Went here with my pregnant wife. We had to wait 3 hours to see a doctor after we paid the deposit. The prices are for a private hospital but the service is worse than a public hospital.

Excellent service! Each staff here take care of me very well. The hospital is clean and well organize!

I had surgery here. Service is very good, nurses and staffs are very helpful during checkin process, they give advice about insurance claim process too so everything was smooth and easy for patient. Better than Hong Ngoc & Thu Cuc

Dedicated, professional, considerate staffs and doctors. I had gastroscopy for the first time here and was super nervous but with all the clear and detailed instructions provided from the beginning stage and during the process, it went smoothly and I did not feel any pain or discomfort. Excellent service and worth time + money!!

Eng & tiêng viêt ----------------------------------------- Never go ever there, never! We went there 3 times with my wife & daughter. 1st time: we thought our daughter swallowed a small part of a toy. She vomited many times. The doctor was looking as if we were stupid. 2nd time: Did not want to let me leave without doing a full checkup... Of course they need money. They push me to do it (Im foreigner) but not for my wife (she is Viet). We had the same symptoms, she just needed to get medicines. 3rd time: my daughter had high fever cauz of her growing tooth. Doctor push to make a test. Any professional doctor knows if a baby is sick or not after checking ears/tongue... After 1h they said it was cauz of virus. Which virus? No one could say. Day after, doctor said it was not a virus... 1. They just want to make money! 2. Doctor was such high attitude, especially the old lady in charge for babies. Never bring Ur kid there. 3. Not professional at all, including staff at the reception Are they really doctors? Not sure, but for sure they are commercials who wants to make money. ------------------------------------------------- Đừng bao giờ đi đến đó! Chúng tôi đã đến đó 3 lần với vợ và con gái tôi. + Lần đầu tiên: chúng tôi nghĩ rằng con gái chúng tôi đã nuốt một mảnh đồ chơi. Bé nôn rất nhiều lần. Còn bác sĩ thì nhìn chúng tôi như thế chúng tôi là lũ ngốc. + Lần thứ 2: đã không muốn để tôi đi mà không làm xong toàn bộ các loại kiểm tra. Rõ ràng là họ cần tiền. Họ ép tôi phải làm điều đó ( tôi là người nước ngoài) nhưng với vợ tôi thì khác (vợ tôi là người Việt). Chúng tôi đều mắc những triệu chứng giống nhau, nhưng cô ấy thì chỉ cần phải lấy thuốc uống. + Lần thứ 3: con gái tôi bị sốt cao do bé đang mọc răng. Bác sĩ bắt phải khám. Bất kì một bác sĩ nào cũng nhận ra được một em bé bị ốm hay không sau khi kiểm tra tai/ lưỡi … Sau 1 giờ đồng hồ, họ nói nguyên nhân là do vi-rút. Vi-rút nào? Không ai nói được. Ngay ngày sau đó, bác sĩ lại nói không phải do vi-rút. 1. Họ chỉ muốn thu tiền thôi! 2. Bác sĩ thái độ kiêu ngạo. Đừng bao giờ đưa con bạn đến đó. 3. Không chuyên nghiệp một chút nào, cả nhân viên lễ tân cũng vậy. Họ có thật là bác sĩ? Điều này thì tôi không chắc, nhưng tôi chắn chắn rằng họ là những kẻ
