Probably one of the BEST massage I ever had in my life. For around USD $20 you get a legit full relaxing experience. The experience starts of with a shower, a soak in a hot tub of tea water, a bath tub of tea water with personnels scrubbing you with soap, a rinse, hot sauna, a ginger smelling steam bath, then a shower again. The massage starts after these processes, which a full body relaxation experience that is too much for me to explain, in short, super duper good. Would recommend my friends to come and would come again if I am in the area.

Traditional Vietnam bath and massage house. A little bit far from main street but 10k-20k for grab bike if stay around Tay Ho. Price is cheap by compare with good experience and service there. (see price list on photo) For standard package I had, start from soaking in herbal water in barrel and then jacuzzi. The staff will come loofa sponge to scrub you back in jacuzzi before go to steam room (with soak feet in herbal bucket). After that, wash you body and go upstairs for body and face massage. All masseur can't speak English or very poor. Use your hand language skill with them. Not that difficult. In bathing room and shower room need to be completely naked for it. You will have paper pants and towel for massage only. Herbal water in barrel and jacuzzi has changed after use by one. Free drink, fruits and porridge after session.

Can I just stay here all day?? :)) Booked myself a VIP package, it includes 30 minutes of herbal bath, exfoliating back polish, and sauna plus a 90-minute acupressure massage with very skilled therapists. Also, they offered me different types of teas, fruits, and porridge after my session. I got back from a 6-hour bus from Sapa and headed straight here. I felt so relieved and light. **Tipping is not required but please do TIP your therapist!!

-2 stars for their customer service! Their attitude changes right away if you don't give them a BIG tip! I understand that they expect the tips because the company doesn't pay them well but still, very impolite to customers if there is no tip or not what they expect. I'm not going there again ! Also, VIP rooms should be a lot nicer + instructions for foreigners!

Fairly average massage. Also tried overcharging us when we clearly asked for 75min massage and then they wanted payment for 90min. Room and ambience was good, however. Still felt relaxed despite the average technique of the masseuse.

I was about to give one star, but still gave a second star for the kindness and politeness. I went for a 90 min massage and it was a clumsy torture , she even broke the skin of my back for rubbing too hard. I have tried many massage in Hanoi but this one is one of the worst.I have to say that my friend had a good experience. I guess you need to pick the lucky number , and maybe you get a person that knows how to massage. But for me, it will be my last time there.

400k for a package which includes herbal soak, herbal bath, steam room, sauna and cold room. Before getting a 60mins massage. First impressions ☝️✨ Upon arrival, you are to take off your shoes and you're given slippers before entering the building. Once you enter there is an obvious reception desk with the price list displayed in both Viet and English. You can choose from a selection of packages from 400k and up, a VIP massage would be 600k. One you select your package the ladies direct you where to go to change, lock your belongings and shower. Pre-Massage 🛀 The soak and baths were lovely and relaxing, bare in mind you're in a communal area so you will see and be seen by other ladies around (not for the shy). You do get your own separate baths so no worries there. Halfway through a lady will scrub your back for you. There are plaques with instructions and recommendations at every stage so you know roughly how long you need to be doing it for. Once you're finished you shower once again and put on a golden silk cover and then you're lead to the massage room. Massage💆 Wow the massage ladies went in on my muscles and gave a proper full body massage. I would note that there isn't much ambiance though as there were sharp and strong LED lights on in the room the whole time which the cucumber face mask helped blur but as someone who's light sensitive I would've preferred a darker room. There also isn't much sound proofing so you can hear people talking in the other massage rooms so my cousin put on her own calming music (as there also wasn't any playing). 👌 Don't forget to tip your masseuse minimum 100k Food/ Service 🍍 You're given free fruit and rice porridge at the end as well as tea. Which makes the overall experience really worth the price. 💛 I'd recommend checking this place out if your body just needs full on rejuvenation and relaxation. It's not your typical place given all the extra service.

Amazing value with great service, go VIP it's well worth the extra couple of dollars. You won't regret it. It's a great experience being treated like Royalty.

Highly recommended! They don’t ask how you want your massage so it is a bit strong hut default. But for me this is the best massage in Hanoi. I have tried hundreds of massage places but in general the therapists can’t find the touch points. The therapists here they got a great feeling in their fingers. The spa treatments before the massage are also nice but not the reason for me to come here.

Good massage and good to take a herbal bath and sauna before massage. The cold sauna is also really good to cool down the body. Good value with a small meal after massage.

Researched some decent and cheap massage/spa places and this came up. Didn't end up going in due to time restrictions but we popped in and it looked legit and decent.

