I stayed at Sunway Hotel for a 14-day quarantine. Overall this is a nice hotel, although there is still room for improvement. Room is spacious and receives much sunlight. Bedding is clean. Meals taste really good (Staff will make calls to guests to understand whether meals suit their tastes or not occasionally). Receptionists are kind and helpful. So...to be short, this hotel won't let you down. However, the amenities are a little bit old which means room maintenance would be a very important work for the hotel. If the maintenance problem can be improved, guests will have much better experience.

The room was very clean. Breakfast at the restaurant was very complete and delicious. Lobby bar always has promotions for guests and drinks are plentiful. Customer support staff is very enthusiastic and friendly.

A big win with the front desk. Receptionist was superb. Her male colleague speaks very fluent English which can response to every English speaking customers here. Room was tip top albeit a little stiff for the mattress. Love the hot water shower which was almost instant. Breakfast was wonderful with a lot of choices to feast your curious tongue.

Great stop after a long flight. ✈️ Really cool view of the city, Golden egg, coffee, and really nice buffet. Right downtown next to little shops. Easy to find what you need within walking distance staff is friendly the bellboy Kale is awesome.

They have to step up their level of cleanliness and make sure that the rooms are well-cleaned everyday. Of course the towels were changed everyday, new toiletries made available and the dustbins cleared. But that's all that was done. The floor still looked dirty and the bed linen not changed. I been in this hotel for 2 nites on my business trip, the staff was amazing and always welcome with a smile, the hotel located at a very quiet place and only took 5 min walk to the opera house and 15 min to the lake. definitely would stay again.

Been staying at this hotel for all business and casual trips to Vietnam and never got disappointed. Breakfast is always delicious and ready early to ensure my flight schedule. The bar atmosphere is great, nothing beat a glass of wine while you're enjoying classical Jazz music. The front desk staffs are very supportive and patient with me. One time a got a little trouble with my Visa and the payment got some issues, the two receptionists put their time into fixing it for me, but I never had the time to ask what their real name is, I just see their working name as Mia and Anna. This hotel is as good as it gets for my need, but the wifi could use a little help since it can be a little bit slow in high hours.

Good location at Lo Duc, easy for walkabouts and plenty of coffee and food within walking distance. Make sure you order room service for roast chicken.

Everything worked perfectly during my stay. Quality of the room was pretty high. Breakfast buffet very rich and good quality. The staffs (Cara, Amy) remembered us and always had a warm greeting or question about our stay. They have 1 amazing Club Lounge, Taylor& Elizabeth were helpful a lots. Time and again, they exceeded their work expectation and I was amazed by their energy/will to delight their guests.

Spent 2 nights here on a tour of Vietnam with my wife. The rooms have everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The best pillows and duvets I have ever had in any hotel!! Had a great few nights sleep. Air-con worked well and wasn't noisy at all. Room and all public areas were clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and well laid out. I would be very happy to return.

Sunway Hotel Hanoi created a very good first impression. The welcome and help was very friendly and professional by all Staff personnel. The Staff at Reception was exceptionally helpful all through our stay like recommended and directed us to go Night Market which eventually was fantastic, unforgetable, unique and culturally enlightening. The Hotel is located within walking distance to the City centre . Breakfast was outstanding. Our stay was comfortable and memorable. Thanks mainly to the friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism of the Staff.

We were staying over last weekend. It was pleasant stay for my family. The hotel staff were very friendly, warm welcoming, helpful. Quite and relaxing area. The club lounge offered plenty of canapés, coffee, selection of teas and wine. Breakfast and happy hour were a pleasure. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

In all my years of traveling I have almost never experienced the level of service as at this marvelous hotel. The staff is more than attentive and supports from the restaurant booking to the taxi call . The ladies Amy, Cara, Taylor, Sarah, Elizabeth, concierge team Brian, Tommy, Daivid and the rest of the staff tended to our every need . The rooms are old but clean enough and the breakfast buffet is terrific. So good that we know we will come back. Can’t be soon enough. 100% recommend.

Our group stayed here a few months ago. Room was ok. However the carpet smells very bad. Staffs were helpful (Amy, Taylor, Elizabeth) They introduced many places and restaurants, helped to call a taxi and provided everything we needed. Overall everything was fine.

I attended a meeting held at Sunway Hanoi Hotel. Meeting room with professional equipment. The staff from welcoming guests to serving are all really attentive. The hotel near the center is very convenient to move, clean & cozy room, beautiful allante restaurant, breakfast has variety of dishes and delicious. Overall it’s a good hotel and I will comeback if I go to Hanoi on bussiness or vacation.

Highly disappointed by the front desk staff. Very rude behaviour and not bothered since my booking was done the agent. Just checked in today and will be staying for 2 more days as donot have any option now. Only 350 ml drinking water per person per day is provided. Front desk staff Ani was a big disappointment.
