What a hotel, from arrival to checkout the staff were amazing. Always had a smile on their face and everyone would say hello. Reception gave nice drink and towels on arrival, reception nice large space with good aircon. Rooms were amazing, nice and large with great view of street. Bathroom had shower and bath and everywhere was very very clean. Breakfast had a large choice and was very good. Egg station will do eggs anyway you want. Pool and bar on the roof give good views over Hanoi. Pool nice to jump in after a hot day sightseeing. Very close to lots of tourist spots. I would give 6 stars as our stay was as good as any hotel we have ever been to.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet - had a good and tasty spread of local and continental food. Their Hanoi spring rolls and pho was the best we had during our trip. Great location in the old quarters, within walking distance of the lake and most attractions. Really appreciate their service quality - they even packed breakfast for us before our early morning flight. Would highly recommend!

Elegant accommodations with some of the best staff I have ever met! We only stayed one night but wish it was more. The comfiest beds and lovely bathrooms. Fantastic sky bar with a dreamy pool. The included breakfast was exquisite, having a buffet with a large array of options as well as an a la carte menu. Lovely gym as well. The best part was the kind and caring staff. Absolutely made our stay. We will stay here next time we go to Hanoi!

This is the best hotel we stayed at in Vietnam. We moved from our first Hanoi hotel across the road which we weren't happy with. The Oriental Jade upgraded us to a suite with a view and we got a complimentary bottle of red wine. Drink and food delivered to the pool was awesome and the views fantastic. This is the only hotel in Vietnam we have said we will definitely return to. Thanks so much to all the staff.

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. The staff are some of the friendliest people I have ever met, and they will go out of their way to help you. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are absolutely stunning. The rooftop pool is a massive added bonus, and once they finish the rooftop bar; that will also be wonderful. The breakfast is incredible - so much choice and everything is expertly made and presented. Plenty of variety, making eating there a truly enjoyable experience. The whole place is just sheer perfection. If you can stay at this hotel, absolutely do it! You won’t regret it.

Absolutely amazing hotel The staff is incredibly friendly, everyone speaks great English, and they go above and beyond on customer service. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The bath products smell amazing, and the beds are great. The breakfast buffet in the morning is out of this world. They also have the ability to schedule a car to and from the airport. It was $25USD one way to the airport. Highly recommend.

Nestled in the heart of bustling Hanoi, this Hotel and it's staff are a special gem! Courteous staff greeted us from the moment we arrived and were extremely attentive to our every needs. The hotel itself was meticulously clean and the rooms were modern with a flair of elegance (and likewise, extremely clean). The street-facing balcony provided a perfect perch from which to soak in the sites and sound of the pulsing city below us as if beckoning to come and explore. And since the hotel was so centrally located, it was fairly easy to walk everywhere. Overall, this hotel checks all of the marks: clean, friendly, nice rooms, and location to boot! If we're ever in Hanoi again, this is where we'll stay.

Perfect ending to a perfect trip The Oriental Jade was our final stop on our Vietnam vacation. We booked premier connecting rooms for our family of 4. Everything about the hotel, from the rooms, the breakfast the rooftop pool and bar was all lovely. What was exceptional, was the staff. Olivia, at breakfast, just loved to chat and practice her English, while everyone at the front of the hotel, including Brian and the hotel manager, David, were as pleasant and accommodating as can be. The staff jump at the van to welcome you to the hotel and then they come outside to wave you off for a final goodbye. The hotel is perfectly situated in the old quarter of Hanoi. We walked everywhere. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when in Hanoi, I hope we can return someday soon.

This was our first stop on a big trip through all of Vietnam and Cambodia. The location is great, super close to everything. The staff is phenomenal, everyone is incredibly helpful and kind. The manger especially was very accommodating to make sure we had what we needed. Breakfast bar was pretty good, very similar to everywhere we stayed- omelets and traditional Vietnamese breakfast. The pool is beautiful & the bar but we didn’t spend much time there. The only thing we didn’t love was our room. It was fine, but very small. I asked our travel agent to give us the best room she could get at every place we went since it was our very late (almost 8 years later) honeymoon and we had the means to splurge. So it could have been her booking but it was the smallest room we had out of 6 hotels in two countries. Maybe they have bigger ones? Overall great experience and would recommend.

