With Paradise Travel we developed a special tailor made multi-centred adventure of Vietnam and Cambodia that totally suited our needs and requirements. During this time any changes to itineraries have been accommodated with a pleasant and efficient response from a very professional and helpful travel experts. We initially had a false start with the holiday as on 22nd March 2020, 10 days before the start of the adventure, Vietnam closed its borders due to COVID. During this period the Kevin, Managing Director of Paradise Travel kept in contact, keeping us up to date with the experiences he, his company and the country were going through. When Vietnam opened its borders again almost two years to the day, we restarted discussion on when it would be timely to reinvent the adventure. Our travel expert Tracy reimagined our adventure with a fantastic itinerary tailored to our wishes and requests. Paradise Travel's knowledge and experience was key to the success of the adventure. So in September 2023 we arrived in Hanoi, for our 24 day adventure. Paradise Travel arranged a 9 centre, 8 hotel, 17 half day tour, 2 cruise with tour, 9 transfer, 1 overnight train, 2 internal flight, 5 tour guide and driver, adventure. The adventure was well organized and went according to plan, any wrinkles were ironed out in a quickly and efficiently. Excellent local arrangements were made for first class accommodation, transport and guides. All the guides and drivers were exceptional, friendly, caring, and extremely well informed with superb English, who were very willing tailor the tours to suit our wishes. Paradise Travel were exceptionally helpful and contactable at all times. We have travelled the world and plan so many more trips and would do so with complete confidence having a Paradise Travel to advise us. A truly amazing adventure. We had a wonderful and very affordable 13 day trip to Vietnam arranged by Paradise Travel. Our agent Helen was very responsive in handling questions before and during our stay and adjusting our trip itinerary to our needs. We liked the 1/2 to full-day tours that were arranged but also the free time we had to explore on our own. It was nice to not have to worry about how to get to our hotel from the airport when we didn't speak the local language. An all-around good trip.

Best local tour operator in Hanoi, Vietnam We recently spent 16 days touring Vietnam and Cambodia in a private, customized tour with the assistance of Vietnam Paradise Travel. We highly recommend them. When we began planning this trip, I initially emailed several tour companies, but our consultant Mr. Alex Duy, was the most responsive and responded almost immediately with a proposed itinerary and estimated cost to visit the cities/sights I requested. We weren't sure if it was possible to visit everywhere in the time we had, but he made it happen. We booked our own airfare to/from the US and Mr. Alex assisted with all domestic flights in Vietnam and Cambodia, with hotels and guides/tours where needed. Our trip started in Hanoi and Ha Long Bay (our guide Binh was great, and driver Chung) where we had a city tour, an evening vespa street eats tour, and then spending a night on Ha Long Bay cruise. From there to Saigon where we did everything from city tours to spending a couple of days in the Mekong Delta (from Saigon to Can Tho to Chau Doc) which was amazing, then a speedboat to Phnom Penh. We loved Phnom Penh and our guide Nita was the best. We did the city tour, grand palace, killing fields, etc. Next stop was Siem Reap and Angkor Wat with guide Borey & driver Po who were flexible with us and switched the day of our Angkor Wat tour to be sure we were there on a day when the third level was open, and then made sure we saw Angkor Wat the next day when we woke up to lots of rain! My family and I would absolutely recommend Vietnam Paradise Travel and Mr. Alex Duy - they are very organized and responsive, were flexible and made adjustments when we requested, and were easy to communicate with. They completely took the stress out of planning. I love how you can customize everything with them from choice of cities and tours to hotels. We are also vegetarian and all of our guides made sure our dietary preferences were accommodated in restaurants, etc. - even during our street eats tours. I would not hesitate to book another tour with Vietnam Paradise Travel the next time we travel to Indochina.

Mr. Alex Duy from Paradise Travel have offered us an excellent service during our visit to Vietnam from Jan. 17th to Jan. 28th 2018. We want to say him many, many thanks for his support (even on Sundays) in public, so that future candidates for a Vietnam holiday should know that Paradise Travel and Mr. Alex Duy will be a guarantee and important help for enjoying this simpatico country and his people. Everything went smoothly. Good cars in best conditions with drivers we could rely on because of their routine, circumspection, caution and knowledge of the countryside. We had no problems at all with the pick-up and drop-off services on Hanoi and Hue airports, as well as at our hotels in Kim Boi, TamCoc (Ninh Binh), Hanoi, Hue and finally Hoi An. We had just a little problem with the driver in Hoi An on Saturday, Jan 27th who refused to drive us to the Marble Mountains in Da Nang. But even for this inconvenience Mr. Alex Duy was able to find a solution, even on a weekend. Looking back to our very interesting journey we are happy to have chosen Paradise Travel for the rental car service with driver. It was not the only alternative we had for this kind of services, but no doubt the absolutely right one.

We needed a private driver to take us from Hanoi, Sapa, Ninh Binh and Halong Bay in the 2 weeks in Vietnam. The tour operator, Kevin Nguyen replies on Whatsapp instantly and is so helpful. He sorted out our driver Mr Huy who was amazing and drove us in a Toyota Fortuner. He always arrived early to pick us up whenever we wanted. Amazing company and definitely recommend! Thank you for looking after my family and I!
