Beautiful rooms, suit couples! Love their professionalism, warmth and always ready to help. For certain not a 3 stars hotel. There is a gym but small, still it's decent. Okay the breakfast is so good! I love healthy food(into health and fitness) and they have fresh fruits(passion fruit and papayas are excellent), love their poach eggs in western style. So worth it to wake up early for the breakfast. If I'm there I would definitely book that hotel again.

The room was clean. The reception service was amicable. They gave good recommendations to visit the nice food and landmarks around Hanoi. We booked a ha long bay tour with them and it was a memorable trip. The location of this hotel was central and in the middle of many landmarks. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for the first part of our honeymoon and it was great!! Tommy up front was amazing and really went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of during our stay. The rest of the staff was top notch as well. The room, breakfast, location, staff, and spa were all great. We have already been recommending this hotel to people traveling to Hanoi. We even had flower, balloons, and cake decoration done in our room for our honeymoon. So glad that this will be a part of our honeymoon memories forever. They also assisted us with having a car pick us up from the airport late at night. We plan to stay here again when we come back to Hanoi one day.

Had a really good time in Hanoi staying qt Acoustic Hotel. The hotel Staff was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Also the room was really nice, and the breakfast! When we will come back here this is for sure the place where we will stay! The staff took care of our needs from arriving, to booking trips, to calling us cabs or airport transfer and till check out. It was one of the best hotel staff I have ever seen in my travels. Thank you everyone for taking care of us!

Clean and beautiful rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and very responsive and easy to make plans with online. I arrived to Hanoi from the US at 1AM with 4 huge suitcases and booked an airport transfer. Prices were comparable to booking a Grab car (and of course much cheaper than taxi). Everything from pickup to check in, pay, and drop off was super easy. And free breakfast was delicious!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel during my visit to HANOI.From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and exceptional hospitality that continued throughout my entire stay. Rooftop bar is amazing, you also get free cookies and high tea in afternoon,I must say that my experience was nothing short of amazing, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious stay. I had the best stay in this hotel, primarily because of the staff. The customer service was exceptional! Even before I arrived, they already kept in touch with me and made sure that I had a great stay. From the driver that picked me up, to the staff that facilitated my check in (the lovely welcome drink, fresh fruits, and cold towel were much appreciated especially after the airport delays I went through that day) and allowing me to check in early, the lovely staff at the breakfast room, arranging my Halong Bay tour, sending me the train schedule for Train Street, and allowing me to take a shower even after I had already checked out to prep me for my night train. I also loved the lobby (serene and welcoming) and my room. I liked the color scheme, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice and clean (I really liked the fact that they used refillable bottles for shampoo, conditioner, and body gel). The breakfast had a good selection and was quite filling (I couldn't get enough of the home made yogurt!), and the location was perfect for walking around the city.

The staff were unbelievable. When we checked in we got into the hotel very early and no rooms were available yet. They took us down stairs into their spa rooms to nap as long as we wanted until a room was available. After we checked out we went to ha long bay for a night. Our transfer car company dropped us back off at the the Acoustic Hotel the next day even though we didn’t book at the hotel. The staff immediately took our baggage into the hotel and told us we could keep it there while we waited for our flight to hoi an. They even allowed us to go upstairs and eat the snacks and drink tea even though we weren’t booked to stay there. Exceptionally nice staff and over the top accommodating. If I could give more stars I would. Lastly, the location is amazing, a lot of good restaurants and iconic locations within walking distance or a very short taxi away.

Wow! I thought we were special!!! Turns out, the wonderful, attentive staff at the Acoustic Hotel & Spa somehow manage to treat each guest as if they are the only guest. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We’ve been traveling with carryons throughout SE Asia; and this hotel wins the best bed for the entire region!! It was perfect!! The room looks like a boutique hotel with its curated appointments. What sets this hotel above others is the staff. I hope the owners see some of these comments; their hotel is successful because of the staff! I’m not including photos because everyone else has the same photos posted; and they show the clean, comfortable rooms. Please let all staff know, especially the concierge, that they are top notch, 5-star worthy!

From the moment we entered the hotel my family and I were welcomed and greatly accommodated. The staff was on top of everything from getting us checked in to have breakfast prepared prior to our early departure. The hotel was very clean and up kept. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Hanoi area.

The service level and staff at this hotel are excellent. We arrived late and the A/C in our room didn’t work. They immediately brought over a fan and offered free breakfast and late check-out which was a nice commercial move. The staff is also trustworthy: we forgot a valuable item (without even realizing) and the hotel contacted us to let us know about it. They then arranged to have the item sent across Vietnam to meet us at one of our next destinations. The room was a bit small (compared to similarly priced options in Hanoi) but the level of service well compensated for this.

