I’m a traveler just in Hanoi for a few days. I wanted to attend a yoga class and I found this place through a Google search. I went today and it was great. The class was given in Vietnamese, but it didn’t matter, it was easy enough to follow along. I even learned some poses I had never seen before (I’m a beginner). Everyone was very kind, the mat was provided as well as a locker for my belongings. Very affordable. Great experience and I may go back for another class tomorrow evening. Highly recommend for travelers in the area!

Had a couples massage here, with the add on of hot stones. The owner threw in an aryuvedic head massage for each of us. Both masseuses were very strong and professional, they gave us amazing deep tissue work. Highly recommended for anyone active in sports or jet lagged and looking for a massage place that is professional.

Meanwhile I am back in Germany. I would like to thank Himanshu and his team for the intensive treatments. I had no experience so far with Ayurveda and came across the vedic healing Center by chance. I have been suffering from back pain for several years now. Himanshu very quickly recognized the causes and worked on them. Since I actually came without and expectations, I am the more surprised what happened in the short time. My whole back has become much more flexible. The treatments are very deep. Originally I scheduled a massage with Dr Himanshu to have some “me” time and treat myself to a herbal massage therapy. After my first massage I couldn’t believe how much better I felt. I have continued to get massages and have noticed I no longer have the headaches I used to have. He has worked out the knots I had in my neck and shoulder blades. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about her clients. I would definitely refer him.

For a relaxing massage or a therapy massage you can go there without question. All the staff is very welcoming and smiling and the massage are just amazing. I had a flexibility therapy and after all sessions I felt and my all body felt in a cloud, happy and very sensitive, all my emotions were releaved. There are so many places in Hanoi to have a massage and they might be ok, a bit relaxing or good but if you really want something amazing for your entire body and soul this is the place to go. After the treatment I received so many recommandations to follow to be healthy and happier. I could not try the yoga lessons but I am sure it is amazing too !

Amazing place, I can't thanks enough M. Himanshu for what he did to me. I went there was an horrible sciatica, and I was barely able to walk. I was treated since 2 years in my country by several doctors without good result. M. Himanshu remove 80% of the pain with only 1h of massage. The next morning I was able to walk, without pain, and I could follow my trip. Again thanks a lot to him.

I can't recommend this place enough. I was so lucky to be there when actually the teachers who work here were training. I trained with them and they are so good. Especially the teacher who was leading the class was amazing. The person who owns this place has a great energy about him that calms you down. He is also such a lovely person that he offered me their massage service so cheap as I lost my purse in Vietnam and was on a very limited amount of money. The studio is very large and spacious that you don't want to leave. Definitely recommend this place to those yoga lovers who are in Hanoi :)

This is the absolute best place to come for a pain relief massage. I work long hours and am on my feet all day lifting heavy things and I pull some muscles or get pinched nerves occasionally. I can garauntee that if I come here I will walk out pain free. Master Himanshu manages to find the source of the pain and works out the knots. Will be coming back!

Very professional and devoted people, they understand my body so deeply , i was never know that I have muscle pain so deep which is only root reasons of my back pain and legs pain. I wasted 6 months upon medicines not effective as physiotherapy by Dr Himanshu , very professional and reliable person who can understand internal body how it works. Highly recommended
