Dirty , not clean, terrible blankets and bedding cover.. still dirty and so many yellow contamination.. despite exchanged once. Never never come here again ...and i recommend it to nobody

It's loud from traffic noise and the music from cafe next door is extremely obnoxious. Didn't have hot water in the shower in the morning. Not much to eat nearby, only places to get coffee or tea. Don't recommend it for more than one night.

Been here for 3 months and friendly staff and reasonable studio apartment with bike parking and security. Would recommend for couple or single long staying guests .

The hotel is very near the center, quiet area fully equipped. Good price. There is a bed next to a large glass door overlooking the West Lake, the mattress is very smooth and comfortable. Clean, staff welcoming guests attentive and professional

Room not clean, even when you put the sign to get it cleaned. Like there is no sheets or duvet cover so I guarantee that everyone sleeps with the same un-covered duvets: gross! And the heater doesn’t works well so get ready to be cold if you come in winter The view is great however and nice staff

Lake and city view from balcony is lovely, this is the only good point about this place. Everything, starting from reception and finishing with location is awful. The girl at reception knows zero English and only nods her head and asks for money. The room is very small and on photos it looks bigger. Condition of the room is worst I ever saw. I got a feeling that I’m in a government hospital in Delhi: white walls became half broken and greyish green in color; floors are very old and swollen; lot of hair in corners, I could collect DNA of previous guests; bedsheets were not fresh at all. No hot water though heater was on overnight. Noisy at night. Location is 15min on taxi to city center and no decent places to eat nearby except coffee shops. Not even a grocery store to buy water. I felt so frustrated that I couldn’t sleep. Thank goodness that day is over.

The room view is great. Lady at the service desk speaks English and communication is good. The Lady who's cleaning the room daily is super! Location in front of the lake is wonderful!

Worst stay of my life. The bathroom smells terribly like vomit. Didn’t got my room cleaned or bed sheets changed in a whole week. I asked for help through several channels and they never even replied to me. At the check out of course, the classic: “no payment by card, the machine is broken”. I had to run to an atm. Came back and had to wait for the receptionist to come back. Thi of course meant a huge delay for me

The room is different from the photos in agoda. Dirty, damp. Horrible.I ask them to cancel. Escape. But their receptionists are nice. I don't know why it scores over 8 in agoda.

I am Japanese who came to Vietnam to do business and spent a year at Lotus Inn Hotel. This place gives me comfort, clean rooms overlooking the lake very romantic, friendly staff enthusiastic. If I have the opportunity to return to Vietnam, I will definitely stay at Lotus Inn.

I received an upgrade to a much bigger room with lake view than expected. The whole process was so easy, staff was really kind and the premises were superb. I really appreciated it
