To start off, love the vibe here, the staff if nice and speaks English and know their menu really well as well. I tried couple of different slices its all just really really good ❤️ definitely recommend. The coconut coffee would be my favourite coffee here. Looking at the menu to order cakes wouldn't help so would suggest taking pictures of the cakes available downstairs so you can order showing the pictures when you get upstairs

Phenomenal cakes & dessert plus there’s vegan option. One of the best spots for weekend brunch facing the West Lake. Service level is top notch, very friendly owner & staff, attentive to your need. East meets west!

Came here as a tiny family time from suggestion of a family member. Went here on a beautiful weekend. Friendly staff, yummy food. Why I’d hadn’t discovered this awesome place before?! Come here, you won’t regret, in the other hand, the best move of your life. I think I’ll came here for my birthday #bestcake #🍰

Probably the best cake place in Hanoi. No matter what cake you get it never disappoints. They have gluten free options too. For my birthday I could not decide which cake to try so I tried four instead. In the attached photos you can see a slice of Red Velvet crepe cake, Chocolate Brownie layer cake, Hot Chocolate layer cake and Rum Chocolate cheese cake(sorry if I got any of the names wrong, which is entirely possible)

Delicious cakes! Drinks and dinner were amazing too. We only planned to stay for a quick drink but ended up spending the whole afternoon and evening here. Highly recommended.

Wow! So so good! We came here by a friends recommendation and were really impressed. The staff are friendly, and came and got us when an outside table was ready, which was great because the weather was lovely and the views over the lake are beautiful. We had a beef burger and shakshuka with gluten free bread. I’ve not found anywhere that serves gluten free bread yet in Hanoi, so it was a great addition! We had to try one of the amazing looking cakes for pudding too. I wish I had found this place earlier so I could try them all! The owner was so lovely, and let us have a little try of the key lime pie before we ordered- it was the best key lime pie I’ve ever had. Thanks so so much!

We’ve tried 4 kinds of cakes and all of us agree that the cakes have become not as impressive as before. Our feelings are the recipes might be the same while the ingredients changed slightly. We wonder if the shop has changed hands. They are still good compared to most cake shops in Hanoi but we won’t travel there just for the cakes or order our birthday cakes there like we did before.

I had breakfast in this cafe. This cafe’s good atmosphere made me happy and comfortable. The temperature inside is moderate and cozy. The staff can speak English and friendly. I love this squirrel centerpiece in the table. I ordered 2 shot latte. The beef lasagna I ate was the most delicious food in Vietnam I thought 😂. I love cheese and it contains a lot of cheese. I would like to come back to eat it again.

They provide such a wide variety of cakes that we had a hard time choosing what to order. We got tiramisu crepes and brownies, both of which were heavenly tasty. Drinks were average in my opinion. Cozy ambience with a great view of the west lake

Vegan chocolate cake fulfilled all my chocolate cravings! It was rich and not dry. It reminded me of Matilda cake in the movie! Beautiful lake views too.

A cakes are super huge, sweet but taste. Beverage are sweet too. I ordered lemonade and it is crazy sweet. Pineapple is much better. Staff is enthusiastic but pretty slow and they forgot my cakes and my water. Good place for vegan cake. They have several types.

The lemon crepe cake was delicious & the ham sandwich was huge (available until 4). Sorry we ate all the cake before getting a photo. Great view over the lake.

My favourite bakery for take-out or delivery. The price is of course a little higher than other places, but the quality of the cakes is absolutely worth it (I always order the Napoleon). The place also serves as a cafe too, so if you are looking for an atmospheric spot to hangout with friends, this is it.

Great cafe. Located in the west lake area with beautiful views of the lake. The cafe commands a beautiful view because of the mansion that it occupies. It has several floors with ample seating. Outdoor and indoor. The service is also excellent, I was pleasantly surprised to see that most of the team at the cafe were young and all spoke fluent English, more importantly you could engage in conversation with them, smart team. The food is very very well priced. And of course the cakes are all excellent, it took me about 20 mins to decide what to eat, and I am a picky eater and this place didn’t disappoint. You could tell the owner cares about the customers simply from the way they treat you. If you’re in Hanoi, don’t miss this place. Cheers!

