Isn't as it seems. The room quality isn't as good as the pictures. Lighting is terrible. The sink in the bathroom doesn't drain. Old carpet and room style that doesn't resemble and of the reviews. Sadly I booked and paid for 5 days😐. The front staff is good though. The housekeeping will just come into your room but not clean everyday. The free mini bar isn't stocked daily as claimed to be. Five nights for 450$ isn't worth it and I am staying in a better room supposedly........

Western-style upscale hotel located on the waterfront of Ho Tay. Top-Flight style driving range directly into the lake. Restaurant offering both Eastern & Western menu options. Sunday brunch also features both options and includes an egg station for omelets, etc. Servers are friendly and overall service appears to be attentive, though my two visits here were marked by an apparent invisibility cloak that kept staff from taking my order and bringing me tea and coffee until I hunted them down. After that service was much better. Facility also boasts conference and meeting rooms for large gatherings.

Highly recommend this fantastic hotel, the staff go above and beyond on service. The location is great, right on the lake and near to the old district. Perfect setting means the hotel is set away from the noisy Hanoi streets and great facilities on offer. Surprised that this is not a 5 star hotel. Thank you for a great stay.

Really nice place to stay in Tay Ho area. Other places are large hotels, but not as nice a location as Hanoi Club. Would definitely stay here again. Only problem was shower would flood bathroom if not careful. But rooms were still nice. Breakfast enormous

My stay was made creditable and memorable by the excellent services of staffs, special mention to Monica. Will come back again to stay in the hotel as Hanoi is a naturally and cultural rich, hardworking and humble people and there is a strong potential for Vietnamese to be a no. 1 major Asian powerful house in the coming years not only in hospitality but all sectors due to its large geograhical size, stable political system, young population and good attitude of the people.

Would not recommend it at all. Cleaning lady took my flipflops away from the pool cause she taught it was hers. Took them 10 minutes to find them again. Bought a day pass (gym and swimming pool) . But was not aloud to leave the place. If I wanted to come back in the evening I had to buy another ticket (500000). When I said that I just wanted to go home (4 minutes away) to change clothes for the gym they said 'it's our policy, if you leave you have to buy a new ticket'. The lady behind the desk was really rude. Would never come here again.

We had a good stay, decent rooms, Good pool, nice extras such as the golf range, kids club, gym. The restaurant diner a la carte was good as well. Terrace around pool is a little outdated but decent. Advice to the staff is not to kill all the lights in the bar/esraurant, partially the lobby after 22h, as it is not a good sight nor welcome.. I almost asked my taxi cab to leave as the hotel looked desolated At night.

Very nice location and priceless view to the West lake. Unfortunately the rooms and furnitures have been downgraded for long time and no good maintenance and big renovation made for years. Foods are so poor and not good quality. Far to reach 4-star standard. I stayed few times in different years, the only thing I enjoyed that much is the lake view.

I saw it from a distance and I thought this cant be real. A hotel on west lake? With a view? Unbelievable. In this traffic induced polluted land. This hotel served as a saviour. Ok hotel for a short Hanoi stay, quite close to the center. The hotel restaurant is not very attractive and it would be nice if pool was accessible without having to go through the lobby. The staff were mostly pleasant.

Hotel is just okay, but staffs are not helpful. I was asked to pay an amount which was more than my room rate and they said it would be refunded after I check out. However, 3 weeks after the trip, the excess amount haven't come to my account. I called 3 times within 2 weeks to remind, they always said they would call me back immediately to resolve. But then they just ignored me. Though the excess amount is small but in my point of view, it is a fraud, and definitely not a 5-star hotel. This never happened to me before in any 4-5-star hotel. Not recommend for foreigners as you guys might not easy to make a call or make any complain after stay time.
