AVOID! Booked a room here through Agoda, had a confirmed message from the hotel and then a nightmare from there on out Firstly the hotel is very difficult to find as Google takes you somewhere else. After 30 minutes finding the place we arrive to find nobody in the reception and the outside door locked so we couldn't get into the property After multiple messages, attempts to call the hotel for over an hour with no answer standing in the cold with our luggage we gave up and booked another hotel. 3 hours later and a few messages to Agoda customer service and apparently the hotel can't accommodate us. I think we had worked this out a few hours before and were already sat in a different hotel. Fortunately as it was a pay on arrival but non cancellable Agoda won't be charging us but if you enjoy standing in the cold for no reason and wasting your time for no reason then book this hotel If you don't then don't book this place !

The service was excellent. Receptionist was friendly, the rooms were nice and clean. The style of the rooms are very similar to that of a typical Japanese hotel room. There's a minibar that consists of some potato chips, two cup noodles, a whiskey, and some knock-off Oreos. Overall a great experience.

Good price for room charge. High quality room amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast menu. Relaxing environs beside a medium size lake.

Used to be an expensive hotel in the 1990s by Giảng Võ Lake.

Good location and nice view! Money for value is quite good. However the room is very humid since it is located right in front of Lake and you can have ants coming in if you open the balcony window.

It's a good place for the money. Rooms are clean. It has a Japanese and Chinese restaurant at the ground floor. Many small eateries near by. Small supermarket in 3min walking distance.

I dont know about the other staff, but the woman (she so called manager) of the reservation team is very rude, always talks in a conceding tone, like I owe her something. That’s something that needs to be changed if you want to work in hospitality. Also it takes a very long time for reservation to answer to emails

I was there in ASQ and the bedding, service & food was ok. Rooms are old and bathrooms needs maintenance... so I would stay there for too many nights.

For the price this place is not bad. Western style beds, clean rooms, nice staff. It is a little on the old side for the room, but that could just be a style thing. Certainly worth a try if you are on a budget.

Nice basic hotel, room is clean and bed is comfortable. Choose the room facing the lake to get nice view. Breakfast was simple. Near a small shopping mall, maybe 15min walk.