The reception here was super friendly, with good English too. We were welcomed with some snacks and a refreshing drink which was amazing. Location very central. Minor thing with the bathroom mirror was promptly addressed. The manager went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. Also kind enough to care for our luggage whilst we explored the city after checking out. Highly recommend

This hotel undoubtedly scores top marks in almost every avenue one can think of for a hotel. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed is like an elaborate trap that lulls you into a sleepy state from the very moment you lie down on it. The staff was very friendly and quick to respond to almost every need and request. They would always greet you with a smile, open the door for us as we enter/leave the building, and quickly replace any daily necessities. And the breakfast. Oh my, the free breakfast buffet... was simply astonishing. Every single dish blew our expectations out of the water. It is extremely difficult to describe just how well they nailed down every flavor. Only when a visitor experiences the buffet themselves, would the buffet be given its justice? I highly recommend it if you ever plan to visit Hanoi.

Staff are amazing here. Top notch. Beautiful hotel. Location is great too. Every time I carried something inside from getting food/etc, they always offer to help bring it up to my room. Staff were always very positive and helpful. Spa was great as well.

The hotel and the room were clean and well maintained. The staff is very attentive and friendly. They have many tips when it comes to what to visit and support without being pushy. The whole staff made sure that we will be happy to come back. The hotel is very centrally located to visit the city on foot. I can only recommend the hotel to everyone.

I stayed for two weeks. I am totally satisfied, the location of the hotel is great, the pool on the roof is great, the room is very clean, the breakfast is great but more important thing is the stuff. They are very helpful, kind. I can't imagine better. Ms. Monica was very helpful and kind during my breakfast times. I wanted to thank also Ms. Leap on the reception. She was always very helpful and sympathetic. She saved once my day since she knew my plan/flight better than me. So definitely recommended. I will stay here on my next trip(s).

Best hotel experience ever! From the moment we arrived until we left we were treated like royalty. We stayed only for a night for my wife’s birthday and received free room upgrade with the bed decorated with flowers and free wine and birthday cake. Room was spacious and spotless with a beautiful view of the cathedral below. The rooftop bar and infinity pool are amazing with view of the lake in the old quarter below. The barman, Long, was excellent and gave us a free shot and made excellent Margaritas. This is the place to stay in Hanoi. I only wish we’d been able to stay longer. You will absolutely not be disappointed.

To be honest, I was initially a little disappointed with the hotel, because the room was different from my expectation. But after 3 nights, I really liked it there. Good location and service. Specially, I would like to give all the staff there 5⭐️+ The staff are exceptional - from manager to house keeping, pool boy, doormen… they are very friendly, hard working, professional and great with problem solving skills . Thank you everyone for making my solo trip to Hanoi to be very comfortable.

Great hotel. Amazing hotel service and staff. Location is great too. The only reason I’m giving 4/5 and not 5/5 was that the breakfast was not as stellar as other high end hotels we stayed at in Hanoi, and the gym was small with poor air conditioning. Otherwise, great stay. Great rooms. Slept really well. Would come back here again.

Spent a wonderful three nights here as the first stop in our trip to Vietnam as a birthday holiday. The staff clearly worked hard to ensure we enjoyed our time in Hanoi. Everyone from the staff at reception to the cleaners were so very polite and friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. Our room was very quiet and spotlessly clean, like the rest of the hotel which is in a perfect location to explore the Old Quarter on foot. The included-breakfasts were fantastic with a great selection of foods that were well prepared. We ate at the on site restaurant one night and enjoyed a delicious dinner that was very reasonably priced, spent several evenings at the rooftop bar where the barman mixes some great cocktails. The infinity pool by the bar was also very clean and it was easy to get a lounger for cooling off after a long day with a view of the city at night. The most thoughtful thing however was an unexpected complimentary bottle of wine and a birthday cake left in our room on our last night there. Our check in and check out was quick and stress-free, with a car to and from the airport arranged by the hotel. I would definitely recommend staying here, particularly if you’ve never been to Hanoi before, and I would love to stay again!

