Huge mall with everything you would need as well as a decent array of restaurants. The games area is excellent, including a bowling alley and pool tables. I didn't even see the ice skating ring despite coming here twice on my trip to Hanoi. If you want to get away from the chaotic streets of Hanoi, the taxi cost around 100k from old town to the mall and you can easily spend half a day here. Apparently there's an indoor water park but I never saw it 😅

what's up the elevator? doesn't stop when i pressed the button. if you have enough money to build the whole building, how about installing a decent elavator so people can actually use it? Such a waste of time!

Nice modern mall. Have many of the standard shops like Samsonite, Addias, Nike, Zara, etc. Good to revisit again

Five or six floors of branded stores, including Zara, Adidas, and Reebok. There’s a cinema up on the 6th floor. It’s very clean, patrolled by security guards, and there’s a food level, maybe the fifth. The centre’s only 10 minutes by Grab bike from the Old Quarter. Recommended by one and all.

A bit disappointing, and now I understand that local people are not into malls. Several floors with well-known brands , empty building , a food courts on the top floor- also empty - its VERY understandable why - in that huge variety of coffees and tasty restaurants around - is a torture to visit a mall in Ha Noi!

This place is still my favourite mall after more than 10 years. It still the same and it doenst seem downgrade at all, still looking clean, nice and fresh. It is located in the middle of city so the streets are always busy. If you are a tourist, i recommend you to shopping here!

One of the better malls with good shopping options such as Zara, Tommy hilfiger, maxmara, swarovski, Pandora, Hugo Boss and samsonite. There is also a cinema at the top floor. There are restaurants at the second highest floor such as Korean, Japanese, American (pizza Hut) and a highlander coffee cafe. Parking is available in basement for both cars and scooters. Scooters will need to have engines turned off and walked into their parking spaces if you're planning to park in the basement.

Excellent clean and quiet apartaments with best in class, super friendly and helpfull staff. The place is a little bit hidden (easily to find with gmaps etc.) but trust me it makes difference in a noisy city as Saigon. Thank you for hosting us and your help! 100% recommend.

Vincom Center is a premier shopping destination in Hanoi, and even during the Tet holiday when the mall was closed, it didn't disappoint. The festive decorations outside provided a wonderful backdrop for photos, capturing the spirit of Tet. Despite the closure, the management's thoughtful provision of free open WiFi allowed visitors like me to stay connected and share moments with friends and family online. It's this attention to detail and customer experience that sets Vincom Center apart. I look forward to returning when the mall is open to explore its wide array of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. Until then, I'll cherish the memories made during my Tet visit outside Vincom Center.

Nice modern shopping center. Have good brands, small supermarket, food outlets at lvl 5, links across to another building, arcade and a mix of branded and mass market brands. Something for everyone. Zara was on sale . There is a Hermes’ perfume

Great Shopping mall modern and nice. Is not huge as other cause was the first built in Hanoi. But is anyway the best shopping mall with a lot of shops and products as well many restaurants and entrateinements as game center and a good cinema. You can also find the Zara main shop in Vietnam here. Really amazing place!!!

Was good and privileged, all one stop shopping for international brands only, you can't find anything cheaper here.

Nothing here really. Big brands only. Note there are two buildings connected by skybridge at level 5. One building has an arcade with some fun games, but many were broken.

Have a hard time finding the entrance. Building have a cinema but very quiet. Lots of office workers were resting there. Toilets at shopping mall are clean. Many shops & one supermarket. Did not manage to get any thing here. Was looking for uniqlo but seems to be at other VINCOM centre

As a westerner I really enjoy this mall as it has more clothing options in my size - Zara, Mango, Aldo shoes etc. as well as cosmetics/skincare options such as Clinique, Mac, Makeup Forever etc. The mall is large & clean in a really nice area of Hanoi.

🌈For UK shoppers - this mall only has a Zara, Puma, Haivanna & vans shoe shop (none of which are worth visiting - the clothes in Zara cost the same as UK prices & the clothing is very similar to what you find in UK stores). There’s a perfume/makeup section on the ground floor (all premium brands eg Dior). The other shops were random titbit shops. If you wanna get some steps in then walk towards the mall - you see a lot of interesting things on the streets along the way.

Not big but good selection. H&M is by the anchor store. Westerners can find sizes to fit.

It's not easily to get to the 6th floor, because the elavator is malfunction. Not so many options for f&b.

  • 3/5 Lenny L. 1 year ago on Google
Pretty small not and unimpressive mall compared to other places I've seen in Asia. The food area didn't have much selection and there weren't other activities to do besides buying clothes. Would skip this if you're looking for things to do in Hanoi.

There are a lot of departments. You'll find sports, kitchen, ladies, children, and men's items.

Returned here after 9 years. Everthing looked bored and tired may be by the Covid

  • 1/5 Simon H. R. 1 year ago on Google
Terrible layout. Almost no elevators and many escalators not functioning. Absolutely not practical with a kid and stroller. Expensive brands, no discounts or only on very few items. But no surprise...it is typical Vin Group: all flashy and low quality. Go encourage and buy from one of the many small store owners around or buy online.

🫤 I often go to bigC to shop every week. The parking lot is regularly occupied by non-purchase vehicles as a free parking lot. Central VN should manage the parking lot with a card system and collect money by the hour (for vehicles without shopping receipts).
