A very big Mall recommended by my vietnamese friends. The prices are reasonable and affordable if you don't want to buy stuff from brands like Nike, adidas, etc. There is a huge arcade game hall where you can see young and old people in their own bubble :D Also there is a children's play paradise and a Lasertag area. The food in food court is unbelievable tasty and affordable for a mall.

It's one of the big shopping malls with all the brands. Lots of eating places. Ample parking . Good experience

Good Super market at Hanoi Vietnam

Worst of the worst. From a mistake of a cashier, they charged my money for another customer. They said after 10 working days, they will refund. After 10 days, I called for them, they said money is on the way. I need to wait. I must leave my work to go to the bank by their words to ask. The bank said without transaction ID, they couldn't help. I asked AEON customer services, they said they are not able to send the transaction ID. I wonder that is the way a famous Japanese company serve their customer. Terrible service for a long term customer!!!

Some friends and I went there for the Arcade. The choice of games was very big, but the ones we wanted to play were out of order, and three games we played had some issues with buttons and controls, making the game either unplayable or unfun. We ended up spending all of our coins in the hokey table game! That one was lotsa fun. As for the mall itself, it was huge, spacious and well supplied. One downside is that it was very confusing to orientate even with maps, as the numbers and indicator markings weren't placed right. Moreover, the digital map on the third floor was indicating the wrong "you are here" position, so from that time onwards, we just used the paper depliant, therefore, I can't really tell if the other digital maps around the mall were miscalibrated too or not. It was a fun evening overall though!

a very nice place to visit, different ambience from the crowded town of Hanoi, they have a park that refresh me a bit from the honking and traffic.. def will visit here again if i ever visited Hanoi again!

Wonderful mall, has everything you wanted. From McDonald's to Uniqlo and Adidas shops. I'm a tourist, and I'll definitely be back here if I visit Hanoi again

Great place for all ages, all times, all occasions. We believe that the idea to build this area has come from understanding the needs of customers and assessing the market very carefully of the Japanese. Therefore, AEON Mall is always crowded. Especially on holidays and Tet. Very clean and safe.

I think this is the best mall in Hanoi clean and big. Modern facilities and a lot of affordable options in dining, foods, supermarket and different apparel brands like addidas, uniqlo, Charles & Kieth etc. Toilets are big, clean and aestheticaly modern.

If you don't like crowd , better avoid weekends . Don't forget to enjoy the garden outside which is a nice spot for some photos... Between I sometimes enjoy the crowded food court vibe here.

Good place to spend few hours. Varieties available in shoping and dinning. However the car parking experience is horrible. You may need to go round and round to find a slot for you. I wonder why the management doesn't link the parking slots with Entry Cards.

One of the Biggest shopping mall i visited in world. Well planned. Even though many people visiting every hour its maintain 100% clean. Varieties of food items and house hold items can buy for reasonable prizes. Friendly helpful staff. Huge parking facility. Managing traffic properly. Excellent food court.

Very big mall. There's no public water facility at this place, so carry your own water if you don't want to purchase. Even if you want to purchase then you can buy it from ground floor super market. Overall good experience. A lot of games in the game zone but it's pricey.

Aeon is a pretty good shopping mall. The customer service and facilities are much better than the Vincom and other malls. There are lots of places to eat here, including a coiple food courts and sit down restaurants. And the supermarket is good. It does get very busy sometimes so expect crowds during peak hours.

Clean place in the heart of Hanoi when you enter the mall you feel like you're in a different country. Top brands, games, and many more.

Nice place to just go to relax. Too crazy busy at the eating area, my baby was hungry, but not enough space to sit and eat. We loved the dinosaur adventure.

It's a supermarket, not much good stuff in there other than the mad fish tanks. All customers seem to lose their sense of direction when they get in here though, it's chocka with people wandering round aimlessly getting in the way. Tills take forever too.

Nice place for consumers, lots of stuffs, especially food. Found they easy to pick up and enjoy here (u can eat the food next to where u bought it). Prices are ok, just 3.5k for a bottle of water :D

AEON Mall - food court level 1. It is great place for someone with low budget, but still want to have a lot of choices. There are a bunch of food store for you to choose. It is range from 20,000 vnđ ~ 1 usd to 60,000vnđ ~ 3usd for one meal here. Highly recommended for you to come and try food here. Apart of that, it is a great places for you to go shopping and go entertainment. Let's come and check it by yourself.

You can find here literally everything you're looking for. Clothes, food, jewelry etc. The prices for food is a bit higher but it's fine. Parking spots are free

My favorite shopping mall in Hanoi

This is one of those department stores that have more salespersons than customers. Tried buying a normal leather belt with an adjustable buckle that allows you to cut off excess length to fit. Except in this place, between 4 salespersons in the leather goods department, nobody knows how to remove the bucket. Had to ask for a refund. Pretty sure most other establishments selling leather goods would not have this issue.

Best grocery store in Hanoi especially if you like sushi and Japanese food. It has a good(cheap) bakery and many restaurants there and a huge food court on the top floor.

I love Aeon I shop their 3 or 4 times a month. I always but sushi and a few items from the bakery. I like their already cooked chicken and sausages. They have a good produce section. They carry a lot of Japanese food I have been shopping at Aeon or Jusco for over 20 years in Japan, Thailand and Vietnam.

One of the biggest mall in Hanoi, there is a huge food court inside and yiu can find almost everything cheaper than any other restaurants, I love their noodles

Good place to shop and chill, everything is perfect. Restrooms are fresh and clean, there's also a smoking place, lighting is bright, AC is best, friendly staffs. What could one possibly complain? Probably too crowded...

A lot of goods to choose from plus amazing food court. They just opened Aeon Cafe which is cool.

Visited on a weekday so it was quite empty. Toilets are super nice and clean. The aeon mall supermarket was pretty huge and had alot of Japanese and Korean snacks/drinks/food there. There's alot of restaurants on the 5th floor but we didn't eat there as we were still quite full. Prices at the other shops were pretty ex though.

A clean, modern mall. The best thing about it for me is that I have been here for several hours and no one has yet shouted at me or jumped in front of me and tried to sell me anything or anyone. My current accommodation is in the Old Quarter and it is a pleasant break to come to a place like this for a few hours.

Just went here to buy a Christmas gift for our kids. Hey just wat we needed. Good service and quick help. Free delivery to our home as well which is always nice too of course. Did not walk around much but seems to have a nice atmosphere as well lots of shops and lots of western brands as well if that is what you are looking for.

Price is good. Clothes are at the good price. Food is ok.

What a cozy place. I drop by to take a rest but unfortunately can not rest. Everything is interesting here. Almost similar (or might be bigger) to AEON mall in Malaysia. Worth to shop because the massive size of these stores offers everything that you might be needed.