Maybe the best cake I've ever had! The staff was very friendly and the places to sit outside so beautiful. If I would live here, I would come every day.

Caramel cheesecake was out of this world. I mean I wish I was there with my friend cuz the portion was so big and a cup of tea wasn’t enough😅 Consider it before visiting cuz their choice blew my mind but the pieces were large too. The sunset was a huge advantage of the location. I was lucky I could catch it

This restaurant is situated in an idyllic location near Westlake, renowned for its picturesque views. It's nestled in the Quang An area, which adds to its charm by allowing patrons to relish the beautiful lake scenery. As you spend time here, you're greeted with the delightful aroma of freshly baked cakes, enhancing the overall experience. Pros: 1. Aromatic Cakes: One of the most notable features is the scent of cakes that fills the air, creating an inviting atmosphere. 2. Variety of Choices: The restaurant boasts a diverse selection of cakes, catering to different taste preferences and ensuring there's something for everyone. Cons: 1. Overpowering Bitter Smell: Despite the pleasant smell of cakes, there's an underlying bitter odor that might be off-putting for some visitors. 2. Overly Sweet Caramel Cake: Specifically, the caramel cake might not appeal to everyone as it tends to be too sweet, which could be a downside for those who prefer less sugary desserts.

Finally a decent cake store in whole of Vietnam. Sweet and dessert lovers will not resist the huge cakes deli here, not to mention a great view to West Lake. Amazing portion. Kudos! Recommend their short cakes, lime cake, tiramisu…or whatever your eyes tell you, all tastes delicious.

the drinks are ok, nothing to write home about. However, the cakes are great, abeilt the portion being a bit too big for a girl. I saw one couple ordered like 4 servings and ended up left the whole thing since they underestimated the portions. Please keep in mind that the shop also provides take-away boxes in case you can't finish them delicious cakes in one sitting.

My fav bakery and tea. So mang kinds of cale for you to choose. But they are kind of too sweet for me. Must try Blackforest. The design and atmosphere is so cozy and chill. In cool days, U can take a seat at the balcony to have a view of The west lake. I often spend my bruch there.

They sell some very delicious cakes. I'm a huge fan of their creamy cheesecakes, and there are many kinds of them. Plus, the place itself, with its lovely view and friendly service, is very cozy as well.

This is an interesting place that brings a homey feeling (depends on which area you sit, a few tables look more formal). They offer good quality and very tasty cakes and sweets. I really love the tiramisu crepe, a must try ;).

Attractive cakes in an interesting setting looking over a pretty lake. Tiramisu was delicious meanwhile vegan chocolate was very difficult to eat. Also, the juices were just moderate. The staff members were supportive and friendly.

We wanted to order a birthday cake and it was never so easy. We know eastern oriental from before and regularly order their cake. For ordering it we just asked for the cake and they asked for our name and address. In the restaurant it self i was guided and supported the moment I walked in until i was outside with a receipt abd ordered cake. The cake arrived on time and with no delay. The service was amazing and the cake was as delicious as always! So thank you eastern team and we will order again.

Beautiful view of the lake and good tea. Loved both interior and outdoor seating options. Cakes are a bit too sweet though. Smaller but tastier cakes should be something this otherwise lovely teahouse should consider.

I expected to be more cosy, but it was just crowded and busy. At first, the guard didn't want to let me in. Later inside, they told me, they don't have any free seat, which happens.., so I took a cheesecake and english breakfast tea with me. They have a big variety of cakes, which make me think that at least half of them is not fresh, they are probably being frozen... (Fruit on some of the cakes didn't look fresh at all.) Unfortunately, I found curdles of milk in my tea. Not sure what happened.

A nice place for a relaxing brunch and afternoon tea/coffee with friends! Having different seat zones (indoor & outdoor) for different views of West Lake (Tay Ho)! But it's a little bit hot for the indoor room on 4th floor after noon of summer time………

i expected a coffee and bakery shop looks ugly but good eatery 🥲 but turns out the spot is perfect. Visiting the place in a sunny winter day double how good the experience is. 10/10. cake, drinks, deco and views are all worth.
