😠 This restaurant, There is no basic courtesy to customers, perhaps because there are many visitors. It's very unkind. The food is not cooked as described in the menu and uses different ingredients. The owner has to fix it from the basics. Need to do kindness training for serving staff People often mention good, coffee, nice, lake, menu, great,

Really nice cafe, well decorated and with really well made food. The menu is different to what you'd find in Hanoi, but the food is delicious and really well made. Coffee was also delicious. Cannot fault this place, will hopefully be back.

Even though riding bikes passing the place for years, I never thought of getting in cause of the hot balcony outside... not until one day my hubby asked me to. What a cozy lovely place this is!!! Atmosphere is great, having both outdoor & indoor seats, also air-con 2nd floor - whatever you choose, is fine. Food are delicious, I can’t help coming back the next week for the fruit toast :) others’ dishes are also yummy. Definitely a Yes for all day b’fast, chill out weekend in West lake. Another pros is the Quang Ba playground/small park just cross the street, so you can enjoy the coffee whilst having an eye on your kids.

The coffee is ground on site and the espresso is pretty good. The shop is arranged in a simple style like a house in Hanoi!

I came here advised by a friend due to their location and nice views to the lake. However after ordering one coffee and the usual tra da (ice tea) that comes with it in vietnam for free or maximum 5k for a glass I was overcharged for 70k for a simple glass of ice tea which most shops offer for free with the coffee. I’ve been in Vietnam for 7 years and this is the first time ever I’ve encountered this for which I was very offended. Be careful and check carefully the menu before coming here

New location across the Intercontinental. Worthy of a stop if you’re looking for a detox elixir or a coffee. Outdoor seating and seating upstairs. Service can be a bit soft but to be expected in this genre of place. (Neutral) Note: on the occasion of my visit, no cakes were available due to the venue being new. Will let it slide this time. (Neutral) Overall good environment but not for extended conversations due to acoustics. I’ll definitely be back.

Service, hygiene and food quality massively deteriorated. Head server (manager?) repeatedly badmouthed our table in Vietnamese to her staff, presumably assuming we could not understand. While we were there, a gentle delivery man was yelled at and told to park his old bike away from the front of the restaurant and warned not to break their expensive furniture. Food was bland and overcooked. Bathrooms lack clean hand towels. Unfortunate loss of what used to be a positive, vibrant part of the Tay Ho community. Hope this review will help new management to realize the opportunity they have to re-focus on kindness, service and wholesome fresh foods in a clean environment as they once did so well.

A beautiful place into the nature in the hearth of Hanoi. It offers a variety of different dishes and drink. It is nicely to sit in its terrace and watch the lake

I wish there was more stars to give the restaurant's location. Such a romantic place. Ideal for breakfast and lunch or a fancy afternoon tea. Portion is very large so be warned.

The quality of food is outstanding, it’s healthy and ethically sourced so the prices are a little higher than many nearby restaurants. Good quality food isn’t often cheap. Finding this place might be tricky, walk as though you’re going to the Intercontinental but continue on passed it with the hotel entrance on your right. Then take the little path to the right with the lake on your right, the restaurant is a few doors up on the left.

This gorgeous place is alongside the Intercontinental hotel following a path that leads to the restaurant and was probably our most favourite place to eat breakfast/brunch whilst in Hanoi!! The decor was beautiful and the staff were super helpful and friendly. I had the ricotta passion fruit pancakes which were so good and my family had the vegetarian breakfast and eggs Benedict. The juices and coffee were also great. We sat upstairs and enjoyed the view from inside the balcony and the free wifi. Would highly recommend a visit. x

The restaurant offers both outdoor and indoor space which are all nice and pleasant. The food is good but a bit slow, maybe because of we came in the morning when they just opened so not really ready.

What a lovely place! We love that you can either seat on the terrasse, the balcony, inside downstairs or upstairs! All the rooms are so nicely and peacefully decorated, the atmosphere is great. We love their juices (I always forget the name but our favorite is the orange one on my picture) and we especially love their quinoa and salmon dish. I tried the chicken panini as well, very good. This place is a gem!

Food was very average. Nothing inspiring or special about the food there. The prices for the food is quite expensive. Also the portion is rather small. The poached egg for the smoked salmon egg Benedict were almost totally cooked. There was no runny egg yolk.

A nice and quiet oasis with great coffee and an extensive menu. I went for the classics; flat white and a salmon eggs Benedict accompanied by the Liver Booster detox juice (beet, carrot, lemon and ginger). All very delicious. Eggs poached to perfection served on potato cakes, I kind of liked this twist to the traditional English muffin. The coffee was good and with a nice touch of late art. Well done The please has atmosphere and a relaxed vibe. Despite the city noice in the background you hear bird singing accompanied by the comforting humming of the coffee grinder in the cafe. Prices are very reasonable and you get both a good quality and decent amount of food on your plate. I look forward to coming back soon.

Mixed about this place, view is nice and so are the drinks. The bowls are not great. All items are expensive for Hanoi even counting for the organic premium. There are alternative to get much better bowls and the detox drinks at much lower price points. What takes away from the view is the very loud and busy street as well… Maybe brunch is better here

Beautiful place, well decorated, spacious terrace [ chairs were uncomfortable because no cushions]. Reasonably priced [70 k flat white that tasted pretty good] food portions also reasonable [ ordered Moroccan chicken salad 200k it was filling although it needed a bit more salt/ smashed avocado toast 200 k with pesto sauce was just spot on] the food was well packaged. Will definitely try other items from menu!

A piece of haven hidden in the west lake, where locals fish by the lake. This ancien house has a beautiful and quiet terrace where you can enjoy the quietness while drinking coffee and good food.

The food and drink were small and normal, had brunch but felt like ate nothing. The service was alright, I cant say it is good, didnt feel comfortable when the waiter stood so close and stared at me once I finished my meal, felt like I should either order more or leave. the atmosphere was good, the view was good. a bit pricey, i would say it is good for one time experience.

The food and the presentation were excellent. The best pancakes we’ve had in Vietnam! The macro bowl was good and more filling than we expected. The chicken mint salad was also amazing! Coffee was just ok. Lots of different rooms for seating but our service was fine. We will be going back! iG: @Nikarashaun

It's a tranquil cafe and diner. I used to like the place but the quality of both service and foods aren't as stable as with the previous owner...

Met friends here for Saturday brunch. Arrived at 11:00 and there was plenty of available seating. The menu has plenty of options for brunch, food as well as beverages. Service is great and the atmosphere is so pleasant and relaxing with a special charm. I had the eggs benedict and a side of toast. Highly recommend.

👍👍 It's such a great and wonderful Pizza 🍕 😋 I ever have. I can't explain how wonderful it is. Also Spaghetti 🍝 😋 was so good. They cooked 80% for the spaghetti. For half chicken teriyaki and half 4 cheeses, is such a very good smell from the charcoal stove. It's very harmonized tasted in one full...

👍👍 Probably one of our most memorable meals was at this amazing restaurant in Hanoi. The service was excellent and so was the food. We loved the flavours and the cocktails were on point. The minimalist decor was really nice and spacious. We ended up ordering a lot of food and drinks as we were famished...
