They are rude. Overpay for the gym. I only needed gym, they took me 150$ for two months, but it was ok because I was willing to pay them. A lot of young dudes they call them PT, following me tried to sell their training stuffs. I did not want it and they talked sh~t about me very rude. They asked me to fill in a form with my personal information. On their rude conversion, they mentioned about my age, my education, and etc. While I exercised in an empty spot without a lot of people around, a rude girl called PT yelled out loud that I learned gym on youtube, learned from foreigners. I was there for only three days in the first week of my two-month subscription 150$$$$. They f~~~ up my days and insulted me a lot. I went to another gym near my home just for 8.5$ a month, people were so nice. After a month, a girl working at the sh~t gym called me and asked why I did not go to their gym anymore. I was very kind talking to that sh~tty girl explaining why and hopping they would change. The girl was angry at me and told me I was crazy while I was talking about the problem with me at their gym. They used customers' information for selling, for f~~k up customers. A lot of s~~ts there, don't go there. YOU GOT MY WARNING.

Overpriced and bad customer service. All their staff just want you to pay more for personal traning service which most people do not want and the bad thing is they never stop trying that. So annoyed especially in a Japanese brand establishment like Aeon Mall. Only up side is free parking

Great for kids to learn swimming

Over priced, they make you pay for the whole club even though all you want to use is the gym! The men(mostly seniors) treat the sauna and hot tub area like a gay nudist retreat.
