In this charming coffee shop, the staff takes the craft of coffee making very seriously. We had a simple cold brew and Vietnamese iced coffee with condensed milk (Cà phê nâu đá). I have to say the Vietnamese coffee was spectacular, genuinely one of the best I’ve had in Hanoi (if you like your coffee very sweet). We also wanted to try their unusual salted egg yolk croissant -  perhaps a bit dry for our taste. Nonetheless, this atypical croissant was enjoyed alongside our coffees. The staff was very friendly, spoke english and explained the menu carefully. Would definitely come back, sii you again :)

As a frequent traveller who has a thing for finding the best coffee shop in every country, I can safely say Sii Coffee Bar has been the best coffee shop I've ever gone to. We stumbled onto Sii while making our way to another coffee shop. Although Sii was not listed anywhere online, the coffee bar looked too good to not step into (The adorable corgi, Capu, definitely helped). As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the owner Linh and her partner. We sat down and almost instantly got talking about coffee, food, and things to do in the 1 week we were in Hanoi. Linh gave us all the best places to go to for food, shopping, and massages. I was served a V60 pour over and it was delightful every sip. We came here almost every morning and each day, my pour over was from different beans that Linh wanted me to try out. Her pour overs were always done wonderfully - the flavours from each bean was still intact. Her brews were never too light, overbrewed, or burnt. (Something that happens all too often, even in established coffee joints) The place is tiny and can fit 3 people comfortably. Don't expect to bring your laptop to work there. Do expect to drink exceptional coffee and have amazing company. Coming to Sii Coffee Bar was the highlight of my day every morning in Hanoi. I can't recommend this place enough.

Cool place. An old French-styled little coffee house. The coffee is good, the furnitures are spaciously arranged, and there are bright corners next to large windows where you can stay and be deeply in a book no matter how long.

A little bit hidden up on 2nd floor, but the warmed croissant was wonderful, as was the egg coffee. Chill atmosphere.

Nice place. Large space upstairs. Coffee is good but a bit too strong

Spacy and airy, the shop occupies two floors of an old French-styled villa. It provides a wide range of coffee and only coffee. If you are looking for juice or non-coffee drinks, this is not your place, I am afraid. They do have pour-over sessions as well. The atmosphere is tranquil despite its being right on the bustling street.

The alley in which this tasteful coffee shop is placed is quiet, airy, lovely. This place is perfect for hanging out / resting in between sightseeing in the French quarter. We came here after spending hours in the Women’s Museum (awesome) and it was such a welcome break. The apricot black tea is to die for. All cold brews smell and taste great if a little on the light side. Friendly, kind, gentle staff.

Very good matcha latte. The best I’ve had in Vietnam so far.

Really relax and causal place to spend the time. But passion fruit mixed with cold brew is so weird that I can’t handle it. Mocha latte is good. The environment is so vintage, but the entry is too narrow, look out if you will miss it.
