Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. In a great location, but what stood out most to us was the lovely staff, they were so accomodating, stayed up for our late check in and upgraded us for free on our second night. We appreciated their kindness and generosity very much. Bed was also very comfortable and staff are working very hard to get things back and running after covid. Could not recommend this hotel enough

Highly recommend to stay here! The location is great, easy to get around, everything you need in the same street. The staff is amazing - so welcoming, helpful and friendly! I never felt more home in a hotel before.

This small hotel is a handy location to everything. Enjoyed my one week stay here all the staff are great, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is good. You get a few mosquitos this time of year just ask for spray. The rooms are good size comfortable bed. The owners were talking about upgrading the rooms as starting to get a bit tired. Nice coffee shop across the road.

Spent 17 nights in this hotel . Excellent service provided by ladies at reception. Always had a smile and warm greeting. Junior suite was comfortable for 2. Great location far enough away from main streets but close to whatever you want to see. We had a fantastic time in Hanoi and that was partly due to the relaxing atmosphere and great staff at the Little Hanoi Deluxe hotel. Thanks for making our stay here feel special. Paul and Donna

A very good hotel at a good price The hotel situated in the Old Quarter area and less than half a mile from HK Lake may not be easily noticeable ( given that it is located in a narrow lane not accessible to cars ), but that doesn't take away the good experience that it promises to give. Expect this narrow lane to be a bit noisy given that there are several hawkers selling fruits and local items, i.a., but one cannot hear any noise in the room, so the stay experience ain't hampered. The room I had booked didn't have paintings like other hotels in the same range in the area had, but that didn't matter. There was a separate/designated bath area which was quite big, which is generally either small or not separated in this price range. There was a big cool marble table too which sparkled, and the closet was of quite a good size. The restaurant looked to be very good and spacious but I didn't try it. The lobby is quite big. Like in the case of other hotels in the area, this one too is close to spas, and supermarkets, and within a 3/4th of a mile or so from various museums.

The front desk staffs are very very polite and friendly. The room is cozy and clean.Breakfast is delicious. When we checked out, they even prepared gifts include a coffee set ,a fruit box and mineral water for us. Thanks a lots~

Very nice hosts at a clean, comfortable, and quiet hotel, just off the beaten path. Road construction, going on during my stay, but I was made to feel welcome and most important, comfortable. There is a nice breakfast included at a very reasonable rate. The room is a nice size, with a very comfortable bed and nice amenitiesl

Had a great experience at this hotel. Its close to all the nightlife in the old quarter, and within walking distance to some other attractions like the Hao Lo prison, Temple of Literature and Army Museum. The staff were very welcoming and made sure we had all the information we needed in terms of getting around the city, recommending restaurants, and even how to cross the streets, which is definitely good info with all the scooters! Our room was clean and nicely furnished. We booked an overnight cruise in Ha Long Bay, which the hotel helped us select and booked for us. I'm sure they have connections with a few cruise companies only, but we were happy with the quality of the cruise we booked.

Super excellent customer service, from the moment you arrive until the moment you put your feet into the taxi leaving to the airport. Make sure you ask for a room facing inner lane as the outer lane can be little bit noisy at night. A small hotel with very reasonable price that come with 5 stars customer service! Hotel is in alley but closer to road. Room was ok except for the toilet/sewage smell but after awhile with ventilation the smell is minimal. Asks reception for air freshener when needed. Staff is friendly. Hien was extremely helpful and even offered to bring me to the shop to find my things. Another lady staff, didn't catch the name but has short hair was also welcoming. She came into the coffee place opposite the hotel and helped us to order coffee 😅 Saw her helping with housekeeping too. Breakfast is sufficient to fill empty tummy since it is buffet unless one is a fussy eater. Halal restaurant very very very nearby. Other halal restaurants are within walking distance too and not to mention the shopping 😁

We stayed 2 times for a total of 5 nights. All the staff are very friendly and will do their possible to accommodate you. The hotel is pretty well situated, close to the lake and food restaurants. We also booked transport and plane tickets with them. All at a very reasonable price. If you have the time, take some tea with the man on the night shift. He is friendly and have many story to share.

Little Hanoi Deluxe Hotel is small but mighty, and the location can't be beat. Phuong and her staff run an immaculately clean hotel and provide outstanding service. It took us a little time to figure out how to work the shower/tub because we aren't used to that many faucets and valves, but other than that, everything was great. Hopefully we make it back some day.

