Just completed a 28 day tour of Vietnam from HCM (Saigon) to Hanoi and it was a very well organised and coordinated tour. It was such a good decision to let AST handle all transport between Saigon, Muine, Dalat, Nha Trang, Hoi An, Hanoi, Sapa, Ninh Bình and 2N3D Halong Bay cruise. Don't underestimate what a big country it is. This was our 4th trip to VN and our most ambitious itinerary, our enjoyment was greatly increased by our Agent contact Lily.

I had a difficult task of planning a private 10days tour for a family member in Cambodia and Vietnam. Being a solo traveler, I was sceptical about the ability to get a proper trip ready and confirmed within a couple of days. A reply to my email request within the hour containing 2 detailed itineraries according to my request + a professional followup from Lindsey who was our assistant throughout the voyage. Everything was taken care of including entry formalities, great accommodation choices and even the initiative of sending us her personal preferences and tips what to see. We found Travel Sense Asia online and it was the only tour operator among those we contacted who was willing to organize a 16-day trip just a month in advance between Northern Vietnam (Hanoi, Sapa, Halong Bay), Laos ( Luang Prabang) and Cambodia (Siem Reap and Koh Rong). Pera Fu followed us in preparing the trip by promptly responding to all our requests, and then especially during the trip we stayed in touch every day. She was extremely helpful and kind and that already deserves 5 stars. Also all the hotels and guides were great especially we loved everything about Laos. The transfers were well organised. We only had one problem with one night's accommodation but Pera Fu sorted it out by finding us alternative accommodation the same night in no time. We highly recommend a trip with travel sense asia.

Our 6 days tour to Sapa and Hanoi was wonderfully organised. Emily was so helpful and accommodating to reach the final itinerary. She continued to follow up with us throughout our trip to ensure we are well taken care of. The food places we visited also served great local food. We had 2 great guides. Ngah in Sapa can speak very good English, wears a great smile and knowledgeable too. Tom in Hanoi, brought us on a city food trail.
