Not bad. Has some good technology for not bad prices (coming from the west) Phones, TVs, air con, etc We went to find a new phone as ours broke.

Yesterday my laptop charger finally died and melted into a burning pile of garbage. I was really worried about where to get a replacement one and I use my personal laptop for work, so really had to find a solution fast. I went into this media mart and the staff were really helpful. Particularly one salesman who went out to bring back the required part for me. I don't speak Vietnamese and his English was pretty basic but we muddled through it somehow. The shop may look rundown and you might have to ask for help instead of sales people rushing to you (which annoys me anyway), but they will do their best to help you.

Adequate place has many electric appliance, but nowhere near the website promotes. The TV/audio sections are usually bombarded with ear-popping musics, extremely annoying.

Just be CAREFUL shopping online at Media Mart - I ordered a Samsung TV for 17.400.000 VND last Friday ! It came within a day - delivered by single man on Motorbike - I did NOT get any English instructions and even NO RECEIPT - a receipt SLIP was sent to me as a photo by Zalo after claiming !!! - How can I proof any guarantee claims later ? - Calling at Media-Mart I had to learn that THERE IS NO ENGLISH SPEAKING STAFF at MediaMart - even on the Hot-Line Number. - When my Vietnamese wife phoned, staff was very unfriendly and even "cheeky" - I will for sure never buy online at MediaMart again :( Klaus Ihme, Nguyen Chi Thanh, Hanoi

Media Mart is one of the biggest chains of electronic stores in the Europe. This shop is worn down. Has hopeless service. You cannot gather products and pay on the way out but have to go back to one .... One chasier on 2nd floor. Prices are also not really competitive. My advice stay away. Staff really not good in English.
