Trip NOT what paid for! Avoid all costs. The salesperson (Tony) with the Hanoi Capital Travel, found me this tour that looked good from the description detailed in the attached photo. This was a 2 days tour. Day 1 was a complete waste of of my time as they did not do the main event described in the description. The speedboat tour of Ha Long bay never happened! The only tour was of a cave which took less than half an hour, so we were basically left to walk around Cat Ba for several hours on Day one. I contacted Tony since he told me to contact him if any issues. Not even an apology for the removal of the main Day 1 event, just saying that I would have a good time on Day 2. Day 2, a boat tour of Lan Ha Bay was OK. I did meet some nice folks on the tour, but overall VERY disappointed with the Tour, Hanoi Capital Travel and Tony.

We chose this tour among many options given by Tony Hoang. The tour was great! Organized really well and the staff was super friendly and spoke English fluently. Sapa and Halong Bay were beautiful! Early booking is highly recommend .

Spectacular I've seen lots of stunning picture of Dong Van Geopark but when I see it by my own eyes, I know there will be no camera can capture this otherworldly landscape. The park is very very big which spread over more than one province. Going deeper into the core zone, the karst mountain range become more majestic. The Ma Pi Leng pass is a must for anyone travelling here. If you go on a self-arrange tour, try to get closer to the river for more stunning photos. I visit Dong Van in Jan 2023 when bombax ceiba flowers are in full bloom. It is just more than amazing!. Thanks Tony and Hanoi Capital Travel

We spent 3 days in Dong Van to visit some places as Quan Ba, Dong Van Town... route was not so long but it took much time due to wrist roads. We met a lot of local people on the way, beautiful countryside and lovely children. If you want to see Tam Gia Mach flower you should travel from Oct - Nov, weather is cool too...

We booked Sapa 2 Days from Hanoi Capitap Travel. The trip was excellent. Sapa scenery is so beautiful The guide is very helpful and friendly.

we spent our holiday in Sapa with 4 days and 3 nights . Sapa town stands at the head of a deep valley of magnificent rice terraces that are still farmed today as they have been for centuries. Backdrops don’t get much more spectacular. Enticing ribbons of road lead the eye down to the valley floor, white-water rivers rush among rice fields, and lush green mountains stretch into the distance as far as the eye can see. The highest peak in the region, Mount Fansipan, crowns the ragged ridge line high above town.

We booked a 6 days and 5 night package tour from Hanoi Capital Travel. A memory, a wonderful trip. The scenery of Ha Long Bay is likened to paradise. Sapa is so poetic with cool weather, majestic mountain scenery, especially we have conquered Fansipan peak - the roof of Indochina.

I’m Vietnamese America. I book this trip 2days and a night with my wife.This was a terrible experience, a waste of money, and NOTHING like it was advertised. Even if you wanted a normal cruise around the bay, I would advise you to stay as far away from this company as you can. I have no idea why castaway is in the name of this company. We book the trip support to be 3 star boat we end up with no star boat. The room is very small for two peoples. There is no AC turn on until between 7pm to 5am. No toilet paper, no trash bag, the fan inside the room is work but not turning around. The food was terminal. We had lunch and dinner was the same foods. Breakfast just eggs and white bread. Hanoi Capital Travel is one of the worst travel agency in VN. They will lie and lie to you. This is 100% scam company. You probably see a few 5 star rating on there website or TripAdvisor . Those 5 star reviews was there coworker, there friends, there family members. Again Do not book with this company for any travel in VN.

Would give no stars if that was possible. Absolute scam artist!!! Had an awful experience with Tony. I am appalled that he is able to run a business and take people's money. He seemed very kind in the beginning and then became very rude and took our drivers license hostage until we were forced to pay him money. Dishonest travel agents- they sold us a luxury cruise in Halong Bay, December 2019. We even paid more for “a nicer boat, better food, and a nicer bus” We were given the same horrible boat, full of cockroaches and bedbugs, cramped bus and dirty food as everyone else. Would not recommend this to anyone

Worst travel agency ever, would give zero stars if possible! We booked tours and bus from them. Tony seemed nice but tricked us wherever he could! The bus to Laos took over 24 hours instead of him promised 16, the "pick up" was just a guy with a motorbike we should follow by walking with our heavy backpacks across Hanoi and the transfer to the bus station was horrible! We were with 9 persons in a 7 seat car with those huge backpacks on our knees! The tours aren't what we paid for. What you see on the itinerary he show you is exactly the opposite from what you will be getting. I called the police to solve the problem. If you have money to waste, can still go and enjoy some fake tours.Also, the price wasn't cheap at all. We would never use this agency again!

We organised a 1 night/2 day cruise to Ha long bay and a day trip to ninh binh. Our guide, Daniel, was extremely helpful in organising our trip. He organised all of our transport and was always available to help. He also provided accommodation. Excellent service all round
