No air conditioning. No fans. They charge a lot of money for membership fees but are too stingy to pay for electricity. Too bad for me because the location is great.

Basically meets the needs. Many bathrooms but no clothes hangers. The room is spacious and airy enough. Yoga and bum tum teachers are okay, zumba class is okay, aerobics is a bit boring. I don't have to waste time parking my car so I'm happy :)

The student-priced gym is of very good quality, bright and air-conditioned, with storage and parking space. Because the price is very student, the weight training area is quite small. On crowded days, you have to wait for others to finish exercising before you can practice.

Personal coaches are enthusiasm but facilities and equipments are not sufficient.

Passed their office on the street and glad I did. Diep and her colleague helped me enormously. Their English is very good and they were very patient with many of my questions. They helped me with two things, a VIetnam Data SIM only valid for 30 days, with 4GB of data per day for $7!!! They also helped me booking a 3 day/2 night trip to Ha Long Bay and Nam Cat Island. One more thing, for those in need or clean laundry, they only charge $1 per kg instead of the usual hotels fee of $3 per kg, and if the clothes are dropped in the morning, they are usually ready on the same day by 6PM. Friendly and helpful girls, very happy with their help!

Great gym with affordable price. I train in the morning so less crowded, overall pretty good experience. It's just that sometimes I can't find the machine I want

Of the 13 travel agencies I visited in the area, as well as online booking services, this one provided the best price and service for a tour of Halong Bay. The staff was very helpful and transparent about the pricing and tour experiences. Let me save you some time as I spent about two hours walking around Hanoi going to every agency in sight.
