This place only looks good but it smells terrible. The entire building stinks of cigarette smoke... in this day and age it is terribly sad when people are allowed to smoke inside such a beautiful and expensive building. Even the designer clothes I looked at smelt of cigarette smoke... Disgusting that addicts have more rights than I do. Never ever go there.

Cookie-cutter Lotte Mart experience, with a few drawbacks. Firstly, everything is adequately nice and clean as far as Lotte Marts go, but the goods selection has been gradually smaller. First the 4th floor was wiped, then the checkout in the 2nd floor, then half of the 3rd floor was gutted. That said, the select choice is still quite a wealth of essentials, and now it feels like a bonus to me. So 5 stars for being full, minus one for being confusing every few months. But the reason for the downgrade from 4 stars to 3? The food prepared at Lotte Mart is of good value (aka cheap for the stuff included) but I've had tummy aches (and so did people I know) due to the food here before. Look, it's supermarket food so I'm not exactly going all Michelin critic, but food safety should rank first no matter where and what you eat. Haven't seen the issue pop back after the recent restructuring, so Lotte still get 3 stars but... Verdict: Cautiously optimistic, and keeping expectations middlingly average.

Not a bad little shopping center. The top two floors consist of Lotte Mart, the rest of smaller stores and places to eat. Probably okay for locals, but if you're a tourist, head a bit further down the road to the Vincom centre - a shopping mall on a much grander scale.

The most abundant if compared to big c artemis vinmart PNT, also discount deeper among those 3. IT have good bakery and OK sushi shop ( sushi deli). The sushi deli have alot of stuff to chose from like onigiri, oyakodon, bento, udon, sashimi, steamed egg, various kind of salad. Lotte Mart also have many Vietnamese fastfood and hot pot as well.

This mart offers many things but useful assistance. Shop assistants here are equipped with little to no knowledge of what they have on their own shelves and have neither tool nor enthusiasm to help their customers in need. In my most recent visit, I was searching for a product appears in the mart's local website but none of the employees know about it. I was not even guided but directed and not to different sectors but to different employees here to ask. All I heard was "I don't know, ask someone else". I seriously hope this mart's practice does not represent lotte's business culture in general.

There is a small problem with escalator. The direction of 2nd floor is different from the 1st floor. For example, I go up by the left for the first escalator, I think next escalator will be the same and not pay attention to look. But no, in the next escalator, go up by the right. My middle-aged mom nearly bit more tripped up last month.

😐 Depertament Store: The clerk was tailing me and touches whatever I touch! As a shopper. I don't want being followed closely. Please maintain distance so shopping can be comfortable enough.
