Very good coffee and good wifi. There are even sockets for charging. Unfortunately, it is very crowded here and many groups of coaches wallow through the shop.

Overlooking the lake, clean and bright inside. Bit pricy, 70K for an ice tea

It's a nice place to people-watch in an area where lots of people walk around. The weekend is the best time go. The coffee is good too. I had the egg coffee and a mint mocha ice cream thing. The egg coffee is STRONG but creamy. Pro Great location in a very touristy area lots of drink choices (They also have food and dessert, but I only had coffee there.) con It can get very crowded in the coffee shop. You might not get the spot you want. This place is a lot pricier than most other coffee shops. (You are paying more for style, location, and air conditioning.)

Nice friendly staff and good place to relax with a coffee and something to eat. Reasonable prices and lots of seating.

I bought a drink about half a hour before the puppet show, sitting there and waiting. After the puppet show I sit a bite and the staff bring a menu asking for ordering...(the same one:() this made me a bad impression of the shop.

Was here for breakfast and coffee. The ham and cheese toast was mostly toast with little ham and cheese, totally overpriced. The omelette was slightly better. The white coffee was too sweet and portion was so little that I thought it was espresso shot. Did I mentioned that the latte art was pathetic too? See photo for the coffee.

Good place to relax from the crowd and have a coffee. They have great ice flavoured (vanilla, caramel, matcha,...) coffees. The service is great. Western standards and prices.

The local black coffee is good but the tarts are less tasty as all the tarts are very sweet. Unless you have sweet tooth, if not you will not enjoy it.

Great staff! We ordered apple pie with ice cream and he was easy to know what we wanted! Try to ask him heat up the apple and eat it with vanilla ice cream! Great dessert ever!

Stopped by after buying tickets to the water puppet theater for an egg coffee, which was realllly good. Service isn’t bad but it’s not amazing either. Some of the seats are torn but I really couldn’t care less, some foreigners might? I eventually got up and asked for the check myself because no one noticed me waving or gesturing. Still, it’s air conditioned and has some good bakery foods! A bit pricey by Hanoi standards because it’s next to the theatre.
