Nhi was server this afternoon and I have to say what a gem she is. First off it was my last day here in Hanoi and I really wanted to be on a balcony looking down at all that was going on. I was the only person upstairs because it is still quite hot but, she asked me if I would like a fan and wow it was so fantastic to have my view as well as the fan to be super comfortable. She was totally attentive to me and I really appreciated all her efforts. When I was ordering food she explained everything to me so I knew exactly what I was ordering. When it came out to me she explained to me how it is eaten which was absolutely fantastic because I had no idea. Nhi has to be the very best server I have had in the whole month that I have been here in Vietnam. I have travelled the whole country and she is the absolute best I have had. Now the food here was incredibly delicious and I only wish I had found this place sooner. I would recommend it over and over again. I can’t thank you enough for a wonderful meal and service for my last night here in this wonderful city of Hanoi! Unfortunately I forgot to take photos of my meal but I did take a little video of my view unfortunately it won’t allow my to post it but here are a couple of quick photos! It really doesn’t give it the justice it deserves. I am not a vegetarian nor a vegan however they have some very delicious items for this kind of diet. Hope you all enjoy it as much as I did!

I'm surprised to meet the youngest Manager in town, Ben. He is only 19 but speak very well English, he is friendly especially to the girls. Why I said that, because he took my fan away for the girls who just came into the restaurant. Hence, I'm sweating... But I don't mind because they is one & only fan in the whole restaurant. The food is average but pricey, could be the location, may be because they served foreigners, majority westerners. I'm from the neighbouring countries so I know Asian food better, the one that is acceptable & satisfying the taste bud is coconut fried rice & bún chà. I came to know this restaurant from Google and they score pretty good reviews so here I'm but a little disappointment with the food quality (not as good as it's Google review). But their staff service is good, lead by the young & friendly Ben.

Oh wow!! What a beautiful dining experience I have had! The staff were very attentive, food was amazing and full of flavour (vege noodle soup) 🥦🥬🫑🥕🌽 mushroom, tofu! Vege explosion 💥 They also have a separate menu for the meat lovers out there which looks yum too. Give it a try when your in Hanoi 🙏 Bright coloured lanterns inside, you can’t miss it! 10/10 Hannah and the team gave the best service!

Had seafood hotpot (850000) which is for 3-4 people. It was very fresh and delicious. The menu includes clams but didn’t have any clams. It took about 30 mins to come out. Drinks was good and took about 20 mins to come out. The waiters can speak good English. Recommend checking the price of each item on the bill as it was different from the menu.

Good environment and good foods. Very nice service from Chut the waitress. Highly recommend for those who wants to try authentic Vietnamese foods.

We had enjoyed one of our best dinners in hanoi. Henry the manager its an amazing man who helped us to choose and understood the meals. His English is one of the bests we had in this trip we enjoyed the explanation of the dishes. Thanks a lot and we wish u all best good luck and happy life

Most of these reviews are fake. The number of 5 stars and users only rating this place, but nowhere else, is a dead give away. Though the spring rolls were great, the lemon grass chicken was inedible. Stick with the vegetarian menu and keep away from anything that once had a pulse because the kitchen staff aren't able to prepare it properly.

We arrived just before closing in the hope of a quick meal. The staff were friendly, attentive and the food was delicious! Highly recommend.

Amazing food and really nice staff and ambient! We tried some chicken noodles and a coco rices and they were both delicious. Besides that Nhi was supper pending to check if everything was good. Completely recommended!

The Vietnamese restaurant's dreamlike ambiance was enchanting, creating a delightful setting. However, the experience took a turn with the oily dishes, leaving me less than satisfied. What disappointed me further was the interaction with the waiters; despite available space upstairs, I wasn't allowed to sit there. This perceived partiality left a negative impression on an otherwise promising visit. Improvement in both food quality and customer treatment could elevate the overall dining experience.

Had dinner here on our first night in Hanoi. We loved the feeling of this place and the food was great. We loved Ben our waiter for the evening. He was very funny and shared some great stories. He entertained us with showing how to make the pancakes. He was very friendly and great with the kids too. Definitely recommend this place when staying in Hanoi.

Henry was our host and spoke English extremely well. Second time visiting where I've ordered the vegetarian Banh Xeo (pancake). Best pancake I've had across Vietnam! I also overheard Henry provide recommendations to the table next to us. He's very friendly and accomodating

Nhi and J97 were great! Very friendly and offered great travel tips. The food was super tasty. I just landed in Hanoi and was so happy to find a vegetarian friendly option so easily. The drinks are also very affordable and delicious.

