We visited on a Saturday in November . The strength of the apartments are value for money. It was very spacious and comfortable. The customer service was also great. Superb location and studio apartments. Very large. Very clean and well maintained. I am very impressed by the service and the size of the room. The location is just superb with a view over the small part of Union Park. The area is well connected to the old town and the restaurants nearby are very clean and more importantly, busy. I would recommend this place to anybody on a medium budget.

The accommodation was clean and close to the lake, which was nice. It was nice that they provided a simple breakfast every morning. Since it is close to Unification Park, I recommend taking a walk for exercise in the morning.

The security and cleaning staff are really friendly, and the accommodation is always quiet. Calling Grab is no problem, but the heating is disappointing when it's cold (it works), and the hot water doesn't come out for a long time, so you have to finish the shower very quickly (it's difficult to use the bathtub).

I'm impressed with this place. Great staff. Clean and we'll equipped. But there is building noise which starts around 6.30am most days. I didn't find it too bad.

Good location, spacious and fully furnished room with balcony (lake view), very friendly staffs, excellent cleaning service. Overall a great room for its price. Highly recommend for people who want a stay in Hanoi!
