This place has a relaxed, chill vibe. The cocktails were great and I appreciated the unique ones with the Vietnamese flavors. The bartenders and servers are cool and helpful. They seemed passionate about the drinks in the way that they described them. The drinks aren’t cheap and they don’t have much selection for snacks, which are pricey, too. Be sure to come here if you’re not hungry. I’m not rating the food so this is why they get 5-stars.

Was told by a rude member of staff that without a reservation we must leave, before she suddenly changed her mind and offered the closest seats to the entrance/exit. After this, ‘locals’ entered the bar no questions asked and proceeded to be greeted and shown to better tables further into the bar. On top of this, a photographer proceeded to take photos of every other table apart from ours. As a ‘white’ group, we’ve never felt more discriminated and segregated in my life. A small wine bar on the 3rd floor which has a glass rooftop with classic style will be special to visit at the weekend days. Please book a table before coming to be sure that they still have slots for you. They will keep table in 15 minutes on the weekends and the bartenders are friendly.

My fav cocktail bar of all time. I come here first because of reputation of the founder of the bar, second because of the drink quality. Penicillin here is definitely the best. Attic also gets a unique view of sky through the glass roof. Imagine sitting comfortably on a leather sofa in a warm, cozy room filled with soothing music, looking at the sky with stars, holding a cocktail on your hand. Perfect night.

Extensive craft cocktail menu with an option to do bartenders choice! (I think or they were just humoring us). Either way, great service. Super attentive. Great atmosphere. Not too crowded although they should be! Super underrated. Would recommend this bar over other cocktail bars with a ton of hype.

Very nice bar with good cocktails. Hidden on the top floor, it really is like going up to an attic of a house. Need to go to the side of the building and go up 2 floors. Don't be fooled the second floor is also a bar but not the attic make your way all the way up and you will find this nice bar with great drink from some very nice and friendly staff and mixologist. A cool bar to chill at with friends. Good ambiance, vibe and decor. They have an extremely well stocked bar. Some of the choices are overpriced but those in the know will be able to find those gems in the rough which are reasonably priced. I do have some concern because I imagine the turnover of their whiskey must be quite slow. There is quite a lot of headspace in the bottles and they are continuously lit by quite bright led lighting; I am concerned that the flavour will diminish and oxidise over time. We tried: - Talisker - Ardbeg - Glenmorangie Nectar Dor All delicious.

A small corner on second floor of a shophouse, have a great vibe of a traditional Hanoi old quarter unit, however it feels a bit rusty and damp. Cocktail options are fine, with some creative ones like the Pho cocktail, which is worth a try, but not for everybody. Price is reasonable given the prime location in the middle of Trang Tien. Staffs are abundant in number and always attentive. During weekdays there will be parking lots right below the street. During weekend it will be a walking street thus parking is gonna be an issue.

Cool, clubby vibe with delicious cocktails. Friendly staff fluent in English for Westerners like me, and Google translate works in a pinch for the super friendly staff. Absolute must if you are in the area -- you will not regret it! A Hanoi gem 😁

Great cocktail bar, nice atmosphere, good bartenders and tasty drinks. To get there you need to climb some stairs, all the way to the top of the building next to the Cong Ca Phe. Was handed a rose on arrival as it was Valentine’s Day, which was a nice detail. Tried out 3 drinks and was happy with all 3. Would Recommend!

With a tucked away entrance head up 2 floors and you will find great cocktails served in a very cozy and intimate atmosphere. Aside of cocktails, they stock a variety of spirits worth drinking on the rocks or neat like my favorite Lagavulin 16. Live music on most Thursdays. Ask barkeeper Ming for drink recommendations, he will even whip up something custom to meet your taste.

We had a great time there but wan we ask for the bill we understand that they try to scam us. Instead of 7 shut they charge for 7 dose of alcohol, that makes the bill less the 3 millions, for 7 shots and 4 cocktail!!!! We argue with them and they said they make 3 shut on the house but still a very bad experience, and expensive as hell Be careful!!!

This was my favorite bar in Hanoi. The atmosphere is good, with lots of pretty people & good music. The service and drinks are good.

Affordable price considering the very central location they stay. Very busy during weekend, booking is recommended. Friendly staff, nice cocktails.

Secret hidden gem of a bar with fantastic ambiance! I highly recommend a visit. This bar has a great vibe, friendly staff, and nice music playing in the background. Seats are so cozy it was easy to drink several cocktails.

Loved this place! It’s a little speakeasy hidden up a small stairway, just ask in the cafe below. Our server Viet was the absolute BEST! Super friendly, caring and knowledgable. Cocktails are spectacular and very reasonably priced compared to other bars in the area - definitely try their award winning Pho cocktail, which is incredible and one of the best cocktails we’ve ever had (vs. London, New York, etc). On weekends they have live music which was to a very high standard. We went twice in one week, and came here on our last night in Vietnam :) Oh and the complimentary corn snacks are addictive! Can’t imagine why some people below have posted complaints but we couldn’t have had a better experience here
