Best decision ever! This hostel is close to everything and the staff is incredible! Really helpful and we even made reservations for more nights because Hanoi turned out to be our base! It was always nice to come back and have a delicious breakfast with pancakes and eggs! Totally recommend!

The beds are large (for standard hostels size) and very private (with its courtains). Lockers are very nice. The room has enough light, a table with chairs and they provide flip-flops for the shower (inside the room). Breakfast is good. Lower rooms can be noisy till midnight (when Hanoi goes to sleep) and also because of stairs people traffic. Missing a bigger space than the reception to meet people.

Staff is amazing : friendly and helpful. They spent hours helping me fixing my trip calling bus and train companies, guides etc. Location is good as it is in one of the Main Streets but you can't hear the noise from the hostel (just noises by people made inside the hostel so nothing they can do about it :) ) Their peanut butter iced coffee is to die for and you get a small discount because your a customer in the hostel. Will stay again. Nice touch with the curtain in the dorms : privacy is always enjoyable in a dorm. It gets a bit warm at night time but you have a fan WITHIN your cubical. Thank you for everything you guys are legends ! Update : on my last day I went to pick up my bag (left with throughout my whole trip), they let me have a shower for free and gave me a warm hug when I left. People you are THE BEST OF THE BEST , thank you for everything I will miss this !

Good for value. We paid sgd480+- for 6 person, 1 room, 6 beds, 10 nights. Very nice people. You get decent recommendations of tour package. There is room for improvement on cleanliness. We found cigarette butts under the bed and quite dusty.

Stayed here for five nights and had a lovely experience. The hosts, Tony and Rosy speak fluent English and are knowledgeable. Rooms were clean with all basic facilities. Few shortcomings were there like narrow staircase and non functional intercom but it was manageable. Money exchange facility is available at reception. Tony helped us to explore the city and told us about the good restaurants and streets to buy souvenirs from. Rosy helped us by marking the streets on the map where we can purchase specific gifts from, it really helped us to the purchase in a short time on our last day of stay. Overall it was a homely feeling there, and is highly recommended.

I am confused why this hostel has such great reviews. Besides really friendly staff, the place is pretty dark and dirty. The beds were dirty around the mattresses, the place was pretty grimey, and the bathroom smelt. Our beds also had bed bugs so we ended up checking out early. They were very kind and understanding and didn't charge cancellation or our second night. But still...bed bugs! The lockers were great, and each bed had a curtain, light, shelf, and fan but this didn't make up for the grime.

The staff is nice, the room is fine. It’s good choice to stay here while you are trying to find a not expensive but comfortable place to stay for one or two night. And the location is also very convenient. (The cons are that the female room near 1st floor, therefore it will be noisy some time

Really enjoyed my stay here. Rooms are nice, lockers are big and great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. I was not able to extend my stay as it gets booked out!

Avoid this hostel, it s horrible, no towel provided and the bathroom not clean. Smell of mold. Too much noise coming from the street, seems the traffic is in your room. With same price you find a better deal for sure, and the staff not very welcoming and kind. Please don't lose time booking here. I was in dormitory, don't know how is Private room. Don't know how reviews can be Soo high!!

Great clean and comfortable hostel, the beds are very comfortable and each bed got a curtain to give you privacy. Everything is new and looks good :) Really good basic breakfast is included, and the stuff was very friendly and gave us great recommendations on where to eat and cool places to go to! Super hostel! Very clean, super service and one of the best hostel breakfast I have had! Feels like you should have payed a lot more, too bad they only had one night free! Private room where everything worked and they found a external heater for us as it was a bit chilly! 6/5 for the price