The staff at this hotel are amazing! Thank you to Mr Brian Do and Autumn at the front of the hotel for their friendly hospitality, prompt service and attention to every detail. This hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to markets, lake, restaurants art galleries, museums and every type of shopping you could imagine. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spotless and generously sized. Many fresh options for breakfast and the service we received from Olivia and Chester was exceptional every morning. I cannot wait to return again. Will be booking this hotel as engagement gift for my daughter and son in law on our return to Australia.

We booked a stay here in the Old Quarters to facilitate an easy pickup to our Ha Long Bay cruise the following day. The entire staff at Oriental Jade was lovely and accommodating - we were greeted with fresh juice upon arrival. We enjoyed a relaxing afternoon at the rooftop pool, which had nice views and tranquil vibes. We loved the location, especially being able to walk around the entire lake on Sunday evening - it was a special and lively atmosphere with live music, dancing, pottery painting, and children playing. Special shout-out to the hotel manager Brian Do who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We are so appreciative of the generosity and hospitality from the entire team!

The hotel is located in the heart of Hanoi, and the main attractions are at a walking distance. We’ve been eating at the restaurant a few times and the food was delicious. Moreover, the breakfast buffet displays an incredible choice. The hotel staff is great, very polite and professional, and did everything to accommodate us. We didn’t book a massage at the spa but the spa facility is nice and cosy. We originally booked the sapphire room and then upgraded to the diamond church view room, which we highly recommend as it’s a more spacious room with very good view of Hanoi’s cathedral, one of the main attractions.

Perfect hotel in the heart of the old quarter. 5* for service and quality. The hotel is a new build so all the rooms and fittings are lovely. There's also an infinity rooftop pool, which has a great view and is an awesome place to relax after touring the city. The staff are brilliant, they went above and beyond in welcoming us with our stay. We'll definitely be coming back on our next trip to Hanoi.

Really lovely boutique hotel situated perfectly between the lake and the church. Breakfast was simple but delicious, their pho is the best we had in Hanoi :) We we’re traveling with a baby and they were very attentive - setting up the cot (a very nice and spacious one) - and even lowering the setting for us so our crawling and standing baby doesn’t climb over the cot. My only feedback is on the sound proofing - there is a very loud rooftop bar across the street that pumps aggressive dance music until late at night. Obviously not the hotels fault but it’s something to take note of especially if you’re a light sleeper. Overall a lovely stay. We will not hesitate to come back every time We come to Hanoi

This is our first visit in Hanoi. Therefore we chose a Hotel that is centrally location. Following some research we decided to choose the Oriental Jade Hotel. This Hotel has many positives and some negatives feelings for us. Positives : Excellent customer service Hotel staff really go out of their ways to ensure you have an enjoyable experience. The room layout and size is good Good location for easy walking to many attractions in the old town The Message Spa service is excellent and the staff is friendly and professional. Also Hotel provide airport pick up service with a very reasonable price ! It make you feel safe and comfortable when you arrive a new city However there a few areas in which the Hotel need to improve. Housekeeping and maintenance they need to pay more attention to details . The breakfast buffet could provide a bit more variety. Same as the hotel Restaurant should not only pay attention to the appearance of the food display , but need to make it more flavoursome. Also more local specialities. Overall our stay in the Hotel is pleasant and we certainly will consider to stay here again and recommend our family and friends if they come to Hanoi. Especially thanks to Manger Brian Do and his team for making our stay very enjoyable!

