I want to thank Jimmy Hoang, Director of Operations, for being professional and doing his job with passion and with respect for the guests. I had some small issues with the service, and he fixed it immediately. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the people working here are what makes it 5 stars. I'd like to personally thank Nhung Le, Thao, and all breakfast staff for such a warm welcome every morning and excellent customer service. And also a concierge Huy who gave me very valuable recommendations and made my 7 days stay in Hanoi unforgettable. So professional and always friendly and sincerely happy to help. If I'm ever back in Hanoi, I'll stay here 100%.

The view is amazing! In addition, there are dining options available in the attached shopping mall if you prefer not to have room service. I chose this hotel mainly because it seemed to have a well-equipped gym, and I was not disappointed. There are also 2 swimming pools - 1 indoor pool if you wish to avoid getting a tan under the unrelenting sun. Would definitely stay at Lotte Hotel Hanoi again!

Receptionists are good Room is clean View is good 1 minus for the restaurant staff. Staff misunderstood my order, I asked to change the drink very politely and that staff showed me not good attitude (Maybe I should act angrily instead 🤣) Here I wanna mention 'not good'. Staff wore the mask but still I could see eyesbrows, just repeated "drinkname?" in a cold way and walked straight back to kitchen to switch the drink. Nothing like "sorry" or "pls wait for a moment"... If I can seperate review I would give that staff 0 star. That one should not stand together with other staff who did well. After a while, a group of staff prepared tables reserved and they complaint with rude words about foreign customers, who already left, which I felt very unprofessional. Hmmm, hopefully staff did not do anything dirty with my drink, that was what I thought when I heard them speaking Vietnamese behind customers.

What a hotel! It's really really nice: modern, confortable. The club is really a big plus with great service (and they give you take away coffee or tea if you want). The indoor pool is fantastic to cool down: it's big and not very used at all. The outdoor pool is much smaller and twice I tried to get there: it was too hot and people were getting swimming lessons. The few downsides I found to the hotel: staff is not doing so great with English. It's ok but expect few surprises or to repeat few times. The other one is the location: it's more business oriented so you are a bit off the touristy area but nothing that a cab ride can't fix. Great hotel, can't go wrong

Lotte, Hanoi provided me with such a heart-warming stay! The staff are really kind and helpful, the food at the breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious, and the views are breathtaking! The price is affordable, the rooms are quiet, and the observation deck is very scenic. I am just speechless!

Vacationed in Hanoi for one week and decided to stay at this 5 star hotel, I didn't go wrong. First impressions are important to me and this place didn't disappoint, the location is very convenient less than one hour from the airport, close to a wide array of restaurants and shops. The hotel is posh, clean and comfortable, the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I ever found in a hotel and the view of the city was worth every penny. I stayed in the Club Deluxe room which was quite spacious with plenty of storage space and conveniences. The price included breakfast buffet which in itself was impressive and extravagant. The property boasts spectacular views, world class restaurant, the highest bar in Hanoi, and a shopping mall. It's a little bit more expensive than other accommodations in Hanoi, but it's absolutely worth it. The most important thing to mention is the customer service, every single person I encountered was friendly, polite, helpful and efficient. If I could give them a better rating I would with no hesitation. If you are ever in Hanoi, look up this jewel of hotel in the heart of Hanoi. I am looking forward to my return.

Very convenient when you've the departmental store attached to it. Not very far from old quarter, quick ride to it. View is perfect and amenities are plentiful including a sauna. Indoor pool is a plus since it is cold in Hanoi at the moment. There is gym available on the 8th floor. Probable downside is that you've to get into a separate lift at 38th floor each time you want to get to the pool and gym.

Were actually booked in Lotte Residences for 4 nights and it was so good! Our room was huge with a sala, kitchen and laundry area. The views were also amazing. The staff are also all so kind! They really helped us a lot. The mall and grocery market in it for pasalubong really helped. Shopped a bit as well. restaurants around were also good. 20 minutes away from Old Quarters but it was only $5-$10 at the most in grab so not so bad. The bar closes early at 12mn tho. The Hanoi Skyline was also nice to go to

This hotel exceed my expectations. Location is ideal for business travelers and is conveniently located next to Lotte department store and supermarket. The rooms were very well appointed and spacious with quality decorations. Food and Beverage offerings is excellent with great choices of cuisine. There’s 3 bars in the hotel to chose from so bar hopping made easy : ) The Rooftop Bar gives an excellent view of Hanoi. Service is second to none. The staff are well trained and super courteous.

