Cozy hostel in Hanoi's old quarter. The private room we stayed in was lovely and very comfortable. The hostel is close enough to walk to most of the things we wanted to see. But best of all, the staff treat you like family and are quick with suggestions for things to do around the city or just have a chat in the lobby. Don't miss the free breakfast and lunch. Delicious.

The rooms are quite small but that's a common thing here in Hanoi as all the hotels here are quite small. I 100% recommend for anyone to stay here .😁😁😁 Thank you to the people of H&H Hostel.

Super nice people, you feel really comfortable here. The bathrooms are very clean, as are the beds, but they are a bit noisy. The breakfast is very tasty

Very good for the price you pay. The location is awesome! The staff are really friendly and most of them speak good English. We stayed in a room with 4 double beds. The matrasses are good and the bunkbeds are solid so not to much noise from you neighbours at night. The breakfast was good, toast, eggs, jam and fruit.

Super cool hostel with a great location! Unfortunately we only stayed here for one night in a mixed room for 8 people. It was very pleasant and the beds are comfortable. You get a large locker and a towel. Breakfast is included and consists of two pieces of toast with jam, butter, scrambled eggs and 3-4 tomatoes. Overall, delicious. Price performance top!

The female dorm bathroom is disgusting. Small rooms. No free water. Comfortable beds. Friendly owner. I didn't like that they didn't have a system for breakfast. While they are understaffed, it takes 10 minutes to make breakfast but there were times that people received their breakfast before me even though I was there first. My longest wait for breakfast was 30 minutes because "auntie" kept giving breakfast to other people.

Staying here was great! They greeted me with cookies, water, and wet nap, and kindness. The beds are very comfortable! The lobby very relaxing. Lots of stairs to climb but they carries my friend and is bags up! Very accommodating, I would recommend for a nice nights sleep without lots of people and partying.

The rooms were good. The bathrooms stink though. Should work on it

This place was a good hostel. Your dorm bed comes with curtains so you have your own privacy, and you have a big locker too. The beds were also super comfortable and brand new. The staff is always asking how they can help. Very nice people, and great location.

After reading really good reviews from this hostel, we decide to spent 3 nights in H&H Hostel; and was the worst decision we ever made. Once there, the first impression is great but the dorms are really really small, with a private bathroom for 8 people room in our case. First day, we arrive at 09:05am to have the breakfast and the girl on the frontdesk told us that the free breakfast is until 09am. Ok, it's our fault, but the girl had anything to do after this and anyone advised us the day before. The second and third morning we had the breakfast, as you can see in the photo. We order scrambled eggs and the lady brought us a little fried egg with two toast. I told him I asked SCRAMBLED EGGS, and she brought me again a fried egg, so seems like the staff don't know how to do the breakfast options they have and don't wanna know how to do. Worst coffee ever try in whole Vietnam. THERE'S NO FREE BEER!! IT'S A LIE!! Please, read all the good reviews from this hostel and you can see that all of them are FAKE REVIEWS. And all of them made by GOOGLE and TRIPADVISOR so you don't need to sleep there to write a good review.

The staff is not keen on turning on the air conditioning for the guest. They complain that it is too cold. well, isnt that the point is it is super hot in Vietnam. Rooms are small and stuffy but the location is great. Beware staff will try and sell you expensive packages (commission) when you can book the trip down the street.

Receptionist is very friendly and helpful

The receptionist refused to give me a room even tho I had a confirmed reservation thru agoda and my card was already charged. Said it's agoda double booking mistake and has nothing to so with the hostel and agoda has my money, not them. Fine, I found another hotel near by. When I emailed agoda asking for my money back, the hostel refused to cancel the reservation and refund me. So if you feel like getting stuck without and place to stay and getting scammed in the process, this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay far away from this place.

Best of best hostel in Hanoi with cheap price and with best dorm`s beds.. belive me you will love it because it`s new opened and really really clean...the rooms are really clean ...the beds are really clean, everythings are new...before of this hostel i have been in other hostels this one is really wow best for good service and cleans and more and more.... the location is very good and easy to find it... and it`s near to every where u want to go in Hanoi... the staffs are really lovely and very good and helpers... so If you’re coming to Hanoi you need to stay here! It’s clean, friendly, great free breakfast, lovely milk coffee, free water. But more than any of that, it’s the host Huyen - she will go out of her way to arrange tickets for you for travel and make sure you are very well cared... i am sure you will like...… Ricky from south korea 한국에서..

🫤 Let me start with the good: the location is excellent, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, the breakfast is great, and the rooftop bar has great city views and happy hour deals. The staff is friendly and helpful in arranging tours, buses and transport, laundry, etc. However, in my opinion, none...
