This hostel is in the heart of Hanoi! You can go from there to anywhere on foot! The staff is very friendly and helpful! The beds are comfy and the air conditioning works really well. The downside was the door lock in my room which was not working well. So we could hear all the noise from reception and smell smoke when people were smoking downstairs and in the bathroom also the door lock wasn't working, so when we were inside we had to hold the door all the time to avoid people in.

Comfortable stay with friendly staff, it was one of the only places I could find with free parking for my motorbike so I stayed here. Unfortunately some issue with another guest but not the hostels fault. They gave me one night free because of the other guests behavior. Overall I was happy to stay here only problem sometimes the rooms can get very hot and there are many stairs to climb up to the room.

Absolutely fantastic hostel. I do not have one single bad word to say about this place. I was greeted by viet one of the workers who was ever so friendly and accommodating. The place was spotless clean. Not a single piece of dirt anywhere to be seen. The beds were so comfy and the place just felt like a home. All the staff including viet, tung and dinh were absolutely amazing. They made me feel like I was staying with a family rather than a hostel. I even got to have traditional vietnemese hot pot and it was so lovely of them to share their food with me and the rest of the hostel. By far one of the best places I have stayed in south east Asia. When it came to booking tours they had so much to offer and very reasonable prices. I absolutely loved it here. I'd come back to Vietnam just to meet the staff again. I also came for Christmas and I didn't feel homesick at all considering I was away from my own family. Thankyou so much bubba bed for having me.

Very nice hostel in the old town of Hanoi. Good price, nice breakfast but the thing that do the difference here is the staff. Very kind people who are always ready to help you with the smile. For them the client is like a friend so if you come here you can feel like in a big family. Very recommended.

Worth it! The beds are actually decent and the place is relatively clean, at least the rooms which is most important. The staff and owner are very friendly and if you hang out there with them in the evening they might even offer you some rice wine to drink together. I also used their express laundry service which cleaned my clothes from 1 evening to the next morning for only a few dollars, nothing lost, everything smelt great and was folded. Great service overall and a great hostel if you don't mind the noise as it's in the middle of all the busyness + close to the party areas

Great budget place. Dorm room mainly but also have a private room. It is very safe. It is family owned and the owners are extremely helpful. Located in old quarter. They will book everything for you at very cheap price and send you to the best places in Hanoi accordingly to your budget.

Nice and relaxed staff, perfect location close to many restaurants and cafes,coffee is good, breakfast so so, toilet in top could be cleaner. Recommended if you stay for couple of nights in Hanoi.

Since I went through the door, the staff and the people who lives there made me feel like home. The location is perfect, beds are pretty comfortable, the rooms and toilets are clean. The guys are super friendly and helpfull. They are like a little family. I really enjoyed my time there and would recomend it 100%

Hotel in itself was ~ok but they were highly unprofessional with the handling of our laundry. We asked two times for our laundry to be ready at 7:30 because our bus left for the Halong bay at 8:15. At 7:50 the guy finally left with his scooter and we only got our laundry back around 8:30, thankfully we were able to delay the bus. The guy didn't really seem to care that's what makes it quite worse. Also we found out when we opened our laundry bag later on that most of our socks had disappeared and can't do anything about it anymore since we're far away.... Would not recommend
