After eating street food for a few days in Saigon, we arrived in Hanoi and opted for some "western" food. We had the burger and pasta bolognese. Both dishes were great and ms Luyen was very nice. Desserts very good aswell. Highly recommended.

Amazing place! Was near our hostel so we checked out the menu everything is fairly cheap and they have happy hour deals (which are all the time) 30% off chicken burger and fries, pizza (110k), and a vodka shake. My chicken burger came to 55k and was fantastic! Really friendly staff and a great owner. If you find yourself in the area check it out. Definitely coming back here to try the pizza it looks incredible.

It was our favourite place to have dinner in Hanoi. The staff were excellent, the young lady and young man looked after us very well and made going back there again and again an easy decision! The prices are great especially before 6pm when they have multiple deals on!

We travel with kids and this restaurant is really nice with western food and also Vietnamese food. Prices are ok! and the staff was really nice and smiley. Luyen and Hoa wmaew great! Always smiling and happy to help with our requests. We came back to eat in Jackbo every time we were in Hanoi.

Best dinner ever the food was absolutely delicious yummlicious at Jackbo & Ms Luyen our pretty host was so nice to show us how to eat the Vietnamese pancake the proper way hahahahahha btw the vodka passionfruit were really awesome

Miss Luyen was the most incredible server, giving us free tea and cake, and asking if we wanted to request any songs. The fried rice and ‘Vietnamese favorites’ (deconstructed rice paper rolls) dishes were incredible and delicious. Our first day in Hanoi was made great by this restaurant.

As soon as we arrived the staff were very quick to get us seated and from that moment until we left after eating the waitress and staff were superb. If we needed anything the waitress was very quick to help. The restaurant is very spacious and well maintained The food was great and we both enjoyed everything served to us which we will show in photos.

This is very good restaurant in Hanoi, I have lunch here with grill local beef steak, so good green pepper sauce, mash potato is perfect. Vietnamese’s favorite food:” nem nuong cuon “ so delicious. Good service, manager very friendly. I will come back in future.

Great food, great atmosphere, great prices! Our waiter, Hoàng, provided excellent service. Jackbo is definitely worth a try!

I tried the Braised Fish here. Very good service, very nice scene, you should come here.
