I will review here the Lotte Mart delivery service: - You chose a time but it is barely respected, example I chose several time deliver 9-10 AM, the app show expected delivery after 11 AM and actual delivery is like 10:45. So messy and ZERO communication from them - If you call the hotline to check your order status, they say they will check with the relevant supermarket and call you back but THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK. Liars. - As they delivery many customers at the same time, your fresh or frozen food can stay in the heat for more than one hour just in normal plastic bag. If you ask them to add some ice pack (which should be done automatically with a little bit of commonsense), they just put a tiny one which is totally useless. The team is totally clueless about food safety. Actually few years ago, they were using special bag for keeping products cold so the service got worse with time. Conclusion: Lotte quality service here is very very far away from Lotte in Korea. I do not know what the management is doing but so far the training and monitoring of the team is bad.

That was unbelievably worst experience at bike parking in Hanoi. I stepped by here to charge my electric bike.. After I came back from shopping here 1 hour later, the plug had been pulled out,and no charge at all!! It have seen nobody used the plug(there are many plugs). I'm not sure who pulled out my plug, but there's only one who knew I'd used the plug. This is unkind parking woman guard. I think such a famous lotte mart should hire properly person even it's at parking. I hope lotte give us more great time totally.

There's a Lotte department store and a supermarket. The supermarket entrance is near the corner. The supermarket is open today, during the Tet holiday (6pm 24 Jan 2023), while many other shops are closed.

HUGE lotte hyper market. Massive, has everything you could ever dream of hehe. Good prices too, big food section and bakery. Very busy though but very clean. Good for big shops to stock up on things. Not good for quick visits.

one of the tallest tower in Hanoi. i wasn’t planning to be there but seeing this enormous building afar made me want to go there. there’s lots of department stores inside and we ended up having dinner there.

Loved this place! Had such a variety of things to buy to bring back home as souvenirs. Also nice to just walk around and see what they have. Ranges from fresh produce to coffee, tea and dried fruits/nuts.

One of the biggest shopping malls with a comprehensive mart in the basement. Rushed in and get our cashew nuts, G7 coffee and got a surprise catch of organic Vn noodles.

Shopping mall have great varieties of goods. Lotte mart have many korean food products. Do not be alarm, if you get a shopping basket before entering the mart, a security staff is likely to "locked" your bag with plastic loop, to prevent "shoplifting". 1st time experiencing such extreme practice in supermarket. It is very inconvience, cuz you need to get security guard to cut off the plastic loop to get wallet from handbag at payment counter.

Cashiers work so slow that they should not be paid. 3 people in a line and few products and it took 20min. They should make self checkout of some sort, because now it is a big joke!

No wifi or any other network connection because of its basement location, so it's impossible for cashless payment. Prices are high. Service staff are helpful and available at every corner

I would have rated it better if not for the bad experience in the restaurant Truly Viet, within the food court in the Mall. The name itself is a misnomer. Pho was tasteless and bland. The worst I ever had and I had worse. All the way to Hanoi for Pho? Not here at least. Service was equally horrible, the waiter wishes to be elsewhere. His face tells it all. No smile not even a kind gesture, I wunder why did he bother to come to work.

My husband and I went there to do some grocery shopping and then grab dinner. LotteMart wasn’t a problem, but the issue was with the restaurants on the higher floors. None of them, including the sushi place and the Japanese BBQ, seemed interested in seating us. Despite there being empty tables and it not being close to closing time, all the staff claimed they were fully booked. It was a disappointing experience. I don't think I'll bother coming back here for anything other than groceries.
