    A livable urban area in Ha Dong. The population density is low, there are many trees. Full Gym, Swimming, Fitness/Sports services. Walking, jogging, and cycling outdoors are also very comfortable! Malaysian investors should invest a lot and strictly according to planning. Not as messy as Vietnamese investors
