staff
several
hours
after
I
left
the
gym
I
received
a
message
saying
that
you
have
to
have
advanced
written
permission
to
take
any
photos
or
videos
inside
the
gym.
But
people
are
constantly
live
streaming
recording
videos
and
taking
photos
and
I
never
gave
them
permission
to
broadcast
me
in
the
background
to
the
Internet.
it’s
obvious
that
they’re
more
concerned
to
control
evidence
getting
out
of
there
ineptitude
than
they
are
about
correcting
violations
of
policy
or
procedure
within
the
club.
And
to
be
gone
for
several
hours
and
receive
an
additional
harassing
message
from
one
of
the
managers
is
absolutely
ridiculous!
Instead
of
focusing
on
correcting
peoples
behavior
as
well
as
the
behavior
of
their
staff
the
focus
is
on
controlling
the
evidence.
Just
to
be
clear
the
only
photo
I
have
ever
taken
is
of
the
staff
breaking
policy
and
procedure
of
the
club.
