FAKE !! IT'S A SCAM !! we booked a while ago since we are from canada and they tried to charge us DOUBLE the price. For a smaller room !!! Super fake and you should not go there !

I think this hotel got the idea from the capsule pods in Japanese Airports. Great little place for you to stay and explore Sapa! The hosts are super nice and friendly. The showers are superb. Price is good. Recommended

Its like staying with vietnamese adopted parent kinda ambience. Really great experience.

Wir hatten eine booking.com-Buchungsbestätigung, aber als wir abends angekommen sind hieß es, dass keine Zimmer mehr frei sind. Bei der Suche nach einem neuen Zimmer für die nächsten drei Nächte fanden wir seine Zimmer immer noch auf booking (obwohl sie ja nicht frei sind).

Lovely host, he speaks English very well. The room is good and the location better! I recommend staying here, the price is amazing.

Really bad experience with this hotel. I have booked 2 rooms for my team with 6 members via booking app. On the date of checking in, we received the calls from the hotel and requested to change the room with higher price. If we did not agree, they would tell to booking app that the rooms were full to receive another customers. We have agreed and confirmed that we would check in. However, they still cancelled (not on booking app), just called privately to us and mentioned that they would "throw" more mattress into 1 room for 6 of us. It was really bad attitude. We highly not recommend it to you.

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here throughout our trip in Hanoi, for the price it's the perfect property in terms of location, comfort and privacy. Mr. Tu is so nice and friendly, he really went out of his way to accommodate us, making this hostel one of our favourites in Vietnam

Absolutely lovely family. They welcomed us warmly and prepared vegetarian and vegan dishes for our meals together. A delight!
