I have heard about Viet Vision Travel by a close friend. There are hundreds of travel agency in Vietnam that I don’t expect too much. But Viet Vision Travel lure me away! I want to book a trip to Da Nang, Ba Na Hills, and Hoi An. But my freetime for travelling is not enough for these places. I have thought that I had to cut Hoi An out of my itinerary. After contacting with a staff from Viet Vision Travel, she created a perfect itinerary for me and my family without cutting any place, but the tour is still not rush. Cannot say how excited I am! The price is reasonable with the service quality. I highly recommend Viet Vision Travel for any trip or vacation in Indochina, Thailand, and Myanmar (yes, they provide tour to all of these countries)

Was referred to the agency by the New York Consulate. Booked an 8 day trip for 17 of my friends and family. Worked with travel consultant Alex who was excellent from the start of the inquiry all the way to the end of the trip. Communication was timely and all bookings make on time. This was for a 50th birthday celebration which turned out to be one of the best trips I have taken. Was received at the airport by Long and he was our guide throughout the trip. His English was great, treated us very well and was entertaining. We really liked and enjoyed our time with him. The agency gave all of us beautiful welcome gifts (silk scarfs and a jewelry box). They arranged for 2 complementary birthday cakes during our 2 night Ha Long Bay Cruise. On one day our flight to Nha Trang was delayed, Alex called the hotel to keep the restaurant opened for us to have dinner. We arrived to the hotel at 11pm and they were waiting for us. The Honeymoon trip in Danang was amazing! The travel was a piece of cake! The hotel was beautiful. Everyone there was so friendly. The food was delicious! The pool and beach were absolutely amazing! We went on a climping trip which was done on a cloudy day but still very cool. It was awesome. We liked that one the best. We can't wait to go back! We will definilty be using you in the future. We would love to do another trip in a year for our one year anniversary, just don;t know where yet! :) Thanks for all your traveling tips and suggestions. We felt very safe and it was paradise. I contacted them to book a knife making class in the Da Sy forging village. For 150$ we did not get to make any knife and ended up on a random tour not matching the description they sent us (drinking tea, visiting a local market and the silk village). They are very quick to answer unless you contact them for a refund :))