We very much enjoyed our 3-night stay at The Oriental Jade Hotel & Spa during our vacation in Hanoi. The rooms were extremely clean and the accessories were good. Lastly, the location is really close to many points of interest. I am absolutely amazed by my experience at the Jade Oriental hotel! I don't even know where to begin expressing my appreciation for this incredible place. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the beauty and charm of the hotel, and that was just the beginning. The team at Jade Oriental is beyond amazing. Every single staff member was incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their face. It truly felt like a home away from home. The managers went above and beyond to accommodate all of my requests, and I have to give a special shoutout to Jolene Do for her exceptional organizational skills in planning all of my trips. She is not only efficient, but also incredibly polite and kind. The hotel itself is wonderful. It has everything you could possibly need and more. Located in the old quarter, it is conveniently close to numerous restaurants, shops, spas, and other attractions. The rooftop view and the pool are great, and I can't even begin to describe the deliciousness of the breakfast spread. I am vegan and this was not a problem at all. I am already planning my next trip to Vietnam, and without a doubt, I will be choosing the Jade Oriental hotel once again. The entire experience was simply wonderful, and I can't thank the Jade Oriental team enough for making my stay so memorable. Thank you Jade Oriental Team:)

The day after checking out we had 12 hours to kill before our flight back home. The staff invited us to leave our baggage with them and to come back anytime during the remainder of our time to use their pool and/or showers. Exceptional service. Would highly recommend. Reception staff “Martin” was especially gracious.

We stayed here for four nights and really enjoyed the stay! The location is perfect, 2 minutes to the lake and the everything else close by. Breakfast buffet was varied and top quality. The pool and the view from the sky bar was our favorite part of the stay. Super friendly staff. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a calm space in bustling Hanoi.

Ended our Vietnam trip here. Fabulous. In the heart of the old quarter of Hanoi. Very attentive and kind staff that went out of their way to cater to our needs. Had a great breakfast and enjoyed the pool on the top floor. Would recommend to enable you to feel the true vibe of Hanoi.

Outstanding service from all of the team. Always helpful when need it. We have stayed 8 nights and booking was made trough travel agent, but we had been treated as VIP guests. Warm welcome with fresh cold juice and refreshment towels, was much appreciated after long flight. Restaurant food and staff above 5 stars, always met our expectations. Special thanks to TUV - she was brilliant! As well farewell from the hotel exceed our expectations. Thank you Brian! You have a great team to work with! Any requests were fulfilled and even exceeded in the expectation. If you interested to stay next to "old quarters" that's the place to book! Thank you all and hope to see you again! Marta & Wojciech

The service is outstanding at this beautiful hotel. This was our first time in Vietnam, and I will never smell jasmine without fondly recalling the friendly faces of the incredible staff. The food and beverage manager, the reception management, ALL such lovely people. Thank you to the staff for graciously speaking English. And thank you for all of the favours and lovely details. Our honeymoon was extra special because of this hotel.

Great stay at the Oriental Jade, recently reopened after covid + refurbishment. Staff were great, nothing too much trouble. Room was well appointed very clean and comfortable. Full buffet breakfast is not going to help your diet! Mr Do the GM has a very pleasant team, they reall were lovely. Hotel located close busy downtown, use Google maps (watch your data charges) and walk about to really get a sense of this fine city and people. Very good restaurants nearby - av cost for 4 people with some alcohol is less then £50!

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The location is great - right in the old quarter and walking distance to all the main sights, restaurants, shops. The rooms although not new are well maintained. We stayed in 2 different rooms - lower floor one was more spacious and the top floor one was newer and had a great view over the city, both comfortable and spacious enough for a family. Do not skip the hotel's breakfast. It was delicious! I'd stay here again just for the breakfast. The most important thing and the best thing about the hotel is its staff! From the moment you are greeted, throughout the stay and till the checkout everyone is very friendly, attentive and genuinely cares. Reception ladies helped us to store the luggage while we went to Ha Long Bay, reported broken kettle was dealt with immediately and we were constantly surprised with little gestures of attention (fresh fruits to the room, farewell gift). Cannot wait to come back to The Oriental Jade again!

I don’t even know where to start….our experience at this hotel was absolutely incredible and beyond memorable. While the location was excellent , the bed was comfy, the room pristine and the facilities (like the gym, pool and rooftop bar,) were terrific, the STAFF made our visit exceptional! The manager, David, and front receptionist, Hanh, were just a few of the numerous staff that went out of their way to make us feel special and accommodated us beautifully. Simply over-the-top people - from the bellhop, to the restaurant staff who remembered what we liked, to the lovely receptionists to the spa staff and then management. Just wow. Wish we had more time to stay! (Oh - and breakfast was delicious and diverse. YUM!)