Fantastic little hotel in the heart of Hanoi. Staff always pleasant and smiling. Breakfast is of a good standard. Would definitely stay here again. Just across the road is a small bar, not much to look at and doesn’t really do any type of food unless you want Fries, but their draft beer (SUPER CAP) is awesome. Cold, crisp with a good flavour.

We were really happy with our 3 days stay at Acoustic hotel. Service at the level of a 5 star hotel. The staff is working hard to offer their customers the best possible experience. As an example we informed them after the first morning of a minor problem with our bathroom : it was fixed within the hours and we saw them verifying all the others rooms in the morning. Really proactive, they helped us to book the tickets at the puppet show and gave us tons of informations on the best places to visit. Room and bed were comfortable, breakfast choice and quality was great. We tried few of their cocktails who were really good as well. They have a lovely rooftop but it was too cold to enjoy it. Conveniently located 900m away from most attractions in Hanoi we will surely come back. See you next time!

The Hotel is fabulous. The location is excellent. The staff is the absolutely amazing and keepers. Only you have to use Google Translate to communicate efficiently, which is usual in Vietnam. We are pure vegetarians and do not even eat eggs or fish or fish oil, so we requested them for something in vegetarian. And they immediately arranged for fresh food in breakfast keeping in mind our dietary concerns. Absolutely recommended, if you are travelling with children.

We had the best experience at Acoustic Hotel & Spa! The location in the Old Quarter is very central and close to everything. But what really blew us away was how helpful the staff was. Absolutely 10/10 for the staff. We were transitioning through Hanoi a few days before our booked dates with them and they took us in even if we weren't clients yet. We dropped off our bags and were able to shower! There were issues with our bus pick up and they helped us by calling the bus company and booking us a taxi. Very dedicated to the satisfaction their clients! If we are back in Hanoi, will definitely stay here again!

We stayed in here for one night only. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. We were upgraded as soon as we arrived. The hotel was very boutique and rooms gorgeous, breakfast great.The staff were amazing so polite and so welcoming. When we return to Hanoi, we will definitely be staying with them. It might not be a big chain hotel but it is far far better than the other hotels we had stayed in. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling, very awesome.

We arrived an hour earlier than check-in and were prepared to just deposit our bags and walk around to wait for check-in. But we're pleasantly surprised to be offered free early check-in! They also gave us a cold towel, fruits and drinks as we waited for our room to be ready. They went up to turn the aircon on so the room would be cool when we went in. Overall all the staff were so so polite and nice. And just went above and beyond in their service. Even walking us out to our car when we were leaving. Location is convenient and close to both the old quarter and French quarter. Highly recommend!

You should definitely stay here during your trip to Hanoi. The staff was so accommodating, they upgraded our room for no reason, helped us with our luggage.There is also complimentary breakfast every morning. The rooms were so clean, and very nice. The location is right in the old quarter, it is about a 5-10 min walk. I will definitely stay again if I am back in Hanoi.

The Acoustic hotel is located conveniently in the old quarter of Hanoi. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the staff are very welcoming and make you feel at home the minute you arrive. They could not have done enough for us, we loved this place and would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Hanoi.

Located with easy access to lots of restaurants cafes and attractions in the old quarter of Hanoi this hotel was amazing for us. We used it as a base for our travels revisiting four times. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Each visit we tried a different room and was upgraded at times along the way. The ability to store our luggage between stays and late checkout was a real benefit The roof bar was our only disappointment, misleading happy hour information so be aware.

Very good for low budget and for those who spend most of their days in doing business, and come back for rest.

A beautiful hotel located in the old quarter with easy access to west lake area. We had such an amazing experience. Everything was as expected except their service - it was phenomenal! So much so, they sent my luggage which I left behind in a taxi to the airport. Rooms are tastefully decorated, very comfortable beds and fantastic housekeeping.

Very clean and welcoming, friendly staff. A big shout out to Tommy, who was really helpful and hospitable during our stay. We started our trip here in Hanoi and ended up coming back to stay here on our last night because we enjoyed our stay - we saw Tommy again and he was so grateful that we came back that he upgraded us to their biggest room which was such a nice surprise and so thoughtful and kind! This is hospitality. Highly recommend staying here, it’s a great location to walk around in Hanoi and lots of amazing coffee shops close by. They also have a gym and the breakfast options are good too.

The people working at the hotel were really nice (special mention to Tommy), helpful and attentive. The rooms were modernly decorated, with comfy beds. The location was great, close to Hanoi Old Quarter, with lots of things to do around. Breakfast was good, with enough options. Totally recommended.

Stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights and everyone was just so welcoming and friendly! The hotel was near everything so it was easy to go around the city, our rooms were cleaned throughout our entire stay. The staff were amazing and made us feel like we've known each other for a long time and made sure everyone was happy and got what satisfied us. When we needed advice with food choices and what to do around the city, they never ran out of suggestions. Definitely recommend this hotel when visiting Hanoi!

The Hotel is a great stay for those looking for a nice and centrally located hotel. The staff are very helpful, arranging for airport transfers and a tour during my stay, all of which were of good value. The hotel and its facilities are in need of a bit of a refurb but for the money you are paying it is great value. Would stay again.

We stayed here for 4 nights with 2 kids. The hotel is within minutes' walk to good cafe, vegan food and main attractions. The room is clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable that we wished we could bring it home. Their hotel staff are very warm and helpful. We were welcomed with drinks, fruits, and warm towels upon arrival. They also thoughtfully provided a map of old quarter and information on the nearby attractions. They have a good selection of guided tours too. Their breakfast buffet spread tastes good and vegetarian friendly. Vegan pho and noodles are available for order and freshly cooked by their chef. Their service is certainly one of the best that we come across!

Our stay at Acoustic Hotel and Spa was very memorable. What works is the hotel management is very accommodating and approachable. They went beyond their call to action and gave us suggestions on venues to try the local cuisine, transportation options and even advice on how to bargain while shopping at Hanoi. Fantastic hotel, though the place is a little bit narrow. The hotel look classy with quality decor and furniture. The staffs are super nice. Daniel from front desk was very helpful to solve a taxi scam for me.. The morning breakfast is good and fresh. The roof top bar is also very nice, but a little small.

Courteous staff usually responsive stayed 6nights and extended check out for us for little one tired. Room: Junior Suite cosy and bathroom nice not so hot water if you need but sufficient. Reception: Particularly good decor can work with laptop relax. Gym: Sufficient for anerobic cardio work outs Non smokers and guests after some peace and quiet may struggle as noise travels few nights no sleep due to regular 'active' neighbours gone 3am not much sleep. Smoke alarm is present but not a lot can be done when smokers are smoking on the balcony in front of your AC and coming right into your room.

Had an amazing experience here at Acoustic hotel, the welcome drinks and introduction from the Hotel Manager Justin was great, he gave great tips and information about our stay, I arrived into a surprise, as they decorated the bed with roses and Swan towel, and a delicious birthday cake. Breakfast had a nice selection of intercontinental and Vietnamese food. And some hot food on the menu. The room was nice and clean, comfy bed, spacious room, space to open two large suitcases. Lobby felt glamorous to walk through. Welcome fruit is also a nice touch.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The staff was so accomodating even before the trip started. They communicated well through the booking app and arranged our transportation to and from the hotel. They were very attentive to all of our needs and ensured we were safely leaving with the correct tour guide people who had to pick us up from the hotel. Upon checkout, they allowed us to leave our bags with them while we strolled around for the day and even offered us a room, free of charge, when we got back so we can shower before our flight. This hotel staff is amazing. Their spa is also a must. We had a couple's massage at an affordable price and they did an excellent job. This hotel and staff is first class! The location is awesome, everything you need to see in Hanoi is a walk or short ride away.

The hotel was great! The staff is friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the bed was comfy and the location is very convenient. I also had a few procedures at the spa, highly recommend the foot massage. The sky bar is a nice touch and the drinks are perfectly made. By far one of the most pleasant hotels that I’ve stayed at throughout my travels. We were greeted so nicely upon our arrival. The doorman opened the door for us and insisted on carrying our luggage into the hotel lobby. Before ever checking in, the staff treated us to a cool washcloth to freshen up, tea and Vietnamese candy while they prepared us for check in. They insisted on bringing our luggage up to our room while another member of the staff escorted us to our room. Our room though beautiful, was a bit small for us and we offered to pay extra for a larger room. They’re response, “your comfort is most important to us, and moved us to a larger room at no charge. The staff has been some of the most accommodating staff that I’ve encountered. They helped us with directions, suggestions, arranging taxis, rides to/from the airport and even made dinner reservations for us at various restaurants in the city. Tea time and happy hour was offered every day, and we were never left disappointed. Breakfast was also included every morning. The food was fantastic and the selection and variety is sure to please everyone. The hotel is centrally located near restaurants, shopping and tourist spots. Most everything is walking distance from this hotel. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. Our stay at Acoustic was very pleasant - we commend the reception and restaurant staff for their high level of service and attentiveness. Rooms were nice and clean and location was ideal. Balcony was very very small and narrow though. Rooftop bar offers quite a nice view of Hanoi and the cocktails we ordered we actually delicious and made very well by the young gentleman at the bar. The only feedback is that for happy hour, it was buy 2 get 1 free however it had to be the same cocktail even though all cocktails on the menu were the exact same price (115.000VND). So we basically had to drink the same cocktail 3 times. I think given they are the same price and the rooftop bar was quiet so bar tender was not busy, this rule should change to allow to order different cocktails which is generally the rule elsewhere.