Utilised the Residence part of this building for my partners birthday. It was certainly worth the money. The facilities are world class. The room clean, modern and comfortable. If you're looking for a top place to stay and don't mind spending the money this is the place. The food is from one of there restaurants. Best food we had in a long time anywhere in world!

Very nice, modern, lounge-like hotel. The room was large, beautifully designed, well thought out and clean. The bed was huge and comfortable, the breakfast buffet extensive and delicious, the staff English-speaking and friendly. The location is top like the whole house and from the rooftop it‘s a stunning view over the city. Recommendation!

I came back to Lotte Hotel after more than 7 years. The room is very well maintained. Super spacious room that even have walk in closet. The hotel located from floor 40 to higher so you have amazing views. Last time my room have windows next to the bath tub, perfect way to relax in hot water and look at the city from above. The hotel located near Linh Lang street it is like Japan town with izakaya, famous omakase, matcha shop, japanese hair salon. Not to mention they have Lotte Mall and Lotte Mart right downstair and next door. When you stay here you dont need to go so far to find everything you need which is perfect for business trip like me. The only little minus is the TV is not smart TV but quite an outdated on so I could not watch netflix and youtube. Besides that the entire experience is perfect.

Stayed a few nights at Lotte and it was a great experience! I had the club room so was on the 61st floor. Room was standard but certainly comfortable and clean. Club or lounge access was on 59 and snacks / tea are served from 11am all the way to dinner time. Dinner is also provided as part of the benefits and everyday had different choices (photos below). Breakfast is served on 63 and suggest guests to go early to beat the 7am morning crowd. The Gym is also opened 24 hours.

My recent stay at Lotte Hotel, Hanoi was an experience that surpassed expectations. This place embodies luxury, comfort, and value in a way that’s truly memorable. From the moment I checked in, I was captivated by the stunning views. The hotel offers a spectacular panorama of Hanoi, allowing guests to appreciate the city’s charm from a unique vantage point. When it comes to cleanliness and amenities, Lotte Hotel delivers remarkably. The room was impeccably clean and equipped with various amenities that made my stay comfortable and convenient. These little details speak volumes about the attention to guest comfort at this establishment. The value for money here is notable. Despite its luxurious ambience, the pricing is quite reasonable, especially considering the multitude of facilities and services on offer. It’s an ideal choice for business travelers who are looking for a comfortable, convenient, and affordable stay. In conclusion, Lotte Hotel, Hanoi is a place where professionalism and hospitality intersect, offering guests an enjoyable and worthwhile experience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city, whether on business or leisure.

Lotte Center Hanoi is an impressive landmark, seamlessly blending modern design with a range of amenities. The shopping mall caters to diverse tastes, offering a wide array of high-end brands and dining options. The observation deck provides breathtaking views of Hanoi, making it a must-visit for both locals and tourists. The complex's architecture is striking, contributing to the city's skyline. However, some visitors note that the prices in the mall can be on the higher side. Overall, Lotte Center Hanoi stands out as a vibrant destination, but individual preferences may influence the overall experience.

This is probably the best value large hotel in Hanoi. Amazingly friendly staff checked us in early. Every part of the hotel seems new, nicely styled and immaculately clean. The rooms are spacious and all the small details are taken care of. An indoor and outdoor pool, gym, facilities. It has 4 good restaurants and it’s on top of a mall. Honestly, I felt this is incredible value - we toook the junior suite and the views were awesome to boot. Thanks Lotte!

I stayed here for 3 nights, choosing this location instead of the Old Quarter due to it being to a few places I was visiting. Coming from Bangkok's 5 star international brand hotels, this was a bit of a downgrade. The hotel is old and it shows its age. The hallways were very warm, and I definitely expected more as it's charging twice the amount you'd be paying for a luxury hotel in another district. There aren't a lot of food options nearby. You could go to the Lotte Mart, which is nice. This is a primarily business hotel. The lounges are gorgeous. The service was really great too. But there are better options in Hanoi for sure if you're coming for tourism

Ate food on the grill bar & cafe on the top floor. It was delicious food. Staff was courteous. Restaurant timings were bit tight. I think closed by 10pm on Monday night. Overall food was indeed great. Rooftop is a very nice attraction to see Hanoi..