Had an amazing experience here. Tommy and the rest of the staff were very helpful with everything, they booked a tour to Sa Pa and Ha Long bay for us and everything went very smooth. The hotel was very nice and the rooms were clean. If we ever needed anything the staff would alway help. Would definitely stay here again in the future

Great hotel - very friendly staff. Nice, quiet and comfortable room. Only thing preventing it from being five star is that the bathroom was a little run down.

A solid 3 star. Tiny room. Not the cleanest place but somewhat typical for Hanoi. We were there 3 nights and the same young man was there the entire time. He said he was covering for a co-workers vacation. Location is good.

We landed from nyc around 11:00pm & the guy at the lobby was there to check us in. It’s a small hotel in a great location. It was clean, shower was great, location was perfect by food & coffee ! Don’t forget to try the Egg coffee!! Have fun!!

Great location, the people who work at hotel everybody so nice,kind and very very friendly!! They let us leave our massive luggage whole we are doing some tours out of Hanoi. That was sooo helpful and I’m very appreciated:)

The hotel is in a great location, walkable distances to night markets and tourists sightseeing spots. Manager of the hotel does her utmost to tend to you, gives great recommendations on things to see ad do in the country, not just Hanoi

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this Boutique Hotel in February. The experience was excellent from the moment we walked in. The staff was very professional and friendly. Our room was spacious, clean and well laid out. The bathroom was huge and had everything we needed. Buffet breakfast, included, offered many fresh local foods and was very filling. We have recommended many of our acquaintances to look this establishment up, if they go to Hanoi as it immerses you into Old Hanoi and gives you a wonderful insight into the local culture. We HIGHLY recommend this place.

This is a brand new hotel. Its a little on the expensive side but if you're looking for comfort it's good value for money. They greeted us with fresh lemonade and fruit which was very nice. The rooms are nicely furnished, although our king room was a little small. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great as well. Breakfast was the best we had in Vietnam, you can choose freshly cooked food Vietnamese or Western style and they also have a tasty buffet. Staff was very helpful and nice to us, even when they were extremely busy. They gave us a nice map of things to visit and great places to eat at. They also booked us a train to Sa Pa and took us straight to the train cabin. They let us take a free shower and even gave us a goodybag for the long train journey. Highly recommended.

It's clean. I addressed any complaints filed or health code violations and was assured all 100%. I've purchased a few piercing rings. Trying to get in to work on a tattoo but my time in USA is running out. Staff friendly and helpful.

The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfy. The staff is excellent and very helpful and friendly. And is also in a great location. Would recommend staying hear if visiting Hanoi.

The staff is very friendly and helpful and make efforts to make the hotel comfortable, with small touches such as "good night" poems placed on your bed at night. The location is good from a tourist perspective, near the lake, but it is difficult for taxi to find. The deluxe room is rather small and has no windows towards the outside; other types of rooms are larger and have windows facing the alley. A fairly good selection for breakfast. Only one elevator for 8 floors, so sometimes there is a bit of a wait. Internet is good.

Beautiful little hotel in a quiet alley way. Very friendly staff and spoke English well. We arrived in at about 4am and they were up waiting for us with a cold refreshing welcome drink. Quite and beautiful room with a very comfy bed. Also a small buffet breakfast included.

Here is definitely one of the best hotel in Hanoi. First of all, the personnel are all really polite, considerate and helpful. Secondly, the location is great, which makes it perfect to enjoy city sightseeing in Hanoi. Last but most importantly is on our check-out day, we are really hurry for our one-day tour for Halong bay and don’t have time for buffet breakfast, they even prepared take-out breakfast for our trip. How nice they are!! Very good experience here.

Little Hanoi Deluxe is an amazing hotel in the heart of the old quarter. Rooms are new and clean with huge, comfortable beds. We got a free room upgrade and had two massive beds for a family of four. We enjoyed a welcome drink and fruit and yummy breakfast. All the staff is extremely warm and helpful, they organized a tour to halong bay and arranged for our luggage to wait at the next hotel. After our stay they even called to ask about the trip and remembered little details we told them. I can highly recommend it!

Very nice and supportive staff. The room is quite small but you can't expect more with that price in the Old Quarter. Simple but sufficient breakfast and I really love the scrambled eggs with cheese and mushroom.

The staff here are incredible!! They are so welcoming and helpful! They helped us arrange our Sapa tour which was amazing also! We can not fault this hotel or the staff!! We will definitely recommend to anyone coming to Hanoi! We have loved our stay and will be sad to say goodbye.