Amazing place and so affordable. They now have more signs in English then before and the staff can understand English a bit as well. For less then 20 Euro you get shower, bath, hot tub, a variety of saunas (even the cold one), a great massage and even a small meal, drink and fruit afterwards. Every time I'm in Hanoi I'm visiting this place. Most recommended!

I've been here more than a dozen times and feel like an expert on this place, so I'd like to impart my wisdom, through this detailed review: • The massage quality is excellent. They vary slightly depending on the day, but generally they've ranged from good to great. Almost as good as a Thai massage (which I consider the best) •If you get the full package the procedure is as follows: shower, short bath in a wooden tub with scented water, bath in a jacuzzi tub, sauna, steam, shower than the massage. Note: You get a ticket when you enter, your massage length will be until the end time stated on your ticket, therefore if you waste time in the baths it will eat into your massage. (This took me a while to realize). For the standard 120 min course they say the massage is 80 minutes, but it usually ends up being around 70 or 60 minutes. Still a good deal imo. • The place may look a little dodgy, but it's really quite clean and the staff are constantly cleaning it. • The staff are not the friendliest or most considerate. Keeping the baths clean is an operation and they treat it as such. They often play loud music or talk loudly to each other which doesn't always gel well with relaxing. Also if you come after 10pm they will hurry you to try kick you out (even though the closing time is 11pm). One time a guy turned the steam room up really high in an obvious attempt to get me out quickly. I can't blame them they want to go home, just wish the receptionist wouldn't sell my a ticket that late then. That's probably the only negative to an otherwise great experience for a very good price, especially if you're a foreigner. • Also if you get the essential 75 min package, it's basically the same experience, minus the two baths and with less overall time. That's it, now you know what to expect. If you're a tourist I recommend trying it for the novelty and for the great quality massage. Much cheaper and better than most massages you'd get in the old quarter.

Love this place, good prices. Masseuses are well trained and very good! Don’t forget to tip them when they’re done (100k or more seems about right) Baths are a fun experience.

Awesome place where you can forget your pain and truly have your body heal! The masseurs have magic hands.

Wow-! Seriously I travel widely and this is... just wow Alright, 105min for 350k. Here is a breakdown of ‘procedures’ or rather my personal experience to save you guys, Non Viet speakers, from awkwardness :) 1 change to shorts. Cloth and valuables in locker. Wear your slippers or change into theirs if you wear shoes. (I saw staff polishing leather shoes that customers changed out) 2 shower rinse 3 individual medicinal wooden tub soak (they offer green tea, I believe for health... but so bitter taste like unripped fruits) 4 individual jacuzzi tub (I saw they clean each and every tub after each customer) 5 sauna: dry and steam 6 shower rinse 7 towel dry and change shorts 8 retrieve stuff from locker and move up to massage 9 massage is 60 min, strong pressure point similar to Chinese style, ointments, Thai style, herbal compression (I love how the therapist quickly notice my neck and shoulder issue and work extensively on it, I didn’t say anything due to language barrier) 10 tip. I heard 50k will do, but I had no change and I wanted to show appreciation so I gave 100k. 11 back to reception offered another drink and cut fruits for free. I chose green tea.. omg... I ordered oyster porridge, but I think its correct name is oyster sauce porridge :) Love it. Extremely recommended. You are welcome.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Its been the best massage I’ve ever gotten. The staff is wonderful and they offer you some nice refreshments at the end of your hour and a half long experience. I would come here weekly if I lived in Hanoi. Thanks for such a wonderful experience

This was an amazing bath house/massage experience! I’ve tried a lot of massages over the world and for the price, this is definitely up there amongst the best. Not fancy at all but definitely a relaxing experience. I especially loved the use of herbs, such as in the steam room and the facial masks!

Amazing massage and nice treatment in okayish setting. Everything is a bit rundown but still acceptable. Massage treatment was the real plus of the package. They have different sets. I took the 105 minutes including sauna, steam room, bathtub, wooden bathtub and 60mins of full body massage. The massage contains regular Vietnamese massage elements plus a rub with hot herb towels. Sadly the place is whether soundproof of the highway nor there is any relaxing music. Afterwards the package includes congee, ice tea and fresh fruits.

Best refreshing massage in Hanoi. And it includes the soup, fruits, and tea. A bit challenging since it’s 95% local.

The massage was a little hard but very good. After finished it,my massage staff complained about my chip. I was not feeling good. Other than that,it was very good.So it’s a pity. At first I wanted to come again, but because of her last attitude, I wouldn't come.

👍👍 Traveling to Hanoi on vacation and needed a gym to work out of during my time. I’m easy and only need a squat rack and dumbbells.