This property receives my 5/5 because: 1. Outstanding service by all of their staff, they will bend over backwards to help their guests. 2. Cleanliness, they are constantly mopping, cleaning, and keeping their facilities up. 3. Their breakfast buffet is a winner, so many fresh choices, and they will make you so many additional things from eggs to pancakes.the restaurant is small but all their dishes are presented, plated, and prepared in a memorable manner. 4. From arranging cars to ordering me pizza they helped me. 5. The facilities, gym, sky bar, and lobby all wonderful. On top of all of this, their room rate is value based and I could not ask for more. I’ve stayed at more highly acclaimed properties and they have nothing on the oriental jade. The people here make your stay wonderful and memorable.

For our honeymoon, we stayed at 4 hotels in 4 different countries and we can honestly say that this hotel was by far the best one. The attention to detail and service was top notch. The entire staff made us feel welcomed as soon as we entered the doors. In addition, the location is perfect walking distance from many of the most popular sites in Hanoi. The food and restaurant within the hotel was also superb. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in Hanoi!

Nicely finished bathroom. Coffee and water complimentary. Amenities: don’t miss the roof deck, pool and bar. The view at night is incredible 👌🏻

Everything about this hotel is excellent. Our first stay was in a double room with half board and it was very comfortable. For our last two nights we had a one bedroom suite and it was enormous. With the suite, each day the room rate included a 45 minute massage, a mocktail, and a cappuccino for each of us. When we arrived there were snacks, fruit and a bottle of wine waiting for both stays. The bedding including the pillows are really comfortable and luxurious. Another review mentioned there is a little noise from the road but that is through the bathroom and once the door is closed, the double glass in the bedroom window blocks out the sound. Being in the heart of the Old Town is a great location and it is just a short walk to the lake and many excellent restaurants as recommended by the staff. We drank our mocktails at the upstairs bar overlooking the pool with a night view of Hanoi. We had dinner there and it was excellent food. Breakfast is included and was delicious with a great array of hot and cold food and again, really good service from the staff. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Oriental jade. It’s a great hotel. Clean. Decor is rustic. Classic. Location is amazing in the heart of old district. Honestly, it’s on par with a great hotel. What sets it apart is its staff members and service. Everyone is polite, attentive and very helpful. Going above and beyond their responsibilities. It was amazing. I left a shirt and didn’t notice for three days. Until I was already on the way to the airport from Ho Chi Minh City. They found the shirt and had it delivered to Hanoi airport where the driver met me to hand back my shirt. The shirt itself was folded and clean. That itself ensures I will be staying there next time I’m in Hanoi. Thank you very much !

If I could give a 6 for service I would. Amazing location - central to all the sights you’ll want to see. immaculate rooms AC works great and Big TV. Great view out of our room. And bathroom is private! It doesn’t open into the room. And great breakfast. No reason to stay anywhere else. Hope all the other hotels on our itinerary are of this solid quality.

Stayed in November 2023 for 2 nights after a cruise around Halong Bay. The staff were amazing and gave great service. Good, clean and what you would expect from 5 star hotel. Breakfast was good and lots of choice. Great location and you can walk to all the popular locations. We also stayed in another hotel for 4 nights before our cruise and it was better value for money, but not as good of quality as here.

Great hotel, we enjoyed the roof top pool after arriving in Hanoi. Service was also excellent. They were more than happy to keep our suitcases whilst we went off for a jeep tour in northern Vietnam. Special thanks to David the general manager and also Autumn in the reception team. Would certainly stay again our home in Hanoi :)

They really take care of their staff! The breakfast was abundant and delicious. The staff's attitude was stellar! All very friendly but also helpful and willing to give you their time of day if you ask something. We had a mishap as our luggages arrived in the room 45 minutes after checking in, and they got us the wrong luggage too, but this was solved nicely with Jolene who I believe is the front office manager. Her work is stellar and definitely an asset to this hotel. I totally recommend this hotel!