Stayed at the cozy restaurant in the freezing day of Hanoi. Thousand lanterns made the dining more brillant and warmed up. Lily great staff who helped us to order the foods with local wine. A worth place for us to come back!

Our first meal in Hanoi, beside our hotel. Saturday night and the place had a busy turnover of people. The Pho is a big portion, really didn’t need to order anything apart from our two Phos. We were stuffed for a few hours after having added spring rolls and lemongrass chicken and three beers between us for 675k. The food was tasty

Absolutely amazing food, staffs so friendly, we had amazing bamboo with fish sticky rice cake. Very nice dining space, beautiful decorated by lanterns.

This is a yummy, atmospheric restaurant. The prices are a bit higher than other restaurant nearby but the menu is large, the food is good (with big portion sizes), and the staff are really helpful. The server, Henry, was accommodating and helped me find some great local dessert places too.

Amazing food! Traditional beef was one of the best dishes I’ve had in Vietnam - so tender. Spring rolls amazing as well. Great fried rice with beef and delicious green beans. Lovely service from Henry. Highly recommend

Very delicious food. We ordered one appetizer and two main courses to share and we was soooo full. We paid around 200K dong each which is a little bit pricey compared to the other restaurants in the area, but totally worth it! And as a bonus the restaurant was very authentic and beautiful as well 👌🏼

Was surprised to see such a well decorated restaurant that caught my eye as I was walking through the very busy part of Hanoi Old Quarter. Food is a little bit expensive but very well served. Portion was quite big also. Love the ambience here!

Comfortable place to enjoy traditional Vietnamese cuisine. Hoang Ha greeted us and served us. He communicated well and had a good sense of humor too.

Just ok. The pictures didn't match the dish at all. With the beef I was expecting spicy peppers just like on the picture with a wide variety of vegetables. I'll take my chances with street food next time.

Third time been here and always fantastic food. Really fresh and full of flavour. Staff are really friendly and happy to cater to needs. Deals with larger groups really well. Will visit again in December

Great place for a hangout with indoor and outdoor sitting at the balcony. Was craving for some burgers and what i received was absolutely class. Also a shoutout to Tobey for the great service 🫡 Will come again when I visit Hanoi to try out their other dishes

•Tuan is super hospitable & friendly when I asked for wifi and he saw my phone battery was low, he kindly offered his power bank which he didn’t have to. What a nice gesture! •Crispy veggie pancake was delicious, I may have to find time to go back as the dish has all the elements I crave; crispy, crunchy, fresh and light, and a subtle sweet and sour dipping sauce packed with fresh ingredients. •Big portion sizes •Nice layout upstairs

Surprisingly pedestrian dinner. Nothing stood out or impressed. The cuốn were just okay, and the waiter not only did not know the difference between red and white wine, he did not know how to open a bottle of wine, I had to do it for him. The pho was shockingly flavorless. This was the first mediocre food I encountered in my entire stay, and therefore even more disappointing.

Don’t look for a sign called Garden Restaurant 2 or you will be walking up and down the street in the rain like me! It’s opposite Van Hoa Viet Viet culture souvenir shop.. don’t be put off by the club style entrance, upstairs is super cute! Separate Vegetarian/ Vegan menu and full other menu… delicious! And waiter Tuan so helpful, with great English and recommendations 💕

They have an entire menu for vegetarians and a separate menu for meat eaters so make sure to tell them you are vegetarian because I was confused at first 😄 Try the coconut fried rice, you can also eat the coconut after if there is still space. The staff is very nice and they speak good English

Great restaurant with friendly service staff and fantastic good. There are plenty of vegan and vegetarian options. There is a night club below so it can be loud inside but if you sit at the balcony it's quiet and you can look down

My friends and I enjoyed a delicious meal here, everything cooked perfectly. Tuan was so helpful and hospitable, and even gave us some local tip. Great ambience too. We will definitely be back. Cam on!

What a great experience. The resturant was a little boujee so I was sceptical at first but the food was 100% worth it! As a vegetarian it's been hard finding many veggie options in Vietnam but here they had an entire menu. The highlight of our meal though was Tuan. He was an amazing waiter and a super funny guy.

It was good not perfect. We thought there were not that many options, but what we chose was very good. Food didn’t came at the same time , appetizer and one main dish came at the same time and the other dish came a little bit too much later for me. We were told we could seat wherever we want but didn’t told us there’s a second floor which is even nicer than the first.

Lovely balcony with so delicous banh xeo and seafood hotpot. My company had a great meal here. Back site they've got a subperb nice dinning rooom, cozy cushion sitting, fabric, overwhelmed calorful of lanterns, staffs Luan so friendly and helpful. Highly recomended.
