Customer service is the reason I don't shop here! Today after buying a Rolex watch, I bring one of my LV bag here to ask for advice for cleaning the special leather. Staff looked at my bag and said "Your bag is not LV". Oh my god. His attitude looked like I brought a fake bag to his store. I thought I dressed up better than all the other customers in the store. It's a limited edition I bought a few years ago. Sadly, no cleaning instructions, just tell me to bring to Maison in Singapore, Paris. I want to buy in my own country to support local retail businesses but LV failed me twice. Will not be back!

Saw today that the security guard was only letting certain people in based on their looks (if they can afford to shop here). This is pure discrimination and should NOT happen. Shame on management for condoning this habit.

Terrible customer service ! All the staff were on their phones, they don’t represent the Louis Vuitton House ! They don’t even say good bye when you leave the boutique ! So disappointed, the brand should do something for the image !!!

This is easily found shop located at the prominent junction. Selections are fewer tho and price tends to be slightly higher due to rising USD. Service is ok only.
