60 mins of Aroma massage. It started out differently than most massage places. I was not offered a drawer (underpant). I asked for a quick wash due to the sweat from walking in the humid Hanoi weather. Was kinda ignore as she will wash my face. As we progress, I was offered um…happy ending, which she touched. I politely thank her but declined. During the process, my manhood was accidentally touched 7 times. After all said and done, the massage it self was not outstanding as I have had multiple massages here in Vietnam during my stay. I gave her my change of 120k for tip and she said more. For what…she continue to ask for more and I said 120k is generous enough. I understand the need to make extra money but given the circumstances, am I out of line here? I don’t feel like returning.

Clean and wonderful spa in the midst of Hanoi chaos! I got the MF special massage/vietnamese massage which combines different techniques like swedish, deep tissue, and Thai. I originally wanted the sports massage but the receptionist informed me that there'll be a lot of elbow technique which is not my preference. The vietnamese massage is more on the swedish style for those who are wondering. I also got the collagen facial. The products used were not irritating and have mild nice fragrance. I have combination sensitive skin and I have no reaction afterwards. The spa is clean and the rooms are spacious. Note to travellers you have to go up stairs to get to your treatment room. Price is also reasonable. I was able to communicate through WhatsApp for availability prior to coming. I highly recommend!

One of the best massage experiences I had in Hanoi. The receptionist was so warm and welcoming. We got a couples hot stone massage and were treated to the VIP room. Our therapists really took their time to understand our problem areas and gave us the perfect massage!! Would highly recommend.

They’ve just reopened a week or so a go and it was the best massage I’ve had. The owner was very kind with amazing English and nothing was to much hassle. Had a lovely chat with him. The masseuse was brilliant I had a deep tissue massage and mention I had a tight back so she concentrated a lot on that and really released the knots. Best masseuse I’ve had! The place itself is really lovely and has a great style to it! Would highly recommend and would come again!!!

I just had a deep tissu package for 190 min and it was really nice. I am a big muscular guy and this is the first time in a month in Vietnam that i had a great tissue massage . Everything was excellent from the reception to the professional side of the therapist. I will come back again before i leave the country.

This is a very nice spa, and even though you are paying a bit more than the other spas around Hanoi, it is worth it. The welcoming staff are kind, and I was served tea and had a foot soak before my massage. 5 stars, easily!

Overall the experience was great. We did the couples massage which was a nice and romantic time. The only complaint I have is that we had an appointment made, yet waited 40 minutes before. I will say I do think it was worth the wait and it was of a higher caliber than other spas we experienced in Hanoi.

We had deep tissue massage 90mi course and it was excellent! I really like massage and strong pressure but I couldn’t find many places which satisfies me but this place had a very good massage with the clean secured space. I strongly recommend this place

The masseuse was very attentive during the whole time. She took care of anything might hurt and would ask immediately if I felt good. When I entered the store I didn’t really know what massage would be the best so they gave good advice. I did the Deep Tissue 1 hour. I think their prices are a little high compared to others but definitely fair because their service is just so good! I also very much liked that they were literally the only Massage salon that didn’t tell at me at the street but just talked to me after I clearly showed interest. I personally hate it if somebody yells at me and I would never buy something from them. In case of MF Spa I just think they don’t have the need to disrupt people walking by because their ratings are really good and that is because I think there massage and service was really good. Thank you very much, I will definitely visit you again the next time I’m in Hanoi!

