Very basic atmosphere in a shabby building. Staff not especially friendly. We tried the game “The Lost Tomb” but it was not much fun. The hints are sometimes misleading and not very logical. In the end, you must solve a system of linear equations with 4 variables (!) to unlock the room. All you have is just chalks and a small desk. God forbid! I recommend to try other escape games.

I was excited to go do my first escape room with my work colleagues for our monthly connectedness day. However I was very disappointed with our first experience. We arrived and when we got ready, the lady did an orientation with us to explain the rules. I got half of the rules since the staff working there were talking so loud we couldnt hear what she was saying. This made me annoyed because the staff didn't care about the customers. Once we got to the room, we got told we had an hour to solve the puzzles. We got stuck and the staff was there to assist us. Once we got to the second room we were stuck again, not because the room was hard, but because the clown we had to throw a tennis ball at wasn't working. The staff came in and tapped the roof in order for us to get the next clue. The poster he had to make contact with was broken. This wasted 15mins Next, we solved a clue where we had to unlock a lock to follow a sequence. The lock was broken, and even the staff had a hard time unlocking it. Again, this wasted time a lot of time. Then when we had 3mins left we asked for a hint, where the staff informed us that our time is up because we started late. This left a bad taste in my mouth since they never informed us. Then they changed their mind when they say we were unhappy and helped us solve the clue. So, I dont mean to complain, but this was not a great experience and I will not spend my money here again. Luckily we had fun with our colleagues despite the lack of communication and working puzzles. So not to be brutal I gave them 3 stars instead of 1 because we did have fun but left disappointed.

Location is hard af to find. I hope there will be more signage. The game was not super hard but better go with a group of 8 not 2 lol. The staff was extremely helpful and fast. You will get some discount from the second game. I will get back to try all the rooms. 5* experience.

We booked the easiest room, but it's still too hard for us the escape. 😂Great experience, will come again btw

I realized that I am not clever at all, but I love this place so much! Will come back and try to get out of all rooms :-D

New playroom and exciting content

I like the games in here, much more enjoyable than WE2. Hints are clear and rooms are well-designed in a logical manner. Good challenges for casual players. Highly recommend.

Perfectly built rooms with brilliant ideas, however quite easy to me. Really love the atmosphere that the rooms provide. I'm looking forward to seeing more rooms in thé future. Nevertheless, sometimes i find mistakes in preparation and hints that the previous players left. You guys should check the rooms for those spoilers.

Rooms are greatly planned and the decor is so convincing, makes you feel part of it all. Bathrooms and reception area could use a upgrade. Have been 6 times already. Will be 100 times more!

This place have some of the best puzzles among its peers in Hanoi. Not alot of jumpscare which is good also. Good place for quality time with friends that don't want to drink

The facilities is very nice, and realistic. We Escape seriously get you brain working, hard. I’ve never fully escape from any of the facilities but I’m sure I will someday. Highly recommend We Escape if you want to really test your brain.

The rooms are very real, puzzles are great, staff are ultra friendly. Easily best escape game in town, price is absolutely unbelievable, starting with just under 10USD. The only down side is they currently have only 3 themes. Hope more will come soon.