Great location as it’s in walking distance to many things. Staff were really friendly and fluent in English, and they were really helpful in recommending what to do around the place. The room was nice and clean, and wifi speeds were fast. They have a good spa in the basement too - I went for a back and shoulder massage and felt much better after it.

Really good location. Central but quiet. Good breakfast and tea time pastries. The spa is expensive but good. The service was really nice, solved things for us, arranged surprises and rides. I really enjoyed the time there

Although my wife and I only stayed here for about 12 hours overnight before an early flight our of Hanoi, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The staff were some of the friendliest we encountered during our time in Vietnam, the lobby is gorgeous, and the junior room was clean and large enough for our short stay. I can’t speak to the gym, spa, bar, or restaurant, but I expect they are also great. I appreciated the helpful staffing printing out our flight tickets and holding some delivered laundry for us. The location is downtown in busy Hanoi, so good for touring, but we didn’t hear much of a peep from the street in our seventh-floor room. The only negative was that the hallway was a bit loud from our room next to the elevator. Perhaps bring ear plugs or ask to be in a room further back if you’re sensitive to noise while sleeping.

The concierge, doorman, breakfast staff are all very friendly and hospitable. They were always ready to greet us with a smile and attending to our every need very quickly. We told the staff that the wifi was down before we went out for the day and it has been fixed when we were back.

Service was excellent!! The staff were so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived to when we checked out. Booked the hotel taxi to the airport too and my was it luxurious. A steal for the price! The room was smaller than we expected but clean and cushy. We stayed in the suite with city view that came with a nice bathtub - very soothing for the cold weather when we were there. The hotel offers free high tea for their guests from 3.30-5.30pm - it’s pretty basic, nothing special, but a nice touch to enjoy if you’re in at the time. They also have a happy hour from I think 3.30-6.30pm. We didn’t try this as my partner doesn’t drink and the offer buy 2 get 1 free was too much for me before dinner. But the rooftop bar area did look nice and chill. Location is a bit further out from where the main attractions are, but still within walking distance.

I spent a month in Vietnam and this was the best hotel of my stay. The level of service was so high. The room decoration is beautiful and so comfortable. I really like the roof top, drinking my coffee up there and the warn jacuzzi with a view (free) The hotel staff is also very helpful to book transfers and other activities. The best is that they let me take a shower a 9pm before taking the night train to Sapa (station is 5min away)

Such a hidden gem of a hotel. We stayed for 1-2 nights and enjoyed our time. The staff were so lovely and attentive. They went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The inclusive breakfast and afternoon tea were surprisingly really good. Would recommend!

I had an incredible time at the Acoustic Hotel in the Old Quarter, Hanoi. We were here for a wedding and my birthday and were blown away. The staff were so nice and accommodating. They remembered us everytime they saw us and gave lots of good recommendations. They went above when they delivered a cake to our room on my birthday! They also had a lovely spa in the hotel where we got our nails done for the wedding. The room had a large bed and a nice balcony with a view. See photos for more

My partner and I stayed at this hotel during out time in Hanoi. The level of customer service is outstanding. The staff are attentive and accommodating. The room was beautiful and clean, we even got an upgrade on our last night which was a pleasant surprise. We were very grateful. We loved our stay here , we couldn’t recommend it enough. The extra touches, like complimentary afternoon tea and a bottle of wine in our room were lovely. Buffet breakfast was nice, with plenty of choice and our room was spacious with a really comfortable bed. The location is also ideal for exploring Hanoi. Needed one night of good sleep near train station to get train 6am. Beds are VERY GOOD. Hotel staff gave me a free room upgrade and prepares a breakfast I could pick up 5.30am. It’s a pity I couldn’t stay longer, this looks like a really good hotel to be in.

Amazing hospitality. The staff was very accommodating and even offered to help us with anything we needed for the rest of our trip. The room was clean and the lobby was very welcoming and pretty. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly, you can get tips for restaurants and activities if needed. We were also able to easily book transportation to our next stop outside of Hanoi through the hotel. The room was small but really nice, and the breakfast was very tasty. A highlight: a cocktail on the roof top bar in the evening.