I think this place is lovely, the receptionist was very tentative and friendly, she spoke many languages and that was quite impressive. My mum chose the 120mins MF special massage whereas I went for the 120mins sports massage. My muscles were sore from a gym session a couple of days ago, and the massage actually eased the soreness, I woke up the next day feeling much lighter. Also the shop is rather cute, I’d love to go for a package with bath next time :)

I had high hopes going into my massage, but left very disappointed with the deep tissue massage I had. The masseuse felt very inexperienced and did not put much effort into pressing the right pressure points properly. Even basic areas like hands and feet was very touch-and-go with little strength. I had to remind the masseuse to apply more pressure thrice. At the end of the massage, the receptionist (who was very friendly) asked for a review of the massage, but it was pretty awkward to give a fully honest feedback with the masseuse standing right there, when everything else was good except the massage. + Great location. + Friendly receptionist who spoke English. + Phone booking was handled by a staff who spoke English. - Unfortunately, the massage was one of the worst I've had, and I don't say this lightly, since I really enjoy massages and have the utmost respect for specialists in this profession. Thus, 2 stars overall - considering the location, friendly receptionist with a prompt customer recovery action when I gave my very awkward feedback after the session.

Great spa experience! From the moment you step in, there is a warm welcome and a drink. Then they whisk you upstairs to a private room for the most relaxing massage. The masseuse looks tiny but they are super strong! Recommend if you are in the area. (We booked through klook and was a seamless experience)

This has got to be my favourite spa! I came back here twice for the massage during my trip. The receptionist was so accommodating and helpful in fitting us in for the last slot on Christmas Eve which I'm so thankful for. My massage therapist for both visits really helped with reliving my body aches and stress. I'd definitely recommend this for everyone.

We tried other massage places just down the street from this and we were most impressed with MF Spa. We tried a 45 min foot massage and the service was very professional and friendly. The receptionist was friendly and spoke good English. The masseurs constantly checked if we were satisfied with the pressure used and the entire experience was very good!

Was greeted in a air-conditioned reception with special tea and a cold towel before even paying, good English at reception and a very pleasant massage at medium strength that is arranged at reception. Very clean private rooms where no outdoor shoes allowed and slippers are provided.

I had a business trip in Hanoi after a long day at work. My body was really tired so I searched around my hotel area through Google. I was impressed by the decoration at MF Spa even though I read a lot of bad and good comments at this spa but I still decided to come here. Entering the door, she will smell a very fragrant lemongrass scent and be welcomed by the reception with a cup of hot jasmine tea and a cold towel. I had a 90 minute MF massage that was a combination of deep tissue press and Thai cracking. My body seems to be a new person after the great ending. I find it very funny that why there are 1 star reviews and even writing bad things about this place. It is true that everything should be looked at from two sides and evaluated from many aspects. I totally recommend this place. This is not an advertisement. And I don't have to be paid to do this either. This is just an objective review of someone who has experienced here. Definitely will come back.

Excellent service on every level. There were so many to choose from, just on this street. The private room was what tipped me to MF Spa and so glad that I went there. Laying with eyes closed, the music was divine, and layers of ointments like lemongrass, toasted sesame, a coffee and mail scrub, cucumber and jasmine. What a Luxurious + hours for about $65USD. Besides the facilities, the massage, the service all being 5 star, the receptionist went out to the pharmacy and bought medicines for my stomach issues. She wouldn’t even take pay,eat and said it was so cheap.

I went and experienced many spas in Vietnam during my travel and it was a surprise when I came to MF Spa. My girlfriend and I found this Spa online and I think it's pretty good. Welcoming us was the friendly greeting and smile of the reception with cups of herbal tea. We got to experience the couple package and it was really cool. We are as renewed; The staff here are extremely well trained and attentive. Of course we've read some bad reviews on this place but I think they are deliberately ruining this place. Thank you again to MF Spa for a wonderful day of experience. Our tour is still on and we will definitely be back .

This place is so good that we went twice during our 5 day Hanoi stay! The first time, we got a 90min MF special massage and the second time, we got the Relaxing package for 130mins. Both times we got a private room which we appreciated. The receptionist has great English skills so can converse, make recommendations on places to go/eat as well as suggest a suitable package for you. MF is very clean and the masseuse are quite professional. There is a tiny bit of street noise (standard VN beeping but not excessive as they're on a relatively quiet street) but that's out of their control. My partner and I dozed off on both occasions and were left wanting more after the package was over. Such a great spa and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi. FYI the Main Street can sometimes be closed to cars (I think on the weekends?) so if you're Grabbing, they'll drop you off on the connecting road and you'll need to walk a few mins to get there- but it's very easy to get to and there's enough signage.

