The place that you can feel the young Hanoian's passion! One of my favorite in Hanoi. Especially the live music is awesome! Really narrow but lovely bar!

Great singers, great vibe. The place got so crowed after 9pm that there aren't enough chairs for all. The chair is a bit uncomfy comparing to the prices of drinks. Cocktails taste good. The place smells bad. I think they need to check their restroom.

Poor service and attitude. Cocktails they just made up, nothing like what they should be. They add on extra taxes and service charges. Not the best at all. Stay away. There's loads of nice reputable places on the street, don't choose this.

None of the places on this street are where you should go to eat, lol. 🤭 They all serve the same thing from the same place- just a different name and a different picture. None of them have kitchens. And whatever you get will not look like the picture! 🫣 It's just pub food. This is where you go to have drink specials and loud music and people watch 👀 I returned to this place twice because they have BOGO beer and a great atmosphere. It's a nice vibe. They have a live DJ 🎶🎧

Great place to enjoy live music and drink with friends. A bar is quite small and a bit dirty.

Small and nice place to take some drinks with friends. Live performances are amazing. I strongly recommend beers with some dry seafood. Hard liquids are ok, but cocktails are not suited my taste.

They add extra charges on top of very expensive drinks. Service was poor as well.

Best to avoid! Lots of better bars in this area. Ordered 2 coctails got the wrong ones that wjere half the size. When I told the waiter he said that he didn't make them and take it up with bar staff who you cant see. It was really expensive in comparison to the other bars and then they add a service charge of 5% and 10% tax. When I resfused to pay the service charge as the drinks where wrong he asked me to come out the back to discuss this further!! Unbelievable

Awful customer service and rude staff, unfortunate as one lovely staff member and good vibe but left feeling angry, let down and disappointed. Offer free things but don’t be fooled as will charge you later.

Probably the best bar to be in Ha noi - with live music and very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Good place for drinking

Electro beats and live romantic viet pop - all too loud. Tried hard but couldn't appreciate and left after one beer. As a musician I would have been happy to find some good music and appropriate volumes.

Pretty bad bar with strange tasting mixed drinks at 100k+ VSD/drink. Ordered a Jameson ginger and got a watery, flat drink that just tasted funny so I didn’t finish. Asked to change to a Hanoi or Saigon beer and was promptly rejected. Check out the bar called Local that is two doors down for a much better time!

I had such a fun time here and I was sitting across the street at a different bar! We eventually made our way in when it was nearing closing time, but they leave the bar doors open so everyone on the street can enjoy the performances. I went on a Friday night and there were 4 guys taking turns singing covers of American songs like Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Bruno Mars. And they were solid singers too. I tried coming back Sunday night to relive the experience, but the live music was in Vietnamese. Definitely recommend coming through here!

Really cool place! We were visiting Hanoi and walking around the streets ready to go back to our hostel, however we heard live music coming from Hay bar and decided to go in. So glad we did, as it made our night!! Very lively, great live music and very relaxed atmosphere. However it's quite a small place and it was really busy, we were offered seats in the middle and kept having people trying to walk past us and bumping into us. Drinks are also on the expensive side and menu does not include VAT. Apart from that it was absolutely fantastic!!

Pricey for the street and then they slug you with the 10% tax - check out the other bars, the one directly facing (one chairs width away) gets his drinks from there and they are a fraction of the price. Whilst it’s not a lot of money, people on a budget may find it helpful.

The bar was way too expensive and the service was terrible. We didnt get what we ordered and when we asked for our change he tried to start a fight with us. Instead of wasting you time here i recomend to go a few doors up to the blues bar.

Terrible service and drinks , they shoved and pushed my family and I on the street after they charged us wrongfully , never go here .