It's a 65-story hotel located in the heart of Hanoi, Vietnam. It is the tallest hotel in the city and offers stunning views of the surrounding area. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. The rooms are decorated in a modern style and feature all the amenities you would expect from a five-star hotel, including flat-screen TVs, minibars, and Wi-Fi.

We are Viet Kieu from France and this is what we loved (and areas for improvement) about the Lotte Hotel and Spa Hanoi: Loved: * the view * comfort of spacious rooms, and overall cleanliness and luxury of shared areas (beautiful lobby on the 28th floor) * best pho soup in the country (and we tried many) avail at breakfast buffet * business hotel means very few children, so the indoor pool was quiet with hardly anyone at anytime * indoor pool had fresh water (below 26 degrees) that makes it nicely refreshing during the heat wave * the Evian Spa is top notch **** the lounge food available from 10am to 9pm included in a package is really nice, tasty and so convenient * it's a Corren chain so you see very few western tourists which is what we look for when going on such a trip ;) What didn't like so much: * 15 min cab from the old town and places of interest * we waited 30 min to get a 7 seater cab * the first floor area has no seats or benches for waiting for our rides. Our teens sat on the floor * the level of English is not great. I ended up using my Vietnamese a lot more * the concierge is not proactive, I ended up booking my own tour on the Internet

This hotel is consider one of the best hotel at Hanoi. Located at the town center and one of the view can be see over the westlake. The hotel provide highest hospitality and felt welcome when you arrive at the lobby. The view from the guest room are superb and excellent. The room are spacious and comfy. The mattress and pillow are good quality and comfortable to have a good quality of sleep. The bathroom is clean and big! I like the water pressure which is nice and good for me to enjoy the shower. The buffet breakfast also tip- top quality with variety of choices as well as delicious! Overall, this is a good quality hotel and definitely will go back and stay again whenever im at Hanoi!

Stayed for 2 nights. Welcomed with fruits and snacks in the room (and replenish every day). For club room you can access to club area with afternoon and evening teas provided. The room comes with bath tub and all personal necessities. Room is not too soft which is good for me. One interesting point is: despite the instruction said that guest could reuse the towel by hanging it, the room cleaning staff still changed my towel everyday even though I followed the instruction. Accessing to some rooms is troublesome as you may need to change lift at the 32nd or 59th floor.

I'm enthusiastic about returning to this place in the future. The overall experience was exceptional, thanks to the breathtaking views, the attentive staff, the inviting lounge, impeccable cleaning service, and the comfortable rooms. However, it's worth noting that the elevator system can be a tad confusing at times, particularly with the additional residence elevators connected to the hotel. For fitness enthusiasts, be aware that while the gym is well-maintained with daily cleaning, some may find the weights to be a bit sticky for reasons that elude us. Nonetheless, these minor inconveniences don't overshadow the overall positive experience.

  • 5/5 Alex Y. 6 months ago on Google
Spacious and clean rooms each with bath and showers. Ambience is good. Great view of the surrounding area and can faintly hear the nearby school bell each morning. Located directly above a Lotte mart which is very convenient for food and meals.

Top choice for business trips to Hanoi. I’ve stayed at Lotte Hotel Hanoi many times as it’s close to our company in Hanoi. I like the spacious room and the walking closet and bathroom.

I stayed in this hotel when I was in Hanoi attending a conference. The hotel is a little away from the conference venue. However, it is located next to the Lotte centre, and Vincom centre is just across the road, so it is still very convenient for shopping and dining. I was staying in a Club Deluxe Room. The room was very specious and I have full access to the club lounge. The days I was not attending the conference, I would have lunch and sometimes dinner at the club lounge. The food was very good and with a lot of options for club lounges. The only bit of inconvenience is that my room was on Level 50. To access it, I had to take a lift to Level 38 and then walked a short distance to a separate lift for access to Level 50.

Was impressed at the stay at Lotte Hotel Hanoi! 1) Only hotel where there was even a hotel staff waiting for us at the airport to help us with the check in to the airline when departing 2) Only hotel where there was stationery set including scissors provided in the room which was really convenient to cut off tags from purchases 3) Only hotel where there was option of instant noodles provided at the lounge during dinner time 4) Only hotel where service staff greeted us right from the porch to the check in counter to the room Although the furniture is slightly dated, but hotel was clean and conveniently located above the shopping centre with good dining and massage options nearby. Hotel breakfast was great too! Will definitely like to come here and stay again in future!

