Such a disappointment… Picture from google looks amazing, but it’s far from the reality… Super crowded, bbq at every corners, trashes everywhere, including in the water, kids almost walking over you, security guys riding back and forth with their motobike to try to clean around, hot embers left close to the trashes… I came with my kids to take a bit a fresh air, we only got surrounded by a chaotic environment, between 2 highways that are far too loud to even think about taking a nap… If you dare to go there, please clean your own stuff at least! Thank you

A nice park in Gamuda City. This is the place to hang out with family and kids. Windy environment and a big fountain in the middle of the lake. Kids can cycling at the open space and follow the trail. Many shops and offices at this place.

My first time visiting Yen So Park. It was really peaceful with lots of beautiful lakes and plants. However, walking to the park from Giai Phong Street is quite dangerous. Please be careful if you want to visit the park by walking.

A spacious area for family or friends reunion together. However there is limited rest rooms, so it is really a problem.

The best park in Hanoi so far. I have been many parks in Hanoi. I normally disappointed with parks in Hanoi for management and size. But, Yen So Park is big, clean, and well managed. Its perfect place to go picnic and walk. One negative point is that there is smell like fishy from the Yen So Lake. I think, its better to take care water quality of the lake. Tips : car parking fee 30k on weekends.

This place is very large to organize picnics, summer camps or big celebrity events. The most recent event I attended was HAY FEST, a music event with the participation of many famous singers. The space is airy and there are nearby water reservoirs to help create comfort for visitors. The facilities here contains a lot of tools to serve the needs of sports and physical development of people. You just need to park your automobile with a reasonable price to be able to play in the park from morning to night.

It is a very large park with island and cart racetrack. It has many peaceful places where you can meet the nature and relax with friends or family. Don’t miss it!

We googled for nature parks to visit in Hanoi and we stumbled upon Yen So Park. Was a bit far off our expectations after seeing the exciting pictures during event days. If you’re looking for a nature trail to just soak in some sun and green, this park is huge and you can take 2-3 hours to cover this place. We managed to catch a glimpse of a bright blue kingfisher but the place was pretty empty with little visitors. The play area for kids looked pretty run down with almost no one except the staff there. So if you’re bringing kids there on a weekday when there’s no special event, not sure if it’s the place to go. Would only recommend if you’re a nature lovers looking to get some nature in amidst all the local stores and city life. No much to do there except picture taking and strolling around. Tip: Bring a hat and your sunscreen if it’s a hot day.

Came here for a in-city-picnic as recommended by my cousin. The experience was great. The only fee you paid is ticket for your vehicle. Garbage scattering the place because no one is there to clean it up, and few campers didn't clean up after themselves properly or maybe it's a free entrance park, there is no maintenance team. I wish they charge small fee each person to maintain the cleanliness and take care of the plants. Would return.

A good place to camp for the weekend. Large space, many trees, Enjoy playing away from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi city🥰🥰 But it is not good that there is only 1 toilet, not clean,...

No facilities, cafes, places to buy water or anything else to drink or eat. Almost no benches. The park could be nicer if it was renewed and properly looked after. At the weekend there are also too many ppl with tents

Good space for a picnic. But be careful since there aren't many toilets around.

Went here for the music fest and tbh it was so freaking dark. There should be some lights to make this place bright at night for vision and safety. I've never been here during day time that I don't know how nice it could be but surely would never recommend anyone to wander into this area in the evening.

Had a morning run at this park. The path was ok, facilities are well maintained on one side but seem to be neglected on the other side.

A very large, quiet and peaceful place for family/school picnic, taking some fresh air (as there are many trees and lakes) and holding outdoor games for kids. I love this park very much. Especially there is no service like selling snacks.. around, just only service of supplying horse for riding in the park. So I love it more. Though it is quite far from the centre. Highly recommended for people who want to take a break from busy and noisy daily life.

Large park, good paths for running and cycling around. A little under the weather post COVID with trash around the place. Lake a bit smelly in parts! Coffee shop closed. A mixture of families taking picnics, kites and toys. Some clean up after themselves, others leave behind their waste. Overall, a nice park.