The hotel is well located, and looks new. But that seems to be all there is to it. The room and views are underwhelming. I booked one that supposedly overlooks the old town, but actually looks over the next house. If you are travelling for business, there are lots of better options elsewhere. If you are on a holiday, there should be better options at much lower rates nearby. Update: I have to lower my review to two stars. They just sent a staff to my room, past midnight, to ask me to lower down the volume on my TV. I was not even having it on loud, and the guy just said that some lady was a light sleeper. The staff did not even have the courtesy to introduce who he was. This is for sure not a four or five star property.

This is a VERY good hotel. The room is spacious. The bathroom has a --spacious-- separate shower cabin, glass panel with door. The bathroom stays dry entirely 😃. The restaurant is very nice, the breakfast very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. David (manager) and Ms. Trang (reception) were outstanding. We were here 2 days. The room was 100% clean, the glass panel of the bathroom shiny like a mirror, the drain ditto. The second day the room service checked the room and even some small hairs from my wife in the shower drain were gone ! Maybe it is a little bit more expensive, this hotel, but it is so totally worth it 😁.

Nice hotel on a good location. Room was nice and clean. Staff very friendly and professional. They do everything they can to give you a pleasant stay. Breakfast is good. Nice rooftop area with swimming pool overlooking the city. Restaurant was not open for lunch or dinner but there are plenty of options just outside the hotel.

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. They are supporting with access (I have Cerebral Palsy), booking tours, and generally making sure the stay is great! I would come back to Hanoi, just to stay here! David and his team are awesome. The massages/spa are exceptional, and the breakfast food rules. A great hotel experience overall!

We were impressed the moment we first step into the hotel. The staff are really attentive and will provide recommendations for food and places that we can visit. During our entire stay, all the staff (including those working at the spa, restaurant and the housekeeping team) are really friendly and respectful. We have to check out early in the morning to catch our flight and hence we will be missing our breakfast. Autumn and the others who are at the reception went the extra mile to help us arrange for us to takeaway some sandwiches and drinks for us to eat at the airport. Thank you Autumn and all the other staff working at the Oriental Jade Hotel. We have a really great stay and we hope to visit the hotel again 😊

Loved the hotel. Localization is perfect. In the middle of Hanoi’s action yet on a quieter street. Rooms are very clean well maintained and super quiet. Breakfast buffet very fresh and diverse. Staff is SUPER professional, helpful, friendly and makes you feel VIP with personalized attentions.

We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, they had many options and staff were really attentive. The hotel has a rooftop bar with great views. They have tour reservation, and offer great prices, overall i highly recommend and would definitely visit again.

I’m booked for room at 5/8-6/8, room really good and have view for sun come inside. toilet clean and smell good, water had hot, cold and strong. Hotel staff here outstanding, nice, always smile, do every request that we ask, we go with grandma and have wheelchairs they always help us to toke the wheelchair up and down every time. Especially restaurants staff nice too, one staff remember what my grandma drank last day. They talk both for English and Vietnamese Hotel location is the most plus point, near center, walk from hotel to center 4-7 mins. Food really good, Phở the most and flan with caramel. Nice hotel to comeback again and again

Amazing stay! Such a lovely hotel at the quieter side of Old Quarter. The staff, hospitality, services and room are excellent. Sweetest staff who gave us a free upgrade of room. The sky bar is next to the pool and overlook the lake. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Hanoi! Really nice suite! Modern, super clean and spacious!

Book Now! Our experience at The Oriental Jade Hotel & Spa was nothing short of amazing. The location was perfect for exploring Hanoi's French Quarter, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with all the amenities we could have asked for. We especially loved the comfortable bed and the luxurious bathroom with its rainfall shower and deep soaking tub. The location was the highlight of our stay. It was incredibly easy to see everything we wanted to. Overall, we would highly recommend The Oriental Jade Hotel & Spa to anyone visiting Hanoi. The combination of the fantastic location, attentive staff, luxurious accommodations, and top-notch spa facilities make this hotel a truly five-star experience. We can't wait to come back!