This is my go to place to stay when in Hanoi. A little away from the bustling old quarter but plenty of good restaurants and shopping near by. Staff are friendly and efficient. I booked a surprise stay for my husbands 30th birthday, I booked us a club junior king room and it was just incredible from start to finish. The check in was super fast and easy, they were also very happy for us to check in at 10.30am which was so nice of them. Our room was absolutely gorgeous, views for days and we were lucky to have a non polluted day too. Everything about the room is just perfect, the details are so great. The staff came in while we went for dinner and added extra waters and replaced all the toiletries which was great. They left us a birthday cake and card for my husband too. The hotel overall is just a first class experience. Both the pools were gorgeous and clean. The spa facilities on the 7th floor were absolutely amazing and again everything was just spotless. The kindest staff who all knew our names throughout the stay was a super nice touch, especially from Mr Dennis Bui who was just great throughout the whole trip. All the things included in the club room such as the afternoon tea and the drinks and food in the evening were all of such a high standard. We will definitely come back for another staycation here as we left feeling full of delicious food and super relaxed. Thanks Lotte!

This hotel is perhaps best described as standard luxury. Standard in that it meets all expectations of a luxury hotel, but also standard in that sense that it's a bit plain and white-label, comfortable but also not particularly memorable. For the price though, it's a steal. Because we stayed here during the corona period we scored a very low price on a Junior Suite. Even the normal prices however are still a bargain compared to similar luxury offerings in Hanoi. Despite suffering a bit of miscommunication during the reservation process over email, eventually the manager Dennis himself took over and handled our reservation personally which was very appreciated and showed that they do indeed prioritize customer service. Tim Ho Wan, located inside the hotel, was also excellent. The location is reasonably close to major attractions which in my opinion makes this probably the best deal overall for tourists.

Everything about this hotel screams luxury. You get what you pay for with this hotel. Great view of the city, gracious and polite staff, very good facilities. I especially love the gym and sauna. Sauna is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Food is decent, and the rooftop bar, while offering mediocre food and drink, has amazing view and is very cozy. I had a great stay here.

  • 5/5 Timothy L. 9 months ago on Google
Best hotel in Hanoi - rooms are super clean and priced very fairly. The level of service here is also very good, similar to their hotels in Korea. There's also a Lotte department store and a Lotte mart downstairs which is super convenient.

A great hotel that's convenient to get to from the old quarters or the airport (or anywhere else in Hanoi). I appreciate the hospitable and most helpful team (they helped attend to a small request of mine days after my stay), and enjoyed the view of the West Lake every morning! There are two malls right by the hotel, with many quaint coffee places. I'll love to return.

Lotte Hanoi is my go to hotel whenever I visit the city. It’s the best hotel for vegan and vegetarian travellers. I often informed them about my diet in advance and they would prepare a great feast for me. The staff is so friendly and accommodating as well. After Covid lockdown, the chef that used to prepare vegan meals for me is no longer working there but they still have details of dishes that I liked. I was so amazed.

good 5 star hotel with the usual trappings of luxury and cleanliness expected of a 5 star hotel. Located slightly outside the old quarter of Hanoi and so visitors avoid the narrow crowded noisy streets of Hanoi. Located within the same hotel building is a 7 story shopping complex operated by Lotte Department Store.

I stayed here a few times both for work and leisure and was always impressed with the hotel’s facilities. The reception is always classy and smells pleasant and the staff was attentive and thoughtful. In fact when I was staying at Lotte during my birthday, I came back to my room after dinner to find a delicious passion fruit cake waiting for me on the table. A big thanks to the management and the staff and I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family coming to town.

Good hotel facilities, with level for fitness, sauna and pools. Rooms are big, clean and bright. Located next to Lotte Center which has offices, mall and restaurants at your doorstep. If you don’t mind the bustling traffic and distance to the old town area. Lotte Hotel Hanoi is the good consideration for your next stay. One thing could be better is to allow grab/ other deliveries to be sent up to lobby (level 38) rather than requiring guests to transfer elevators to level 1 for their delivery pick up.
