I came here as a solo traveler to attend their egg coffee class. Not only did I walk away with a new experience, but I walked away with new friends. The egg coffee class was led by Linh, who taught me and two other travelers the background of coffee beans, and walked us step-by-step through the egg coffee process (I didn’t realize how important each step is!). I enjoyed my class so much that I returned to NYNA almost every day of my trip in Hanoi. I took another class—this one on coconut coffee—from Mạnh. He helped me practice brewing the Vietnamese coffee and showed me how to make the perfect coconut ice “snow.” The result was an affogato-style coffee drink that tasted amazing. Every drink I tried at the cafe was delicious, but the drinks with coconut were some of my favorites. Over my time visiting NYNA, I enjoyed getting to know the staff (Mạnh, Linh, and Khang) and also seeing the local customers who came to the cafe. I even saw a very special moment where some elderly siblings were reuniting after being apart for many years. They chose this spot as a comfortable and welcoming place to share their family reunion time. I highly recommend NYNA to every traveler or local looking for delicious and affordable coffee, and a friendly and comfortable environment for their cafe experience. You won’t be disappointed.

Incredible coffee, wonderful atmosphere, very lovely staff & impeccable service. It was our first trip to Hanoi and we felt right at home thanks to the staff at NYNA’ coffee. Huge thanks to Tam for offering us a egg coffee class! We learned so much and the staff was extremely attentive to detail. We can’t wait to come back the next time we visit Vietnam! Awful communication with Mei. Better yet, she doesn't communicate. Doesn't reply to messages and left us in despair. Not something you would want on your holidays. I am really happy she did this because now I am really eager to let everyone know how bad Nyna Travel is. Thanks Mei, good job!

A beautiful, clean 5 star apartment every item you need in apartment. Very comfortable bed. Great location to main street of shops, galleries eateries. Surely come back in another time

Cafe Nyna was the best egg coffee I had in vietnam. The class coffee is great with friendly staff, small and cozy space. Even though it is touristy, it is good coffee at a great price. A cool, authentic vibe as well.

This is one of the top places to hang out with my friends in the Old Streets. I really like the atmosphere and taste of drinks. The service is also good!

We visited this cafe on our last day in Hanoi. Prior to this, we tried egg coffee 3 times at different cafe. In other cafe, the egg taste was lighter as they mixed with more cream and/or caramel. But at NYNA cafe, the original egg coffee shop, we think that they added more egg hence the egg taste was stronger but abit unease with the raw egg taste. But overall it is a good experience. That’s interesting.

Me and my dad were truly impressed with how detailed, enjoyable and useful this egg coffee class was. It was of excellent quality and a great balance of theory and practice. The barista really is a fantastic trainer. The coffee was beautiful and we left feeling happy and inspired

Must try if visiting Hanoi The shop is located in a small alley, the menu has many types of coffee, but only the egg coffee is the best. Linh, the staff is very friendly, helping us to make eggs coffee. If you have the opportunity, in a winter morning to visit Hanoi, this drink is a great option. Different but great! We love the place and their coffee even more. When continuing our journey, we tried the egg coffee in many other places, but this place simply is the best. Must do when you are in Hanoi.

Excellent egg coffee in a cool atmosphere This was our first time trying egg coffee, and compared to the one I had in Saigon later, it was more sweet and more of a dessert than coffee. However, I really liked it and wish we had the chance to come back for more!