We chose the Oriental Jade as it was centrally located. The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable (strong AC), and the hotel breakfast was great! We really enjoyed being able to pop out to see the local sights in Ancient Town and return to the hotel throughout the day for quick showers (very hot and humid in Hanoi at the moment). The rooftop pool had a great view of the lake too. We really appreciate the staff letting us shower after checkout as we had a flight to catch. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would choose this place again when we return to Hanoi :)

This is a fantastic hotel in a great location in the Old Quarter. The rooftop infinity pool is beautiful and larger than average for a hotel of this size. There is a rooftop bar that looks over the pool and city which is a great spot for a drink and some food at night. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return to this hotel next time we are in Hanoi :)

We loved this hotel so much. Perfect location. An infinity pool/bar on the roof overlooking the city for much needed day and night swims. The staff were excellent at booking tours and cars and giving great advice. We will come back.

Our weekend in Ha Noi was a great experience. The Oriental Jade treated us like royalty. The room we stayed in was smaller than the pictures they post but the accomodations are spectacular. The bed... No words can describe the comfort. The breakfast buffet was good. Very close to Hoan Kiem Lake.

Excellent location close to everything you want to see in the old quarter. Flawless check in where Charlotte was very helpful w local tips. Rooms were clean and the air conditioner blew cold immediately (essential in summer). The best part was they let us shower after checkout (noon) which allowed us to have a nice sweaty afternoon but make it to the airport clean and refreshed. Solid stay and good value.

Couldn't fault this hotel at all - bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept on in vietnam, service was exemplary and the food from the restaurant was excellent. Stayed 5 nights here and have to say that Hanoi's reputation for the people not being as friendly as people in the south is definitely no longer the case. Every staff member had a genuine smile and willingness to make my stay comfortable and safe. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of buffet options as well as menu items, notably a vegetarian menu as well. Everything was delicious and some variation day to day was good. Location was very good, just a minute walk to the cathedral and plenty of interesting shops, restaurants and bars close by. Rooftop pool and bar was relatively quiet and pricing not too bad. Nice to get away from the chaos for a quiet drink and a snack before heading back to the room. Airport pick up was very good - driver was waiting when I arrived and made the process of getting to the hotel super easy after my flight. I would absolutely stay here again next time in in Hanoi.

I have a severe nut allergy (peanuts and all nuts) and the staff were absolutely excellent in showing me exactly what I could eat for the breakfast (which was most things!). Vietnam is a tough country to go to if you have a nut allergy, but I felt very safe here and well looked-after. The room and facilities were great as well. We were able to leave our bags for a few days when we went on a cruise to Ha Long Bay, so very grateful to the staff for being so helpful. The rooftop bar is also excellent and really enjoyed our stay here. Long is a great barman and made us some fantastic margaritas (which we had most evenings).

THE BEST HOTEL IN HANOI: 5 stars are not enough for this hotel & the staff. It should be more than 10 star. They helped us plan and book all the tours, gave us the best room. The breakfast is amazing and accommodates vegetarian options. All the requests were fulfilled within 5 minutes. The staff from manager to bell boy were always smiling & courteous. Location wise it’s in old quarters and most of the site-seeing, shopping, restaurants are within 5-10 minutes walk. They even give a map of everything that’s around the hotel. Overall the room, food, location & staff were all amazing. Before leaving they even gave us a leaving gift of local Vietnamese coffee and the gesture was so sweet.

The staff were so kind and welcoming at this gorgeous boutique hotel nestled in the heart of Hanoi. It was walking distance to major attractions, and the staff were helpful recommending where to go out for dinner and what sights to see. Lovely rooftop pool and bar at the very top of the hotel with a great view of the city. Definitely one not to miss - you won't be disappointed.

My mum and I stayed here for one night, and we loved it. The staff were so amazing and catered to every need, from transferring our luggage between hotels, organising a special laundry service, checking us in early, upgrading our room and giving us complimentary drinks, snacks and souvenirs. The room was amazing and the beds were soft and comfortable. The restaurant had some of the best food and wine we’ve had yet in Vietnam, and the bar and pool had a stunning view of the lake. This hotel is worth every cent, and if we ever return to Hanoi we would stay here again in a heartbeat.
