Lovely place to take a rest. Breakfast is really good and a welcome break from oriental food. All in all the best hotel I stayed in on this peninsula. A special mention to Miss Hayashi who went out of her way to help me in my mission. She deserves a special mention in the management of this hotel. The pool was also great for a morning swim.

One of the best places I have stayed in Hanoi. It was as if I was on a Holiday away from Hanoi. The breakfast was amazing! ( the breakfast did not have a big variety but the food was very delicious) The Onsen was great. The Bamboo Thatch roof around the Swimming pool looks so beautiful. The Pool was nice to swim in, clean and not crowded at all. Considering this is A Japanese place they speak mainly Japanese and Vietnamese and some people speak a little English. I can not wait to visit again.

Overall experience quite good, better than I expected. The main gate it's a little bit hard to find due to there are some construction near by. A lot of Japanese and Korean stay in here (bit I'm Taiwanese haha), staff is capable of Japanese and English, I didn't see Chinese at here (so great!), Staff here are friendly and responsive. I booked standard double with 2 nights, the room will far better than the photos that shows on the website. It's tidy and nice, the space wasn't big but it's enough for me. Bedding was fantastic, I have a good sleep here, sound insulation is acceptable. Toilet very nice, have TOTO Washlet and the best thing is shower water so nice, water pressure strong enough and I'm enjoying it. TV can connect to the phone or tablet so you can play something that you want on TV. House keeping quite nice, they cleaned up sooo good, I guess because the management is japanese so that's why the cleanness also follow japanese standard. Breakfast has so much choice and it's japanese style, as a Taiwanese, I like it. The price was little bit expensive compared to others service resident but considering its service and lots of japanese things going on, I'll recommend this hotel and definitely will keep coming back.

Visited a friend in this hotel. Very clean. Room have big refrigerator, toilet 👍, washing/dryer machine. Small kitchenette with cooking utensils. Gym very well maintained. Opposite the gym room is reading/rest / children area. Many japanese cartoons books & very cosy corner.

Came for an event at NCC. Can walk there. Room was modern, functional (would be good to include iron and ironing board). Convenience marts nearby as well. Mostly Japanese visitors hence buffet breakfast is Japanese style. Will stay again if attending events at NCC.

Fantastic services. Staffs are polite and willing to help. The hotel Is under Japanese management and has high level of hygiene, especially in the public areas e.g. the spa and laundry room. The hotel is next to a busy main road, making it somehow inconvenient in turns of traffic movements. There is free shuttle bus between hotels and key attractions.

One of the best hotels that've stayed. Hotel is modelled to look like Japanese home apartments, giving me a home away from home feel. Room quality and service provided puts some Japanese hotels to shame as Roygents Parks has been nothing but an absolute perfection. That's not all! They have onsens too!! The awesome just won't stop coming!

The location is a bit secluded, so it’s quiet. The hotel is clean with good facilities and services. The room is comfortable with everything necessary. Will come back again for the next trip.

Kamer was oké, swimming pool was closed wasn’t announced when we did the booking. The prize is in my eyes to high , you could have better rooms in center Hanoi for less. Building next door what makes a lot of noise. Also it isn’t close to any activities or restaurants. Only could rent a scooter when I give my passport as a deposit. This is more for Japanse people as a foreigner it is a little harder because the staff speaks bad to no English. We checked out after 1 night , we booked for 4 nights.

Kind staff, excellent rooms, satisfactory breakfast, hospitality of hoteliers fluent in English, beautiful swimming pool❤️ The hotel is a little far from downtown Hanoi, but it's satisfying because it's quiet around! Until leaving the hotel, the employees were very kind and sad that they could not say goodbye😹

Although the hotel is not right in the center of the old town, it is very clean and convenient to travel. The hotel also has a car rental service with a driver. I had a very satisfying experience with driver Tien. because he had a lot of knowledge about the places I wanted to go and delicious local places to eat. I will stay again if I return to Hanoi. In addition, there is an Onsen bathing area that meets Japanese standards.

Clean room with air purifier. I stayed for 5 nights and I went to the public bath for onsen-like bath every night for free. It really helps relieve the tiredness. The hotel also offers free use of gym room, party room and driving range for practicing golf too. I used the free self service washing and drying machines. Very nice👍👍! You just need to ask the Front Desk for detergent. The outdoor swimming pool is closed in October to March so I didn’t have a chance to enjoy it this time. Though it only has one Japanese restaurant, the food is good. Overall speaking, I enjoyed my stay very much!

This hotel is very nice and cozy! Most amazing part is a small indoor hot spring that can easily relax fatigue. Super clean room, friendly and polite staff, good restaurant and cafe. Many Japanese guests stay here for business travel. Need grab car to sight seeing places with around 20 mins.