I was sad to hear that my wife had a fairly poor experience at this spa. The front desk staff were wonderful, as I experienced when we chatted over some tea before her massage time. But her masseuse was a total dud. Texting for most of the time (which meant only using one hand), not using oil, and performing the wrong type of facial (basic instead of mud). I hate to leave a less-than-stellar review for an entire business when it was really just the masseuse that was the issue, but hopefully the business sees this to ensure their masseuse standards are up to the quality which I know their spa can be.

Hidden gem! Recommended by a friend. Did the deep tissue massage to treat specific sore spots (remember to tell the Massage Therapist). My friend tried the hot stone massage. It was worth it as it really dissipated the soreness (and cheaper then in our home country) Receptionist is really polite and friendly. Overall, legit and professional massage establishment if you are in the hanoi old quarters.

Located next to 4ps in a lil corner is the Mf Spa. Went in for the basic facial treatment just to pamper ourselves. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. After filling out our forms we were treated to a cup of hot ginger tea. The room we were brought to was warm and relaxing. The therapists did their magic and our faces felt more hydrated and plump after.

One of the best massages I've ever had. Big smiles as you walk in from the staff. You can choose one of their massages on the menu but also you can make your own package if you like. Thank you guys for the great experience. You deserve deserve a 5* !

This spa was SUCH a treat to end our time in Ha Noi. I had Hau and my husband had Ha for our 2 hour deep tissue massage and it was so so relaxing. They both did an incredible job and we left super relaxed (but not in pain). I love their massage technique here and both ladies were SO sweet. They periodically checked to make sure we were doing okay and that the pressure was to our liking and even though we booked a really late massage (10 pm to midnight) they were not rushed at all and made our experience incredibly. I highly recommend this spa if you’re looking for a great massage!

I do NOT recommend this place. Don't be fooled by the pictures, tasteful decor, and higher-than-average prices — unfortunately, it seems the masseuses at this spa haven't had any professional training and simply don't know what they're doing. For example, it is annoying when the right shoulder is massaged for what feels like an eternity, but the left shoulder is hardly noticed. You can tell that the masseuse unwinds a rehearsed program somewhat mechanically, she simply had no feeling for the human body. It's boring and you feel like a commodity. It becomes dangerous when this untrained person then begins to pull and push the customer into extreme contortions — I am writing this as a young person who is used to a lot and can endure! You have to give the masseuse credit for the fact that you could tell she tries her best - but if she is not well trained by the Spa, good will is not enough. I have enjoyed different types of massages on several continents and unfortunately I have to say that this one was a mediocre to uncomfortable one. The many good reviews on Google can be explained, among other things, by the fact that some customers are asked to write a review immediately after the massage (e.g. someone who was sitting next to me in the lobby, I was not asked to do so myself) — since one was at least from the If you feel like you are looking "over your shoulder", you tend to give a somewhat more benevolent evaluation. I had the MF special and my girlfriend had the hot stone massage. She also found her massage subpar and the price unjustified. If the massage had been as good as the receptionist's mood, it would have been great. Unfortunately, the best part of the experience was the beautiful interior. But the interior doesn't impress anymore when the massage is of poor quality.

We dropped by here on a rainy day. After walking in the receptionist was very helpful and helped us book an appointment for later. We came in towards the closing time, but still we were welcomed here and given a very professional massage. My masseuse was Nga and she was incredible. We’ve been having a massage almost everyday in our trip, through Thailand and Cambodia, but honestly this was one of the best massages I’ve had. Do ask for her. I went for the hot stone therapy.

Look no further, this is the best place in the Old Quarter for a massage. The space is immaculate. Beautiful sophisticated decor and impeccably clean. The reception is very welcoming.
