The bus office in Hanoi is a bit hidden. You just have to know that it is in side the Café Fop. Service was amazing and the communication via WhatsApp was very fast and almost 24/7 available.

This company is awesome, they respond quickly, honestly and give you so many options. We are using them for all kinds of transfers in Hanoi, and we will continue to use them in the rest of Vietnam. Prices are competitive. Thanks!

My family and I took the sleeper bus (daytime) from Cat Ba Island to Sapa. We were scheduled to arrive at 4pm and actually arrived at 7pm. This was without any delays, traffic issues etc. This is just how long is takes a bus this size to make the trip. They say 8 hours, but that is the google maps time for a car driving non-stop, not a large bus with over 50 stops. On top of that, we left our lunch stop at 12:30 and they didn't have another stop for bathroom or snacks until we arrived in Sapa 6.5 hours later. At the 5.5 hour mark, with one daughter about to wet her pants and the other having been allowed to squat on the side of the highway a couple hours previously, we finally requested a toilet break...and were told to wait an hour. After insisting, they grudgingly found one and impatiently hustled us off and on the bus like we were somehow the reason the bus was 3 hours late. Terrible company. There's lots of choice, use a different bus company and just transfer in Hanoi. Not worth the hassle to go direct. Update: A21 contacted me immediately and apologized for our experience and offered compensation. They also agreed to update their website to reflect the correct travel times and itinerary. Although, I would not use this bus company again, A21 Tours have provided excellent customer service and I would consider booking with them again.

My wife and I were originally going to take the train to Lao Cai and then bus to Sapa, but the train was sold out and we had to look for another way there. This was a blessing in disguise as we found A21 Tours! I sent my first message to them at 19:00 followed by an immediate response, and by 20:00 we had been sent a seamless payment link. Once paid (many payment options including credit card) we were sent the confirmation and location on where pickup was. We were very skeptical of taking an overnight bus as there are some bad reviews of safety, but our driver and his assistant could not have been more safe on the road. They drove with care, stopped to allow us washroom breaks, and did not drive with any recklessness. The sleeper cabins were incredibly comfortable and water, a blanket, and headset were included. We were dropped off right in Sapa whereas the train and many other tour busses do not drop you off here. We arrived at 3AM but they allowed us to sleep another 2+hours! Very much appreciated by all. We tipped the driver and assistance as the service was exceptional. The trip is half the time as a train and very affordable. Thank you, A21!

Amazing service and really nice staff. Took a last minute Bus from Hanoi to Trang An. The buses are clean, comfortable, drivers are good. Specially mention for Mike who helped us make the booking, guide us to the bus stop and stay connected till the evening to help us get back on the returning bus. Great service guys and thanks a lot!

A21 tours are great especially if you can't speak Vietnamese and need to arrange a specific transfer and don't want to miss your flight. Their WhatsApp service provided us with quick responses and confirmations in a language that we could understand (English). Their vehicles are in great condition and driver's friendly. But what we liked most is you could pay upfront and you know what the trip will cost. Other services we used either add on toll fees later or "accidentally" take a wrong turn and then charge you more for the trip. (We used them twice between Hanoi & Ha Long Bay)

Booked a bus from Ha Noi to Ninh Binh for my partner and I. Spacious van with AC and outlets for your phone although they advertise the van had wifi inside, which it didn’t. I contacted A21 who said the bus operator they would “restart the router” and still the wifi did not work. Don’t book if you’re planning to use any wifi for your ride.

We booked a bus journey from Hanoi Airport to Sapa. Communication with the company is made through WhatsApp which made it quick and easy to access all the information needed. We met with some difficulty when our flight was rescheduled so we were unable to make the bus time we booked. A21 tours were brilliant in helping us to rearrange our booking and take the next available bus. Would recommend.

We had the best trip with A21 and EcoTours in the Limousine Bus. The driver was so kind. Our teenage son was sick and so he stopped and paid for medication at the pharmacy for him. He was really nice. Also, I stupidly left my sweater under the seat, and the driver returned it the next day in Sapa. He was a true gentleman. His driving was perfect, he was very kind and helpful. We would recommend this as one of the very best ways to get from Hanoi to Sa Pa.

Me and my friends booked a van ticket last minute to Sapa, staff is flexible and provided a fast service. The phone was picked up fast as same as reply the chat in Whatapps!!! This is really convenience for us. Thanks to Michael, this guy is professional. We booked another ticket from Halong Bay to Hanoi, the driver who picked us up sent us to wrong place. Great company arrived in vietham at 11pm and contacted them through there watts app and they managed to get me on a bus up to Sapa from Hanoi within 12hours as the it was boxing day and peak season. They took payment and sadly the bus I was meant to get on was full because they book on system over night but they managed to get me on a earlier bus. Then on the way back they put me on my original bus company ... which was green company and there a fantastic professional bus company for vietham... I would advise the yellow bus I first went on but this is not the agency's fault ... Even refunded me my 6 dollars the other company extra charged for peak season. Top service and defo recommend... Assisted me all through out Thank you

We booked multiple trips through A21 including airport pickup and drop off. The A21 crew was incredibly flexible. Our flight from Ho Chi Minh to Hanoi was delayed by an hour. When we arrived, our driver was waiting for us and extremely helpful and happy. We also booked our Halong Bay tour through A21. Overall, the experience was top notch. For our trip to Sapa, we booked a private car with a driver for 3 days and 2 nights. Our driver was professional and accommodating. The prices offered by A21 is competitive and the A21 team is always reachable via WhatsApp. We had to change our plans multiple times prior to landing in Vietnam and A21 was always accommodating. They made our trip to Hanoi and Sapa easy and enjoyable.
