To say conclusion first, I highly reccomend you not to workout here. I had so many trouble in this california center. It doesn't mean that i totally deny every california but specifically this center. I've workout california for about 2 year, I've workout sever california center(at Timecity,Đống đa,Royalcity) but only the Xuan Thuy center had such many problems. Let me give u some examples. 1.At first, as I lived in the Timecity, I contracted there. After the contract expired(around January, I recontract this center. While contract with the manager(I'm not sure the manager's name, may be Alex or Leo,some kind of American's style name). I knew there was 1 and half year membership card and asked the manager to contract like that. He just told me there isn't and continuously asked me to contract more than 2 years. He tried to hide that there is such a contract. After arguing about 15 minutes he told me he will search about that and want somewhere. After 10 or 15 minutes he told me I was right. I don't know his intentions, but it was such an tired experience. 2. I once forgot to bring my membership card from my country, so I needed to remake the membership card. The staff told me that it takes about 2-3 week. I waited and they told me they will contact me after they get. I didn't get any contact for one month so I asked the staff. He told me that as I contracted at Timecity center first, so the card was there. I asked the staff so bring the card here and it takes more than 2 month from there. I was really mad, because during two month I asked twice if my card delivered but the answer was it still there. 3. The thing is occured today. When I contracted, I asked about the parking lot, and the manager told me it is totally free. I asked if there is underground parking lot and he told me yes and can use free. Today, the parking lot on the ground was full, so I tried to follow announcement(I attached the photo)infront of the parking lot. The announcement I attached means that it goes to the B1, parking lot underground. I tried to park there,but the guard shouted at me and told me move away. I showed the announcement to the security guard and he told me that it is not related to them. I only can park there from 17:00 and I need to park B2 where i should pay for. What really makes me tired is that the elevator in B2 is not connected with California gym. There is quite lots of other problems such as the drink bar often empty without staff or close early, rearrange plate....but I don't want to waste my time anymore. I really recommend other California gyms but not here. Even the facilities here is quite good but the service here is worth ever. After the contract is over, I definitely will change the center. It is horrible.
