It was an outstanding 5 Star cruise on Halong Bay and probably the newest one. Everything was perfect. The cabins were gorgeously decorated. The Sundeck was beautiful. And the views of Halong bay was breathtaking from the room balcony. Meals were excellent with wide varieties.

We had such an amazing trip with Ancora Cruises. The quality of their food and drinks is impeccable and the setup and cleanliness of their rooms are great! Highly recommended

Great choice, took the 2 days / 1 night option. Lovely rooms, excellent service, good activities and lots of tasty food. Drinks are normal European prices but it's well worth it for the brilliant service and quality.

My partner and I stayed on Ancora cruise for the one night / two day option. We loved the food, and the luxurious exterior and interior of the cruise including our spacious, comfortable room. We appreciated the kind staff, especially Minh, the cruise manager, who has taught us about the history of Halong Bay, and was overall a pleasant company to have around. Some aspects to improve are the price seemed a bit overpriced, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell.

The comfortable and luxurious yacht is designed in a classic style. Friendly, enthusiastic staff, delicious food.

Due to operational issues we were moved to another boat operated by a sister company, Verdure Cruises. We were also given an upgraded cabin as compensation. Our room was wonderful. Located aft, it was large with floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides and a very generous balcony with double day bed. The decor was old and worn though, with peeling paper in places. The ensuite bathroom was also spacious and well equipped, although am unpleasant smell was ever present. Food onboard, all inclusive, was mostly excellent and plentiful, however, apart from 2 half-litre complimentary bottles of water all drinks were charged additionally at hotel prices. Shared spaces were ample, varied and plush and the staff were friendly. Below is information about the transfer from Hanoi. The operation was smooth with an early pick up in Hanoi arranged by the tour group. The transfer was a long process though as other passengers were also collected from several other hotels in Hanoi. Once at Hà Long we waited to board the ship's shuttle boat for the 30 minutes transfer aboard. Altogether our journey time was around 5 hours but was well organised and easy.

A very meaningful visit with relatives. The ship is spacious, the food is delicious. Thank you Ancora team for supporting and helping my family during this vacation ^^
